Max Darkness
Sorry for the lack of a real challenge Lex. I need to play around with this Deck a little more.
Lexadin
Same here though. But I like Lycenthrophe as a cards, so I hope there's some great support for it out there.
Master White
Hey All, is Dark Nepyths and Exploderwing dragon good cards? @Anyone: I've been trying to find a way to make home-made soda without all the waiting, and the only way i can think of it is using alka-seltzer pills? So, have you all heard of anything that is like a carbonation pill, I've been looking and they claim thier is, but it is rare to find, so any idea's?
Lexadin
Nepthys isn't, but Exploderwing's pretty good in a Dragon Synchro Deck.
Max Darkness
Hey All, is Dark Nepyths and Exploderwing dragon good cards? It's usable in a Dark Counterpart Deck, but not brilliant. And "Dragonwing" is quite good, but is vulnerable to a lot of cards.
Master White
So in other words, it was a wise decision to get it in a trade by trading Fortune ladies and some "Genex" monsters.
Mr.WHAM
lol why not just by carbonated water...
Master White
@Mr:Wham: Than I can't put it in cans and pressurize it before the carbonation gets out, even though I did think about it, thanks for the thought, at least.
Lord Ursus
Hey friends. I'm back from the funeral, but do not have much time here at all. So I'll wish you all a good start on the new week until next I can make contact.
Master White
You the same, Lord Ursus. -------------------------- I need an effect fix, if any would, please and thanks. Synchro/Fairy/Effect/Lv10“Archlord Krystya” + 1 or more non-Tuner Fairy-type monsters. This card cannot be Special Summoned or Set except by its effect. This card cannot be Synchro Summoned except by the above Synchro materials. During each player’s End Phases, inflict 500 damage to your opponent. If your opponent controls 1 or more cards, you can release this card to send cards from the top of your opponent’s deck by the amount of cards your opponent controls. During the End Phase of the turn this cards effect was activated, you can Special Summon it in Face-up attack position with its ATK increased by 500. I haven't done much, but is this to powerful or underpowerd?
Shadow Zero
I hardly ever do card fixes anymore, so be grateful. Synchro/Fairy/Effect/Lv10“Archlord Krystya” + 1 or more non-Tuner Fairy-type monsters. This card cannot be Special Summoned or Set except by its own effect. This card cannot be Synchro Summoned except by the above Synchro materials. During either player’s End Phases, inflict 500 damage to your opponent. If your opponent controls 1 or more cards, you can Tribute this card to send cards from the top of your opponent’s deck to the Graveyard equal to the amount of cards your opponent controls. During the End Phase of the turn this cards effect has resolved, you can Special Summon it in Face-up attack position and increase its ATK by 500. Bold = this instead Italics = not sure how to word this strikeout = remove it. Be sure to get a second opinion, and be sure to use your own discretion as well. Master White
Well, that took you a long time to respond, oh well, yea, I thought about it. But you if you leave the strikout, then they can use substitute cards which i do not want to happen type deal. ------ But I'll have to wait for Max's Opinion, He is better at it. Mr.WHAM
I'd say shdow is right except that he should say special summon the card again during your standby phase...
Master White
@Mr:Wham: I re-read it and it looks good, But he wants me to get a second opinion, which is what I will do. @Shadow Zero: Thank you...Oh, and also, release is newer way of saying tributed or tributing, you do not have to use it, but I like it b/c it sounds better and flows better. Advanced Summon is another newer term that I need to look up again, I forgot about it. lulz. @Anyone: If this club is getting boring, here is an idea, how about a Shop. I'm sure their is plenty of people in this club able to do gfx stuff, Max could offer people that cannot download MSE, can have their cards into that template or Etc. So, what about a NDL Shop, how's that for an idea?
Mr.WHAM
General, I LOVE your idea, but who are we gunna put in charge of it? We need ppl who are REALLY good and consistent here to run a shop...
Master White
I know, thats the problem, hmm, I guess wait and see what Max has to say about it, I'll be back on here in a few, i got to go Grab Supper before it closes, all I know is I can do 1 point renders if needed and holo's. I know I can't animate them though, I've tried. But any others in support of an NDL SHOP? Also, maybe we could hire starting GFX people to support our club, b/c it is NEWB DEFENSE LEAGUE AFTER ALL. Maybe not the best idea I just put, but its a start.
Max Darkness
Just read XzY's post. During the End Phase of the turn this cards effect was activated, you can Special Summon it in Face-up attack position with its ATK increased by 500. 1 or more Fairy-Type non-Tuner monsters + "Archlord Krystya"This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Synchro Summon or its own effect. Inflict 500 damage to your opponent during each player's End Phase. If your opponent controls 1 or more cards, you can Tribute this card to send a number of cards from the top of your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard equal to the number of cards your opponent controls. If you activate this effect, you can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard during the End Phase with an additional 500 ATK. Right...we have Summoning restrictions, self-tribute, burn, mill, re-summoning and ATK-gain. Hmm, pretty much every single card effect ever made except drawing cards and attack redirection. Oh, and no Special Summon lock-down, which is the entire point of "Archlord Krystya"(!). So this card is pretty much completely unrelated to its Synchro materials. It seemingly has everything but "Krystya's" effect, so why is she needed as a material? Almost all 'evolved' (non-LV) monsters have an effect similar to their lesser form, only more powerful. Think "Stardust Dragon" and its higher forms of "Stardust Dragon/Assault Mode" and "Shooting Star Dragon". Their effects are all related, only the more powerful forms have more general effects. It goes back further though; "E-Hero Phoenix Enforcer" and "E-Hero Shining Phoenix Enforcer" (and their counterparts "E-Hero Flame Wingman" and "E-Hero Shining Flare Wingman") both have effects that build upon each other. These 'Accel Fusion' monsters were the early evolution monsters; followed by the endless wave of Synchro monster variants. If a monster is named as a Synchro Material monster, then it needs to have a relationship with that monster, otherwise it's pointless. So...why does this card need "Archlord Krystya" when it clearly has no relationship at all with her? Plus, XzY, for the moment, Synchro Material Substitutes don't exist; but they will, shortly. "E-Hero Prisma's" Synchro cousin is coming...I can feel it... The point is, you don't need the part about the specific materials for the time being. As for balance, although it's relatively difficult to get out, it instantly breaks the game due to its endless effects. You summon it, it mills your opponent, and then you re-summon it just in time to burn your opponent. Oh, and become more powerful. And considering most evolved Synchro monsters gain around 600-800 ATK over their originals, you're looking at around 3400 ATK to start off with and it reaching 4000 when you end your turn. Then your opponent goes, and loses another 500 LP. And thus the cycle starts again. It's very, very broken since it continually punishes your opponent and just continues to power itself up. It's exactly like the "Polar Gods". A positive self-revival effect is utterly overpowered.
Mr.WHAM
White that's not a half bad Idea, but I also think we need to up the club's repertoire...
Master White
Reason for it, to be more powerful without Krystya's effect b/c you can use this card in the aid of a lockdown, or for a different style deck, I know, I usually do not mess with fairies, I'm not particularly good with them, so if yo have any idea to make a more powerful Krysta, please do, I did it b/c my friend absolutely loves fairies and wants a fake card that advances their archetype to the limits, so help if you would, please and thanks. edit Mr:Wham: You ninja'd me...Yea, I know, so its complicated, when will you all be on, at times do you usually get on? So, I'll be back on around 7 pm MT time, if that helps.

Which Archetype? "Counter Fairies" (Draw power/S.S./Destruction), "Sanctuary" (ATK-gain/Piercing/Draw power), "The Agents" (ATK-gain/Burn/Draw power) or "Archlords" (Summon lock/Destruction)? There are a lot of Fairy Archetypes.
Master White
@Max: A card that helps support all of them, a versatile fairy, is what he is wanting?
