Although the ending is pretty much lame.Tomie is scary because that girl (or girls?) just can't die even when she was stabbed, mutilated, burned, etc etc.Gyo is not too scary because its kinda more like a romantic or love drama spiced with horror theme (a Sci-fi theme to be exact). They don't scare me, but they're scarier than most manga and very moving in more personal ways. Also Yume Nikki. I remember watch its anime but only in the beginning.Elfen Lied don't scare me because its just a story about a bunch of mutants that possess hatred toward human.
