Yugioh! Duel academy a new beginning(started/accepting)

IC: "I suppose i can think of some more people but that is until further notice. Any reccomendations?"

Vio stood outside the door with his finger crossed. "Me-me-me"

"Except Vio, maybe when his grades bump up a little bit."

Dioxyn stood wondering what prefects would be like.

Nathan didnt know who to start with. He had a lot of recomendations. "er...Professor Shine, Perhaps some people like Ryan, Isabella, Sara, Josh, some of my friends..." said Nathan. "Ill..er...make you proud!" said Nathan, and he walked out the door. He almost slammed a kid with it and he himself had almost fainted. He closed the door behind him. He looked more closely at the boy. He was Vio. "Vio! You almost gave me a Heart Attack! Anyway, you gonna be in the tournament?" asked Nathan to Vio.

 

Meanwhile..

 

"Er...So Dioxyn...Dioxyn, Im kinda talking to you!" said Hunter. Apparenty Dioxyn was lost in his thoughts. "Dioxyn, can I ask you something? If you needed.... a card.... and it was heavily protected, what would you do?" asked Hunter.

 

Meanwhile...

 

Lucas looked through his Shadow deck. It seemed okay. He would test some duelists, something that Avelino failed to do. He put his deck back into is duel disk and looked at Sara. Hopefully, she wasnt thinking, "This kids gone completly nuts". He may try to...hold back...or would he. He wasnt sure if he should or not.

Sara thought about the boy's offer of a challenge for a moment before saying "No... You seem like a nice enough guy. And I'm in a bad mood. When I'm in a bad mood, duels... well they get ugly." She smirked vaguely before adding "But could you tell your dormitory cohorts that I knocked the stuffing out of that they better not be using the Ante rule anymore. If they are... I'm coming after them." Without waiting for a reply, she sprinted past him down the hall, searching for an opponent.

 

"Where are they?!" she thought furiously after twenty full minutes... The corridors seemed devoid of any black which was extremely irritating to Sara. Maybe she would have to settle for a lower ranked dorm as an opponent.

Hunter Brodie was talking about the card that could complete his deck: Uria, Lord of Searing Flames. But he wasnt even sure where they were. Where they deep underground, or did Marcel have them? Dioxyn, the best duelist here, should know. If he didnt, Haruki would know for sure.

 

Meanwhile...

 

 

Ryan Terra walked through the grounds of the school and noticed the tree where he saw Blood. "Blood!" said Ryan, wondering. Where was he! All this panic of the Wicked Gods had completly driven it out of his mind. He was about to ask someone, when he noticed a card on the ground. He picked it up. It was called Contract with Exodia! Blood must have forgotten to give him this. But without Exodia Necross, This was useless. He put it in his pocket and stroded off.

 

Meanwhile...

 

Isabella walked through the hallways, not sure what to do, but she did see Sara, sprinting madly. She also noticed a new deck holder on her, so that may mean she wants to duel. Did she want to duel the Wicked Blacks who used the Ante Rule. Well, she had to break the bad news to her. She jogged up to Sara. "Hey Sara, are you looking for the Blacks who used the Ante Rule?" said Isabella. There was one place where the Wicked Blacks would go and it kinda seemed obvious. "Sara, there probably in my dorm, you know. Theyre to ashamed to show themselves. Only me and Mr. Phoenix-I mean Lucas, are actually out." said Isabella. She didnt know why she was keeping Lucas a secret, but she didnt want any more trouble here. She pointed to the Wicked Black dorm. "You cant go in there because your not a Black, but I can take you in since I live there" said Isabella, walking out of the hallways to the Wicked Black dorm with Sara. "Do you really want to duel them? Ive heard theyve gotten tougher after you beat them." said Isabella, wondering if Sara really did want to, but she had probably been looking for them for to long to give up.

 

Meanwhile...

 

Lucas heard how friendly he was and that she didnt want to "kick the stuffing out of him", and that mad him super angry. Maybe he should act more mean this time. He left the hallways and went to the card shop. Now that he thought of it, competing in the tournament would be helpful. He bought some new cards and looked at them. They could come in handy.

 

"Hey, you need to pay for those!" said Mrs. Dorothy in a slightly raised voice.

 

"Yeah, yeah yeah, I got it!" said Lucas, throwing DP onto the counter. He walked until he saw Proffesor Shines office., with Vio and Nathan outside He wondered if he should open it, but he couldnt expel him. He walked inside and didnt bother closing the door. "Proffesor Shine" said Lucas. "Where did you put the Wicked God cards? Just out of curiousity!" said Lucas in the same tone as he did with Sara.

 

Nathan heard the kid ask where the Wicked Gods are. Something didnt feel right about him. But he didnt feel the need to tell him, because maijnly, he didnt know where they were. He left the office, with the kid, Shine, and Vio. He walked off to the hallwas to "Patrol" the area.

[Fader]

"A card heavily protected i would put in my deck if it was that valuable.

"Yes i will be in the tournament.

Shine was on the intercom. "Everybody to the arena! Lineups will be announced."

Nicole was already in there reclined against the rail.

In the middle of the forest a black energy line opened a hole in the air. After a second a figure appeared in the portal, "It's been awhile since i came back here...." Yami looked around the forest. "I should make the trek back to the acadamy...i wonder if im too late to enter this tornament...," Yami walked towards the forest with one goal set in his mind. "Soon...soon this world will be shrouded in pure darkness....and I will reign supreme."

Hunter, now going to the arena, was walking to the arena. His Firestorm deck was ready to go and his duel disk was working perfectly. He walked to the Arena. Some people were there. This was his first tournament. Who would he duel? Josh, Dioxyn, Sara, Isabella, who? He walked to a seat and sat down, and looked through his Fire deck.

 

Meanwhile...

 

Ryan heard the announcement and ran to the arena. He ran until he was into the hallways. He checked his deck. All was okay. He wondered who he would face, perhaps someone tough and someone who could duel well. He walked into the hallways and saw Nathan, looking slightly bored, Vio, looking slightly crestfallen, and someone who reminded him of someone. "Hey Nathan, so this is what happened?" asked Ryan, looking at his badge.

 

"Yep, pretty much. In return for my services, I get free coupons to cards, free lunch and dinner, that stuff." said Nathan, showing his badge strongly and proudly. Sure his muscles didnt fit well in his suit, but that didnt matter. They walked to the arena, and saw students, including Nicole and someonewhos muscles were huge like his. They sat next to the kid.

 

Hunter saw a kid with a scar and a kid who looked pretty strong sat next to him. He reconized the stronger one as a Hassleberry. Smiling, he looked at the other students. There were a lot, but not many who looked like a challenge. He saw only a couple of Blacks at the arena. Thats pretty weird...

 

Meanwhile...

 

Isabella heard the announcement. "Sorry Sara, perhaps next time." said Isabella. She said goodbye to Sara and ran off to the arena. At North Academy, tournaments werent needed, as the best were high in the tier list and the pathetic duelists were at the lowest. Feeling that there better be a prize, she ran into the Arena. She saw Nicole. "Hey Nicole, you in the tournament?" asked Isabella.

[Queen-Dragoon]

Shine was on the intercom. "Everybody to the arena! Lineups will be announced."

 

Sara sighed deeply. No-one to test her new deck out on had appeared, and she had been just about to take Isabella up on her offer. Sighing once more, she span on her heel and marched off in the direction of the arena.

 

When she arrived, the majority of the duelists were already assembled. Dioxyn, that spunky little Elemental Hero user Vio (he was easy to like), Ryan, Nathan, Isabella ("I'll go chat to her while we wait."), Josh, Lucas (he was giving Sara an unusually mean stare), several duelists she didn't recognise and finally, Hunter Brodie. His strapping, muscular physique was pleasing to Sara. He obviously trained himself well. If they faced-off it would be a match for the pros.

Josh had his deck all set and ready for the tournament. He thought that mabye if he won his duel then he would get up to Ra Yellow. He made sure all forty cards were there and headed to the duel arena. His deck was flaring and so was his spirit. Normally he didnt get that much into things but when he did it was extreme. He went up to Ryan to wish him good luck. Then Josh saw that Hunter kid and tried to avoid his glare as he walked over to Ryan. "Good luck!" Josh said to Ryan cheerfully. He knew that Ryan could hold his own but even more optimism could get Ryan second place, second only to Josh of course.

OOC: Ill edit her decklist now.

 

"Hey Sara. You know, hopefully at least one of us will win, and not some pro like Dioxyn and Haruki" said Isabella, looking through her deck. She had replaced several cards in her deck with new ones. Her Silent Magician LV8 was the star of her deck, and she added some other LV monsters...She remembered what happened clearly. She had gotten a letter from North Academy, asking her to come back to there school. Inside was something Isabella considered a "bribe", new cards for her deck, Silent Swordsmans. She had been flattered, but wrote back that she would visit them soon, but that she would be staying here at Duel Academy for a while. Now she had a Silent deck, featuring Silent Swordsman and Magicians. Satisfied, she finished her new Silent deck!

 

Hunter noticed Sara staring at his muscles. He was strong for his age, and his muscles were very noticablle, but he didnt care. He had practiced long for those muscles, and he thought that if he wanted to face any duelist in the school, it would be either Dioxyn, Haruki, or Sara. The first two were champs at the school, and Sara just felt like a great duelist. Smiling, he secretly hoped that he would face at least one of the three. Then he saw Josh coming up to wish Ryan good luck, and avoided his eyes. He still suspected him.

 

"Thanks Josh, you to man!" said Ryan, wondering if they would face each other in the tournament.

 

Nathan felt strangly forgotten. His muscles were big, but the kids was bigger and everyone looked at that. Josh had even walked right past him withought a word to wish good luck to Ryan. Feeling down, he wished winning wold help him.

"Thanks." Josh told Ryan and then he saw Nathan looking oddly depressed. Josh walked over to him still avoiding looking at Hunter and stopped at Nathan. "Hey dude, whats up?" Josh said cheerfully "You seem to be looking a little bit down in the dumps. When I first started tournaments I was pretty down too and I didn't now why. I was wondering and then it hit me, I was nervous! I wonder if thats why your feeling down too."

Shine was in the arena. "The duel between Avelino and Ryan will commense soon!

Vio ran in. "I will be facing who now?

Dioxyn was behind him. "Well hope it isnt me.

Nicole ran up to the boys "Hey guys! Lets sit!" .

"Okay?"

Yami walked into the arena wearing his new outfit, "look at all the kids Baha...there too many for me to enjoy my time here," Yami sat in the back row and closed his eyes and began to meditate on his powers trying to bend space and time like he used to be able to. "I've been idle for too long...my powers have diminished slightly...," he opened his eyes as the principle annouced the first duel," this might be slightly intresting," he thought.

"Yeah....nervous..." said Nathan. He actually was nervous, as perhaps someone woule set off another bomb or a god come to life. Strange things happen during these tournaments. Whats next, a biker gang?(OOC: Oh wait....yeah, a biker gang does interupt lol) He looked around. No God or Phoenixo r anything like that to worry about. Just he and his dinos winning the tournament. He looked around some more. He wanted to face some weaklings so he could go up, but if he wanted a real match, then that would mean that either Ryan, Sara, Nicole, or Avelino, who was one of the only people to beat him.

 

While looking away from Josh, he noticed something. Dioxyn had said that a card that strong would be put in his deck. What he didnt know was that the card caused destruction and power. But that did make sense. Either Jaden, which he will have no chance to find, Marcel, who was living with Bonaparte spending quality time together, or Shine, who has in in his own deck. He even has blue eyes white dragon! Thats got to be it! Then he heard the announcement.

 

(OOC: I have to go, so my opponent can make the first move.)

[Sweetie Belle]

"Alright! This is it! The chance I need to defeat you, Ryan!" Avelino activated his duel disk. "Draw! I Special Summon Guardian Eatos from my hand, because I have no monsters in my Graveyard. Next, I'll Activate Abyssal Designator. I choose an Attribute and Type, and you have to send a monster with both of those to your Graveyard! I choose DARK and Spellcaster! Now, I'll summon Koa'ki Meiru Doom. Next I activate Meteor of Destruction, causing you to take 1000 damage! Next, I activate the effect of Gallis the Star Beast in my hand. I send a card from the top of my deck to the Grave, and if it's a monster, you take 200 damage for each of its levels, and I can Special Summon Gallis from my hand. And the card is... Beast King Barbaros! You take 2000 Damage! Your turn." (Ryan: LP1000) (Avelino: LP4000)

 

Meanwhile...

 

Kochiyo was sitting at her desk grading papers when a rugged looking man stepped in.

"Ma'am," he started, "Chancellor Shine has requested that staff guard the underwater tunnel leading to the island."

"And I'm interested why?"

"Increased pay."

Kochiyo paused for a bit, and then spoke. "Very well." The woman stepped out of the room past the employee and entered a door in the janitor's closet. Almost every student knew about this door, albeit not knowing what was behind it, but they were afraid to go down. They say a student went in, and never came back. Well, obviously, since this tunnel leads to the mainland. She got her duel disk ready to duel as the biker gang approached her from a distance, at incredible speeds.

Ryan took 3000 points of damage so easily. Avelino obviously did his homework on burn damage. Unfortunutly for him,he set no spells and trap cards. All he had to do was destroy those monsters. "Avelino, even though you have trained, that doesnt mean you"ll win! Draw!" said Ryan. He looked at the card. Perfect. "I activate my spell Lightning Vortex! Now by discarding my Trap Fossil to the Graveyard, I destroy all your hard work!" said Ryan. A huge Lightning bolt struck each monster and they were destroyed (OOC: If you can do anything, best to do it now.). "Now I activate my Foolish Burial! This card lets me send Fossil Dyna Pachycephalo from my deck to the Graveyard! Now I use this, Rebirth Judgement. Now even though its a Trap card, my monster effect lets me activate it. Now go Fossil Fusion! I fuse my Fossil Dyna Pachycephalo with your Gallis to create Fossil Dragon Pachycephalo! Now Pot of Greed to draw two cards! Now with my dragons ability, I can revive your Guardian Eatos and have his attack points reduce by 600! But now I set a card! Attack! said Ryan.

[Fader]

Suddenly from the tunnel erupted 13 duelist on duel runners. One in the back smiled. "Hey Lady get out of our way we got places to crush and people to kill!" The bearded man started to argue. "Who do you think you are!?" The largest one walkedd out with a purple aura about him. "Our name is the turbo terrorist and i am Nero the first of the 13 Chaos duelist. And no the 12 boneheads behind me aren't the other 12 just my army." The next one came up. "Sir if you don't mind." The large one shrugged. So the other started. "I am Andy Watt and this is Nero the founder of our gang and sergeant sluaghter himself." He walked to the next. "This is t-bone our Zombie specialist and.." Nero shushed him. "No time Andy just get ready to duel."

Josh watched as the tournament duel started to wrap up. It had been a relitivaly short duel but exiting nonetheless. Although he knew that the duel would end soon he did not know how it would end, so Josh was still exited to see who would end up victorious. He was rooting for Ryan and hoped Ryan woud win so Josh shouted some encouragement "You can do it Ryan!"

[Sweetie Belle]

"Well, well, Andy, looks like someone's got a talkative side. Ha, I found a bug earlier. I named it Andy. You want to know what I did with it? I CRUSHED it like a grape. Just like I'll do with you. Duel!"

Kochiyo activated her duel disk. "I'll go first! Draw! I summon The Common Carp!" A small fish began to flop around on the duel field. The entire gang laughed.

"Ha! You think that can defeat any of us? _{Except Steve over there, he sucks} I'd like to see you try!"

"Don't underestimate my fish! Because when he passes through my Spell Card Longmen, the Gate of Transformation, it becomes a powerful dragon!" A giant waterfall formed, and the carp began to swim upwards. When he reached the top, he was no longer a fish, but a dragon. (ATK 2800) Now I set 3 cards and end my turn!

 

Meanwhile...

 

"You think such little damage will do anything to me? Draw! I activate Ookazi! You take 800 damage! Now I activate Mystical Space Typhoon, destroying your facedown! Now I summon Cyber Dragon from my hand and attack Eatos! (200 --> 0) Ha! I did it! I finally beat you! I've gotten the real unbeatable Deck!" Avelino calmed down enough to walk over to Ryan's side of the field. "Hey, you did well. I think we'd make a great team. How about it?"

 

Meanwhile...

 

"Haruki, do we really have to go down here?"

"Of course, Jean-Luc, don't you want to be famous now, not later? We're going to stop those Chaos Riders!"

"But, how do you know that your being in this timeline altered it and caused them never to appear?"

"Shut up and just get down here." Jean-Luc reluctantly stepped through the door and both of them went down into the tunnel. They say their teacher dueling one of them. Haruki activated his duel disk, while Jean-Luc tried to hide in the corner.

Josh watched the tournament duel finish and was sad to see that Ryan lost. He knew that Ryan might be feeling down so he went over to cheer him up. "Hey dude," Josh said to Ryan "I know you lost but atleast it was a good duel and you tried your best." Josh knew he was sounding like a parent, but that could help considering no one on the island had seen their parents in a while.

[Fader]

"Fool! You compare me to a bug? I will show you how it's done. "I activate raigeki break and send my Infernity dwarf to the grave and destroy your dragon!" Andy smiled. "Next I set 2 cards and summon maruading captain allowing me to bring out Junk synchron!" Andy snickered. "Now i tune them to bring out Goyo guardian but I wont attack just yet."

Hunter had been keeping his eyes on Josh, it would be the perfect time to sneak away in all the headed dueling. And when Josh left, he investigated. "Kid, keep your eye on the duel for me will you?" asked Hunter to the kid next to him. He ran of out of the tournament room. He hid behind a wall, then jumped up into an air vent. He crawled sneakily into the air vent and looked underneath. He didnt see Josh, but he saw a kid and some weird kid dragging the other into a janitors office. When they were gone, he jumped out of the air vent. He opened the door quietly and sneaked through the path of where they were. He then saw some teacher who looked a lot like proffesor Zodia dueling, the future kid looking like he wanted to battle, another kid hiding, and Josh! But then he saw them: Huge Turbo Duelists who you would find at a drinking shack. "Hmm, better tell someone. If there like that Wicked dude, then we are all in trouble." he thought. He wondered if he should stay or leave.

 

Meanwhile...

 

Ryan hesitated. Although he had saved him from dieing. He agreed. "Yeah, we would, wouldnt we?" said Ryan. He had always thought that he may eventually come around, but not this quick. He saw some kids leaving and kids cheering. He smirked. He could have done more. His facedown was only going to activate when it was destroed, but he decided not to activate the effect. He thought that for once, he had enough glory. He thought that Avelino may rise to greatness someday. And then Josh came up and said a few words.

 

"Avelino. you traitor!" he thought angrily to himself. He decided to get up there. He ran past Sara, Isabella, and a girl and ran on stage. "Good work you to! Especially you..." said Lucas, looking at Avelino. He gave him a glare that clearly said that he was Mr. Phoenix.

[Sweetie Belle]

"Mr. Phoenix? Are you a kid?" Avelino was confused at how this happened. "Pensé que eran viejo. ¿Qué pasó?" (I thought you were old. What happened?)

 

Meanwhile...

 

Haruki objected to the move that the biker had just made.

"Hey! You can't activate Trap Cards from your hand! That's illegal! You're a cheating bug! An oversized, useless bug that can only win through means of cheating! Miss Kochiyo, move. I want to take care of this guy with my bare hands." Haruki pushed Kochiyo aside and, cracking his knuckles, walked up to Andy.

"I have to warn you," said Haruki, "I spent years in combat training where I come from. I'm not one to be taken lightly."

"Hahaha, this little runt thinks he can overpower me! I'd like to see you try, little man!"

"I'm not little!" Haruki's fist flew into Andy's gut. The large man staggered back in pain

"Why you little..."

"I'm NOT little!" Andy got an powerful uppercut from Haruki, which actually brought him up in the air a few inches.

Andy wiped blood from his lip. "Heh, that was just a fluke. I was off guard."

"Call me little again and we'll see what's a fluke!"

"You. Are. Little." As if out of nowhere, Haruki gave Andy a powerful right hook. Andy tried to retaliate, and his fist flew towards Haruki. But Haruki grabbed his fist and stopped the attack completely. Haruki punched Andy square in the face with his other hand. Andy staggered back, holding his face and screaming in pain.

"That's what you get," said Haruki, obviously ready to take on more, "for calling me little."

[Fader]

OOC:Powerplaying much...its K kick Andy around some more, Nero's treat. The duel of Andy and Kochiyo is over.

 

IC: Andy wiped the blood from his mouth and flicked it on his attack. "You did not just..." Andy Nodded and grinned as he tackled Haruki Down. He pinned him down. "Little,little,little!" Andy hacked up some spit but Nero grabbed him up by His neck. "No, Andy I don't think so." The much larger Nero threw Andy to the Wall. "Finish your duel and don't cheat! I don't know why you are in this Gang!" Nero smiled as Andy struggled to his knees. "So Haruki is the name right? Quite a fist you got there. Mind Finishing off Andy?" Nero handed Haruki the knife. "And don't even think of stabbing me with it because if you kill me the world ends. "The 13 Chaos duelists must be beat in a duel before killed. And again I am the only Chaos duelist here the other 11 are here for an army and Andy the Misfit teddy bear is here to be Killed."

OOC: Someone broke that Fourth Wall...

 

The other bikers looked shocked on how future kid beat the hell out of the leader. Well, if this role play wanted a fight scene, he would give them one. He knew that teacher wouldnt approve, but he did it anyway. He came out of his hiding place, and readied his Duel Disk. He then saw Haruki holding a knife. It was obviously a trap. "Future kid, dont do it!" said Hunter. It was obviously a trick. He ran up and aimed his duel disk/gun at the bikers. But he knew Haruki woundnt stop, so he prepared to fight.

 

Meanwhile...

 

"Mr. Phoenix? Im only 15, how could I be him?" said Lucas. "Fool! He basically yelled it out!," thought Lucas. Obviously, he would be no help. He walked off the stage and sat down. He though that maybe Master may not want to be revived...
