Newb Defense League III [locked because remake]

Recommended Posts

Did you not learn German in school? And I know the difference between the languages. Dutch is far less Hungarian than German is.

And finally completing my long-put-off streamlining of this club's incredibly out-dated and unneeded (at this time) member ranks, I've reduced it to four ranks.

The Administrators are unchanged. Every long-term member who has posted regularly is now a Moderator, which in this form is able to accept and decline members. Members and Newbs are unchanged in purpose and privalages, but every Moderator who has been absent for an extended period of time is now a Member.

Only during my 1st 3 years on high school, but I didn't like the language, so I dropped it in the last year.

Great!

http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/topic/231559-peripetia/ <- New card from me.

Also, trying to come up with a really obscure RFP effect (like switching zones and the like). Any thoughts?

Commented.

Mhh, mind be intersting. But what I'm really interested in is an effect that locks RFP cards from being re-used after being RFP. If something like that doesn't excist anyways.

I will.

Also, a rare thing from me; a bit of Tuner support (I suppose).

Effect: You can return this face-up card to your Deck to Special Summon 1 Level 3 Warrior-Type monster from your Deck, except "Swordmistress Vythica" in Attack Position. That monster is removed from your side of the field or your Graveyard from play during the End Phase.

My attempt at RFP Lockdown.

Effect: When you draw this card, you can remove it from play. If you do, during your next Main Phase, return 2 of your removed from play monsters to your Graveyard to Special Summon this card from your Removed from Play Zone. Removed from play cards cannot be returned to the hand, Deck, field or Graveyard. Cards sent to the Graveyard are removed from play instead. If this card would be destroyed, you can return 1 "D.D." monster you control or in your hand to your Deck instead. While there are 10 or more cards removed from play, this card cannot be destroyed by your opponent's card effects.

Named 'Babel' after the legendary tower. Its judgement on our world is similar to that of God's when we tried to ascend to his realm.

Mhh, that card is excelently preformed.

With an awesome img.

This is truely a D.D. monster. And it works excelently against Red Nova a SSD.

I actually have trouble not staring at its pic. Would you mind sharing it?

I've done a slight rework on its summoning requirements to allow it to be almost perfect and immune to the Summon Traps.

Effect: When you draw this card, return 2 of your removed from play monsters to your Graveyard to remove this card from play until the start of your Main Phase 1.

These new conditions mean it cannot be Normal Summoned or Set (unless you don't have enough monsters to remove) and if you do remove it with its own effect; it never technically gets Summoned! It's simply returned to the field, meaning "Trap Hole", "Bottomless Trap Hole" and any other cards that chain to a summoning cannot activate!

Effect: Your opponent must attack at least 1 "Present" monster you control during their Battle Phase. Once, you can negate the destruction of this card. If you do not, put 1 Present Counter on a face-up monster your opponent controls. While there are 4 or more Present Counters on your opponent's side of the field, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. Once per turn, while there are 5 or more Present Counters on the field, you can select 1 "Present" monster you control. During this turn, that card gains 500 ATK and inflicts Piercing Damage.

Howdy all, whats up?

Not much. I made a monster that doesn't need to be summoned to hit the field.

What news have you discovered.

Also Max, I heard they made new monarch monsters.

See above; r.e. monster that cannot fall prey to the Summon Traps.

If you're talking about "Delg", I refer you to my numerous rants on that subject.

I must see these rants and yes I was talking abouit it. But you know whatr else Max can rant on? The comment question of the day!! No seriously he can rant on this card I made, which may be the last of my set...

This is it btw

This card takes no Battle Damage and cannot be destroyed by battle. When this monster is selected as an attack target, inflict damage to your opponent's Lifepoints equal to the monster's current ATK. Once per turn by paying 500 Lifepoints, you can remove one card one the field or your opponent's hand from play. During your Endphase, while this card is face-up on your field, pay 600 Lifepoints or destroy this card.

Max, rant please

Well, I would like to see that card Max, How would you Summon w/o it being a Summon?

Also, i need a vote from you all.

I'm thinking of either building myself these two decks, but a problem is involved with both.

----

Plant Burn Deck but lacking monsters

Cloudian Deck but lacking the spell/traps for them.

But I lack the money to build both, so base it on this.

Which one if built right would be a tourney worthy deck?

-----------

I am thinking build the cloudian Deck, not sure though.

My two friends built almost every deck-type but never built a cloudian deck, so I am Thinking of it.

I just need opinions, no list.

I'd like to see a cloudian b/c idk if a good plant burn deck has that many possible monsters that fit what you want. Much like a FIRE Dragon Burn build aka a fire breathing dragon...really hard to vuild a deck that stays true to the theme there

But I vote cloudian b/c I've never seen one

Also Make not of which is cheaper to build...

Cloudians I think, not sure...But I know, I don't think many people built them b/c of their ridiculous draw back, on some of them that is. If this card is in face-up defense position, destroy it. But i have found away around that, which I like. No skill draining here, but two separate cards that work together make it fun...
