IMO, Wicked Avatar is the strongest. I even made a support card for him:

Well you can't destroy Avatar by battle, because his ATK is always +100 ATK higher than the highest ATK. And Avatar is the wicked version of Ra, see here.

Idk,I just like Ra more then the rest because he looks more like a machine/dragon hybrid. Besides, Avatar is a ball, so... if its just summoning monsters, Dreadfoot would be better than Avatar, since he is just a ball...How would he even attack lol.

 

Yakou Tenma played this monster since the first chapter of Yu-Gi-Oh! R, when his hologram dueled against Yami Yugi at the roof of Domino School . The Avatar took the shape of a Black "Slifer the Sky Dragon". Slifer launched the attack from its second mouth but it had no effect. To everyone's surprise, Slifer was destroyed by the Avatar's attack.

 

Avatar takes the shape of the strongest monster on the field. It has no original shape, that's why it's a ball.

 

Also, in Yugioh! Eternal Duelist Soul (Really OLD Yugioh game), Ra was a machine type, Slifer was the Dragon, and Obelisk was a Warrior

He attacked with it, and he sped up. After he saw the attack connect, he blacked out. He woke up on Duel Academy Island. His deck represents how he was able to get there, but he wants to get home. He wants to be able to use Tech Genesis again.

Appearance: Has a robotic arm. His duel disk is actually an extension of that arm. He has a working prosthetic eye. He has black hair, and his real eye is blue.

Personality: Curious, asks a lot of questions. Hasn't gotten used to the past, and he constantly believes that everything works like it does in the future. Spoiled and arrogant when it comes to dueling.
