Max Darkness
Eh, sounds... Like ussual. Pretty much. True, well I did win sometimes. But that was mostly because the CPU's a moron. The AI is pretty stupid when using meta Decks. New Gemini Support from me: Effect: 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Gemini MonstersThis card on the field and in Graveyard is treated as a Gemini Monster. When this card is sent to the Graveyard by a card effect: You can select 1 Gemini monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it. It is treated as an Effect Monster, and gains its effect. If this card is applied for a card effect that would Gemini Summon a monster OR have a Gemini Monster gain its effect(s): This card gains the following effect:* This card inflicts Piercing Damage. When this card destroys a monster by battle: If you control another Gemini Monster; You can send 1 card on the field to the Graveyard.

Lexadin
Mhh, that would make them somewhat more efficiant. Also, I just noticed. Why is it called Samael, because that's a males name, right? And the pic's female.
Max Darkness
Also, I just noticed. Why is it called Samael, because that's a males name, right? And the pic's female. 'Samael' is the angel of death (gender-neutral), so it sort-of means 'Crimson Death Angel'.

Master White
@Lexadin: Well, nowadays, in America, it don't matter what you call your kid, you could call him/her A** and no one but schools would care.....They'd have him be called by his middle name if it was decent......so really, if its from America, its probably not a original that makes sense or an original name that makes no sense...... If I ever get lucky to get a girl and etc, if she had a boy & agreed, I'd name it Poden..... You can even get away with having the kid haing up to 7 middle names. Imagine righting down your full name? Well, I think its seven, but I'm not positive, i've seen lots of people with 2 to 3 middle names, so why not......Our last names usually stay constant though, meaning they still derive a meaning from the past..... Max Darkness
Just to explain how my new Geminis work, since some people seem to have trouble seeing how they mesh. [spoiler=The Phoenix Geminis]“Duel!” Turn 1 “I’ll take the first move!” Declared Yuma. “I Summon ‘Goblindbergh’! And with its effect, I Special Summon ‘Gogogo Golem’!” The pair of monsters materialised on Yuma’s side of the field, before forming into a pair of golden streams. I construct the overlay network with my two monsters! Exceed Summon! Number 39: Utopia! From its sealed form, the winged warrior emerged, its light illuminating the evening twilight.“I set one card, and end my turn like that!” “My turn then.” Started Falkner. “I send ‘Phoenix Archer’ from my hand to the Graveyard to Special Summon ‘Elven Swordsmistress’ from my hand.” A burst of flame shot out from the ground, forming into the female warrior. “Then, I use my Normal Summon to Gemini Summon ‘Elven Swordsmistress’.” As he said that, a phoenix-shaped lick of flame launched out of Falkner’s duel disk, swirling into the sky and turning into a second fire warrior. “Because I Gemini Summoned a monster, once per duel, I can Special Summon ‘Phoenix Archer’ from my Graveyard!” “Next, I activate the Quick-Play Spell ‘Dual Drain’, which negates the effects of a number of monsters you control equal to the number of Gemini Summoned monsters I control. I choose to negate ‘Number 39: Utopia’s’ effect!” A pair of neon rings surrounded Yuma’s monster, stealing its lustre.“But that means...” Yuma trailed off.“That ‘Utopia’ cannot negate any attacks, and can be destroyed by non-‘Numbers’…” Finished Astral.“I haven’t finished. I then activate ‘Super Double Summon’, Gemini Summoning ‘Phoenix Archer’, which unlocks its effect, treated it as a Tuner Monster! I tune my two monsters together!” Cloaked in scarlet flames, descend from the tainted heavens to pass judgement. Synchro Summon! Appear before me, Crimson Samael! A blood-red explosion revealed the summoned monster, as it flew up and took point.“Now, from my hand, I Special Summon ‘Phoenix Virtue’!” Another burst of flame shot out, forming into the new monster. “Because I Gemini Summoned a monster this turn, I can Special Summon ‘Phoenix Virtue’ from my hand. I activate the Equip Spell ‘Supervise’, equipping it to ‘Crimson Samael’.” The knight’s scythe changed from clear to red as the cloak descended. “But...’Supervise’ can only be equipped to Gemini Monsters…” Protested Tetsuo.“’Crimson Samael’s’ effect treats itself as a Gemini Monster, meaning it is a perfect target for ‘Supervise’.” Falkner explained. “In addition, when it is applied for an effect that would either Gemini Summon a monster or have a Gemini Monster gain its effect, ‘Crimson Samael’ gains an additional set of effects.”“Which are…?” Asked Yuma.“You’ll find out soon enough.” Answered Falkner. “Now, ‘Crimson Samael’, attack ‘Number 39’! Silent Blade!” The two sword-bearers clashed, before Falkner’s monster broke loose and cut its way through its opponent. A red burst of energy slammed into Yuma, throwing him to the ground. (Yuma LP: 4000 -> 3700)“I activate ‘Exceed Recovery’!” Declared Yuma. “When an Exceed Monster I control is destroyed, I can Special Summon one of its Overlay Units back to the field. I choose ‘Gogogo Golem’, and Summon it in Defense Position!”“Well, at this time, I activate ‘Crimson Samael’s’ effect. When it destroys a monster by battle, and I control another Gemini Monster, I am allowed to send one card on the field to the Graveyard.”“So you’ll send ‘Gogogo Golem’…?” Yuma asked, somewhat nervously.“No, nothing so simple. I send ‘Crimson Samael’ to the Graveyard!” Falkner’s monster was consumed by a pillar of crimson energy as it disintegrated.“But why your own monster?”“Because! When ‘Crimson Samael’ is sent to the Graveyard by a card effect, I can Special Summon a Gemini Monster from my Graveyard, complete with its effect. ‘Crimson Samael’ treats itself as a Gemini Monster while on the field and in the Graveyard, so I will Special Summon it with its own effect! And, because it has been applied for an effect-gaining effect, it unlocks its additional effects!” Once again, the monster appeared, its scythe glowing a deep crimson.“After that, the Equip Spell ‘Supervise’, which was destroyed when ‘Crimson Samael’ was sent to the Graveyard, activates! When it is destroyed, it selects and Special Summons a Normal Monster from my Graveyard!”“But your monsters are Effect Monsters…aren’t they?”“Gemini Monsters are treated as Normal Monsters while in the Graveyard, so with ‘Supervise’, I Special Summon ‘Elven Swordsmistress’!” The golden cloak from ‘Supervise’ materialised on the field and parted to reveal the newly-summoned monster.“Through ‘Gogogo Golem’s’ own effect, it won’t be destroyed once. So I attack first with ‘Elven Swordsmistress’!” The warrior drove its sword through the Rock-Type, but the monster withstood it. “My second attack! Go, ‘Crimson Samael’!” This time, the attack scythed through Yuma’s monster, reducing it to ash. In ‘Samael’s’ hand, an orb of energies formed. “In addition to its effects you saw earlier, ‘Crimson Samael’ also gains piercing damage as an effect, so take this!” The monster threw the orb at Yuma, the impact once again forcing him to the floor. (Yuma LP: 3700 -> 2400) “And again, ‘Crimson Samael’s’ effect can be activated! I send ‘Crimson Samael’ to the Graveyard to trigger its own effect and Special Summon itself back to the field! I’m now allowed to attack again. ‘Crimson Samael’! Direct Attack!” (Yuma LP: 2400 -> 0)

Max Darkness
Mhh, that duel actually managed to explain both the uses and effects of your cards. Quite nice. Thanks. Since my current booster 'Advent of Creation' introduced these new Geminis (with a small number of somewhat redundant monsters), the next set 'Forgotten Aeons' will expand them to become real Tier 2 material, since I'm giving them a new Fusion and an Exceed (since that's the easiest way for Geminis to work with the Extra Deck). Lexadin
Sounds quite helpfull. All packs I made mostly contain 1 or 2 archetypes and loads of randoms. Well my current one mostly contains Fusions atm.

Max Darkness
Eh, I also just discovered I mostly add lvl 5+ monsters to my packs. Maybe I should add some extra lvl 4- monsters to my new pack. I've found that these are the only three Spells in 'Advent of Creation' that aren't related in some way to an Archetype or specific monster. [spoiler=Aragami's Revenge (Secret Rare) : AVOC-EN062] Effect: When a monster you control that was Special Summoned from the Graveyard is destroyed: Return that monster to the field, until the end of the Phase this card was activated. [spoiler=Ancient Crystal Cavern (Common) : AVOC-EN063] Effect: Once per turn: If you control no monsters; You can Special Summon 1 Rock-Type monster from your hand. [spoiler=Sanguine Summon (Common) : AVOC-EN064] Effect: During your opponent's turn, when an opponent's monster is destroyed by battle: Banish 1 monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower monster with the same Type from your Graveyard. In 'Advent of Creation' the ratio between High and Low-Level monsters currently stands at 8 : 26, but that could have something to do with the fact I have a lot more archetype monsters, and almost all of those high-Level ones are singles. Lexadin
Huh, that's interesting. Most of my Traps and Spell are random cards. For some reason almost all my archetypes have way too many high lvl monsters. I really should do something about that.

For some reason almost all my archetypes have way too many high lvl monsters. I really should do something about that. I always seem to build my archetypes booster-style compared to Hidden Arsenal-style; as in, Spells and Traps come along at the same time as the monsters, not later. I'm sure it's feasable to build a High-Lvl archetype, given if they have enough Special Summoning options.
Lexadin
Same here, but that's mostly because the order of my cards is determened by the time of creation. That would explain my 'Ancient Lords' archetype (none of them are lower then lvl 5).
