When I go to change my name in the Name Change Settings, it says I have to wait until the 12th of August to change it, even though I have never had a name change.

I think that you need to be registered a bit longer before you can get a name change (since you joined a little more than 2 weeks ago), but I'm not sure.

So just wait until then and it should go through

Oh, I get it. You joined on July 12. I guess you have to be registered for a month to get one. Also, watch your language, this is a kid friendly forum.
