Max Darkness
Welcome Dragon Ball. Remind me again, can I accept members? me being a Mod (here) and stuff. Considering everyone who's been here a while has become second to me...yes I suppose.
Lexadin
Oh good. Wow, I almost forgot to post this message? Heheheh.
Max Darkness
I now have a decent number of "Genex" monsters; missing only the WATER non-Tuner and Synchro. On the plus side, a Secret Rare "Genex Solar", "Geo Genex", "Thermal Genex" and "Windmill Genex" is all good.
Lexadin
Great Max, do you also own some R-Genex's?
Max Darkness
Great Max, do you also own some R-Genex's? Not yet. But if needed, I have 17 "Junk Warriors", 8 "Nitro Warriors", 14 "Turbo Warriors" and numerous "Synchrons" (all Rare) as trading fodder.
Lexadin
Lol, how come you have that many of the Warriors?
Max Darkness
Lol, how come you have that many of the Warriors? Because a majority of my rarest cards are from "Hidden Arsenal" and the "Jump" Promos. A company I'm buying those cards from put them in unofficial packs which are filled up to 40 or 50 (to justify their cost) with Rares and Commons from "Duelist Revolution" and, mostly, "Duelist Pack 8". And since almost every pack I've bought contains a trio of "Junk Warriors" and "Turbo Warriors", and two "Nitro Warriors", I've ended up with a large number of them. Lexadin
Ah, that explains it. Lol. Ok where did that came from.
Max Darkness
Random stuff adds fire to life... I also have a dozen "Urgent Tunings"... But at the same time I do have the promo "Golem Dragon", "Cyber Dinosaur" and "Dark End Dragon", and a lot from the Retro Pack 2 so it's a good swap. Master White
Hello, would anyone come and comment on my second card, I'd sure appreciate it, please and thanks. http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/topic/230687-new-cocoa-couple-gws-singles/page__view__findpost__p__4820068__fromsearch__1 I would help you out Lord Ursus, but I have no clue what your principle is. Like what is the theme of the card, and where did the inspiration come from for it so I could maybe go read it and then help you out. Father Christmas would be Santa in my terminology. So, please help by providing a link if you would.
Lord Ursus
The link is given just above your post. I can fill you in over PM when I come home. :)
Master White
No, I mean a link to the general idea, not the cards, I probably should of stated that, my fault. A link to what the theme is behind the cards, is it santa, jesus, or anything related.
Lexadin
Mhhh, how's the snowfall where you guys live. Here it's only like 1cm deep.
Max Darkness
The snow's relatively deep where I am, but it's melting and not settling during the day. There's been a lot more snow in other places. In YGO news, I should soon be in possession of a "Dark End Dragon" promo, as well as a Gold Rare "Mezuki" (and another 2 or 3 "Junk", "Nitro" and "Turbo Warriors" and their "Synchrons"). What puzzles me is the pack's profitability (as in, how they can sell it at the price they do). "Dark End Dragon" on its own is worth £12 ($18/15 Euros), yet the same company is selling this pack for £13 ($19/16 Euros)! And this pack has another 49 cards bolted onto "Dark End". And they're not all Commons or useless throwaways. There's an "Ally of Justice", a "Flamvell" or two, "Skyscraper 2", "Paradox Fusion" (all Super Rare) and the Gold Rare "Mekuzi" (apparently £4 ($6/5 Euros)). There's also the blister pack "White-Horned Dragon", an Ultra Rare "Tuningware" and a large number of Rares from "Duelist Revolution", "Duelist Pack 9" and "Duelist Pack: Kaiba". Not bad cards at all. I'm just amazed they can sell that lot for that price. EDIT: Am also now expecting a "Hundred-Eyes Dragon". Similar deal. "Hundred-Eyes Dragon" on its own : £8 ($12/10 Euros). "Hundred-Eyes Dragon" + 74 Rares from a selection of sources : £9 ($13/11 Euros). Interesting...
Lexadin
It has snowed during the night, now there's 10cm of snow everywhere! That's quite wierd Max, have such great deals. Perhaps they're trying to get rid of them?

Perhaps they're trying to get rid of them? Well, it was -6 at noon here today... Either that or they such a huge number of cards (since they buy them in bulk) that the 74 Rares are worth £1 in total to them, so they can sell them at a low price. Plus, it does make it more tempting to buy the pack, which is essentially just for the promo card.
