"Yes that's a good amount thank you." the doctor said as he turned back to Reina and continued to heal her. Riohs returned with the container of hot water. "Here ya go." Riohs said setting it down beside the towels. "Alright, she's doing much better than a lot of other patients who I had healed before affected with this powerful poison. She'll be fine. When dealing with this poison, it's a matter of time and temperature." the doctor explained as he used his free hand to soak one of the towels and then placed it on Reina's chest. His other hand began to change from a pale green to an reddish orange. The towel began heating up, helping to destroy the cells of the posion. "Since this is a metallic based poison, it will be a good conductor of heat. The hot water that's concentrating into her pours is in a sense collecting the poison and evaporating along with it." the doctor explained.

"!?" Reina bit her lip trying to hold back a scream. What was she going to do?"Stop it...!" She got out. "I can take care of it myself...!" Tears were in her eyes. Reina wanted it to stop. She was scared and hurting and didn't like this at all. She kept trying to keep from screaming. Her tears were falling. "No more...please..." She was trying to hide her pain. She didn't like any of this. Reina bit her lip harder.

((Last post for me for today))

"Ugh, we need to keep her from struggling, I can't control the water molecules if she keeps moving like this." the doctor said as he struggled to keep up the healing process. Riohs quickly held onto Reina's hand and looked at her. "Reina! You need to listen! I know it hurts a lot, more than I can imagine, but you have to fight! You can't die! There's still a lot of things you need to see and do with your friends! We're not going to let you die! Fight it!" Riohs said. "You, give her some of those sleeping weed on the counter." the doctor said to Ghost pointing to the counter.

((Forgot to add, you guys can control the doctor so your rping won't be put on halt 'cause of me))

(I g2g to....)

"No..." She said when she heard the doctor say the sleeping weed. Reina looked at Riohs holding her hand and her tears kept falling. She was trying to act so tough and strong but Reina knew she wasn't. She didn't know what to say or do anymore. She didn't want to die. Reina looked at Riohs and whispered. "I'm sorry. " She had finally said what she wanted to say. She was sorry for slapping him earlier. She had finally said it.

"Reina... it's my fault this happened to you," Ghost said, "I... I'm going to leave. I don't want to harm you or anyone else anymore. If it wasn't for me, you wouldn't even be in this mess..."

Ghost turned around.

"Riohs, I thank you, you showed me kindness when you'd met me following you down the street.

Selene, I thank you as well. Had it not been for you, Kraive would have killed me in the bar after all.

And most of all, Reina... I would be dead if you hadn't risked your life for me...

Goodbye... I'll never forget any of you..."

Selene walked back in from an extensive conversation with the king, beaming from ear to ear. "Yes!" she said. "There we go, I got us some good, nice solid info-- wait, what did you say?" she turned and glared at Ghost.

"You're LEAVING because you don't want to harm anyone of us?" she gave a mirthless little laugh. "All of us risked our necks to save you from that demonic little brother...or is he older? Whatever. But it would put our abilities to waste if you just walked out on us, no?" she said with her eyebrow raised.

"Stay if you wish." she added, not wanting to force Ghost into submission.

"Yes, you all risked you lives for me, but you would never have had to had I not foolishly allowed Kraive to find me. You all... are better off without me," Ghost said, "Once Kraive finds out I'm still alive, things would be more difficult than ever. I don't want to risk any of your lives again just for my safety.

My life isn't worth nearly as much as any of yours."

Ghost looked back at them once more, but then took his first step out the door.

Ghost used Selene's question as an excuse to go back in for a moment.

"By the way, he's older," Ghost said, turning around.

At this time, a new figure was making his way through the streets of Sythgren's capital city. Well, to say that what he was moving through were streets would be the same as calling a drainage ditch a canyon. He was making his way through every dark alley that he could find and gradually climbing up onto the roofs of the buildings throughout the city. He came to stand atop the roof of a particularly high building, from where he could survey the entire city. If there was one who could see him, they would notice two things immediately. The first was that his legs and torso were clad in deer hide leggings and a tunic. The second, and actually more obvious, was that he wore a helm that appeared to have been made in the shape of a wolf's head and covered with the hide of a black wolf, though a massive one to be sure. In addition to that he wore a long cloak made of the same sort of wolf's hide. The fur had been left on both the cloak and the hide on the helm and was dark enough that it seemed to absorb all the light around it, but at the same time it was quite shiny. Someone might notice the Katana that he carried in it's scabbard which hung from his belt but truth be told he was likely too far from anyone to be noticed. The figure sighed quietly as he squatted down on the roof in an attempt to make himself less visible. Now, he also carried a quiver full of arrows and an un-strung short bow slung across his back and he wore leather boots upon his feet that had padded soles, making his every footstep almost completely silent. These boots were covered in steel plates that obviously were meant to act as extra armor. A long braid of silver hair fell down his back, reaching all the way to his waist. This was the Desrian wetboy known as Ketodama Sagaku. He sighed once more as he continued looking about the city.

"Assigned to find the group of wetboys sent here and simply told they were likely to be in the capital city. But no one tells me where they're likely to be. Oh well, I'll just have to find them myself."

The wetboy stood up from his squatting position and took off, running across the roof and leaping to the next one. He stayed far back enough from the street-side edge of the roof that he was unlikely to be noticed as he continued surveying the alleys from above, trying to find a place that was likely where the group he was supposed to meet with was staying.

Reina watched Ghost. She didn't want him to go. She wanted him to stay. She had opened up to him earlier and now he was leaving. Reina's tears were not of pain anymore. They were from sadness. She wasn't going to stop him though. It was his choice, but if he was alone and his brother attacked him he could be killed. Reina reached her other hand out toward him. "If your alone you could be kill and people will be sad...." Reina finally spoke. "Its your choice though..." She held her hand out as she sat up. "Do you really want to leave?....What is your heart telling you?..."

"Well I want you to stay," She said to Ghost. "Because with you around, you're BOUND to attract Kraive again, and I want to get my hands on the scum."

She shrugged. "It's your choice, of course, but I really would like to meet Kraive again."

She looked at Reina. "How're you feeling?" she asked gently.

((BTW we're in Sythgren's capital city, Ketodama, not Mislet's.))

"ill be fine..." She looked at the doctor that was still taking the poison out. It hurt but she didn't care anymore. She didn't care at all. Reina only cared about their safety not hers. She knew that it would take a bit to ajust to the poison in her but no one else knew that did they? Reina waited there for a reply. She layed back down getting tired. Her eyes were closing again. Her body ached. She hated this feeling.

Selene shrugged. "Fine, go ahead and leave. But if that key's all that's gonna keep you from losing in a fight with him, I sure as h3ll still wanna get at him."

She turned to the doctor. "How much longer is this gonna take?"

"Almost done." the doctor said calmly.

~~~
The man saw Kraive walking in the streets, and had also just watched the lesser boy fight Kraive.
Kraive was good.
The man walked over to him, then jumped in front of Kraive.
"Listen. Do you want to get at your brother? Get past that key? Yes, I saw it all." he whispered.
Kraive looked at the man.
He drew his sword and said, "What kind of offer is this? My battle against my little brother is one I will take. If anyone but me kills him, I'll make sure they die.
If you have an offer, tell me now, but if you kill my brother, I will kill you."
Ghost stood there in the doorway once more. "Reina, no one will be sad if I die. I'm nothing but a wetboy hiding from something that's been due to happen for years," Ghost said, "If I die, nothing happens, nothing changes. I'd just be one more memory for everyone to forget."
Ghost looked at Selene.
"I promised myself I'd be his sole killer."
The man nodded to Kraive. "we could tell you how to bypass the power of his key. All you need to do is join forces with Avith, and we will overtake the entire six lands...and we have the magical knowledge eough to bypass the power, so that you will be the sole killer."
"But we need your help."
~~
Selene looked at him. "Fine. But please consider it."
Kraive looked at the man curiously.
"I've no desire to swear loyalty to anyone. I'll fight alongside you, but I will not join Avith. If this is all you have to offer be on you way. If not, continue."
Kraive lowered his weapon, seeing as the man was no harm.
"I'll stay until Reina is okay," Ghost said, "Then I'm leaving. You can try to stop me... but I can see no reason to stay."
Ghost walked back in and stood near the bed.
"Reina, please be okay soon."
Reina wanted to say she would be sad if he died but her eyes close and she passed out. Her grip on Riohs' hand loosened. Her hand fell by her side. Why? WHy did I save him? Why did I help him? He knew my dad before. So why save him? Is there something I am forgetting? Did I know him before? Did I meet him before? Why did I save his life? What made me give my life for him? Is this what its like to be dying?
Selene watched with horror at Reina; though she was a wetgirl, injuries and poisons never were her taste. She preferred to be merciful and kill on sight rather than a slow, horrific death.
"Reina...please..." she placed her hands on Reina's temples and gave her a little energy from Selene's Talent.
~~~

The man shook his head. "No loyalty necessary. Just come with me, the society's meeting...and one of the things we definitely need to do is rid ourselves of those pesky wetgirls and boys that are here somwhere in the city. We just need your help, and we have the magial knowledge of how to bypass the power of the key-- which, as you rbrother knows, is very powerful."

The man became hesitant. "Well, either way, please keep quiet about htis. We can't have the nobility house of Sythgren know about this before the plan takes action. And yes, of course..." he added hastily abotu the bit about Kraive's brother. "yes, yes, come to the palace at 10:00 PM tonight and ask to see Morduus. They'll know what to do."

He walked away without another word.

Kraive looked at the man curiously as he walked away.

"I guess it's for the best..." he muttered to himself.

Ghost looked at Reina once more.

"Please wake up," he said to her, his voice shaking, "I couldn't live with myself if you died because of my brother... Please..."

Ghost followed Riohs' actions and took her free hand to help relieve more pain.
