Max Darkness
Huh, well I can understand that. Seeing as "Worms" have incredible Draw Power. Anyway, plz post it when it's done. I'd like to see it. As do the "Occult" monsters because of their Summoning pre-requisite. It should be done by later this evening. I think I'll name the characters Daichi and Lex; the former I've wanted to use, the latter is an obvious choice.
Lexadin
 *claps hands* A simulair named person uses "Worms" It's like I'm in a fic.... Lex's going to lose, isn't he? EDIT: I'm in a sort of naming delemma, do you have any suggestions to finish the following name: Eternal Knight - Dogran the I would prever with an earthly sound to it like rock, but then less obvious. Alexis Rhodes
Where you talking about a fan-fic there Max? I remember you making ones a few weeks ago and I didn't see it.

(All are words to mean 'Earth'/'Earth-born') Where you talking about a fan-fic there Max? I remember you making ones a few weeks ago and I didn't see it. That was probably a one-shot. I make a lot of those. This new one is the same. Just testing a pair of Deck setups in a creative way.
Lexadin
Does it make any difference if he loses in what I think is a rather interesting way? That depends on the matter of his defeat. If he gets royaly creamed, then no. If not, meh maybe. ...the Terran, ...the Gaia, ...the Vale, ...the Goetia? (All are words to mean 'Earth'/'Earth-born') I like the 2nd and the 3rd. Thanks for the suggestions Max.
Max Darkness
That depends on the matter of his defeat. If he gets royaly creamed, then no. If not, meh maybe. The final LP totals are 200 : 0, so it's not as if he did no damage. And in essence, he had control of the field for most of the duel. I like the 2nd and the 3rd. Thanks for the suggestions Max. Okay.
Lexadin
Ah, then it's ok. Even if he lost. I don't like duels where the opponent didn't even put up a fight.
Max Darkness
I just watched "Bonds Beyond Time" and I've realised that Paradox missed out on a very obvious chance for victory. During the turn he Summons "Malefic Blue-Eyes" and "Malefic Red-Eyes", his first attack ("Red-Eyes" attacking "DMG") is negated by "Junk Gardna". However, for some reason, he then uses "Malefic Blue-Eyes" to attack. If he had used "Malefic Truth Dragon" against "Dark Magician", Y+J+Y's Life Points would have dropped by 2500 (ie 2600 -> 100). "Malefic Truth Dragon" would trigger, being negated by "Stardust Dragon" and protected by its own effect. Then, when "Malefic Blue-Eyes" destroyed "E-HERO Neos", "Malefic Truth" would have re-triggered, destroying "DMG" and "Junk Gardna", inflicting 1600 damage and winning him the duel! I know you want the heroes to win Konami, but do you have to make the villains duel like morons to do so?
Simping For Hina
Of course they duel like morons. It is the only way for the main characters to win, they are that stupid.

Max Darkness
Meh, maybe his miscalculated. It happens to the best of us. Perhaps, but even if the first activation of "Malefic Truth Dragon's" effect had gone through, he would have destroyed 3 monsters ("DMG", "Gardna" and "Neos"), inflicting 2400 points of damage, leaving them with 100 LP left. He would still have had to attack again. Just makes more sense to do it in as little moves as possible...
Lexadin
I guess. Maybe timetraveling does something to your judgement?
Max Darkness
I guess. Maybe timetraveling does something to your judgement? Or the whole fusing-with-your-dragon-so-you-can-finish-your-opponent-with-your-own-hands thing is more mind-messing than it seems.
Lexadin
Tbh, it already seemed quite Mind-messing. That's why I don't fuse with my trump cards. Well that and most of them look like inanimate objects/are regular sized people.
Max Darkness
Tbh, it already seemed quite Mind-messing. That's why I don't fuse with my trump cards. Well that and most of them look like inanimate objects/are regular sized people. Same problem with me. "Gyzarus", "Rock-Lizard" and "Wisel" are really not big enough to fuse with. Another thing I've noticed about Paradox is the unexplained fact that while "Stardust" was corrupted when it was stolen, "Rainbow" and "Cyber End" were not. It makes it seem that unlike the method he used for luring Yusei to summon his trump, he must have simply jumped Johan while he was in an alley and stolen the card the old-fashioned way. Not as cool though.
Lexadin
Well, in theory I could fuse with "Gol'gar" & "Zero" but I don't want to be part of a Synchro or a Slimy Meteor. It just wouldn't look as cool as with a dragon. Erm, maybe Quetzalcoatl the Crimson Dragon didn't allowed one of his servants to be simply stolen? And "Rainbow Dragon" (who if I'm not mistaken is a god on itself) forgot to put such protection on itself?

Oh crap! How do you get out of this?!""You need 'De-Fusion'!""I don't run that! Do you?!""No mate. "Glads" can't use it.""Okay then...I guess I'll have to get out myself. Ah! It's like quicksand, the more I struggle the more I sink...""... I'll note this one down as a 'No Result', shall I...?" Maybe. There are a lot of plot-holes in the movie, despite its short run-time. Max Darkness
Lol, that would be funny....I'm still not doing that though. It would be less impressive than a fusion with one of the gods; and your opponent desperately asking around for a 'De-Fusion'. Perhaps, I've only seen it twice. So I might've missed something. Some of the more obvious ones are: - Pegasus is shown with his Millennium Eye, despite that being taken by Yami Bakura after Duelist Kingdom.- In Yugi's time, 'Gyzarus' is seen, although that wasn't released until the end of the "GX" era.- Jaden has yet to meet Yugi, despite his era being after the fourth season and thus after his duel with Yugi/Yami.- When Pegasus' helicopter is approaching the plaza, now under the effect of 'Malefic World', for some reason his pilot(s) don't see the bizarre purple cosmos effect.- Jaden uses 'De-Fusion' to split up 'Neos Knight', which wouldn't work, since 'Neos Knight' had been Special Summoned with 'Hero Mirage'.- 'Stardust', for some reason, Special Summons on Yusei's side of the field, despite Paradox being the card's 'owner' during that duel.- Also, since it had never been Synchro Summoned, it would have not Special Summoned itself anyway.- And when it does, Jaden explains the effect, even though he knows nothing of the card or its effects. Lexadin
It would be less impressive than a fusion with one of the gods; and your opponent desperately asking around for a 'De-Fusion'. True. I think I can explain them, in order: - He does? Huh, must've missed that.- Maybe it's a special release? And that guy just happened to have the only copie in that age?- Yami MIND CRUSHED him when he was send to the desert. That or he experianced such horrible things there he blocked most of his memories surrounding that.- Maybe it's only visable from the inside (that actually makes some sence).- Erm. Maybe he changed it?- Actually Yusei still owned the original copy, Paradox just had a reversed version of it. So as soon as it apeared back onto Yusei's field, his (and the only) copy started working again.- Maybe it's anime effect is different?- Jaden's psychic. Max Darkness
This duel is taking a lot longer to write than I predicted... I think I can explain them, in order: - Maybe it's a special release? And that guy just happened to have the only copie in that age? Possibly, but it still seems out of place. - Maybe it's only visable from the inside (that actually makes some sence). No, because at the end of the duel, when 'Malefic Truth' detonates, you see the effect from outside its influence disappear, ie from where Pegasus was coming in. - Actually Yusei still owned the original copy, Paradox just had a reversed version of it. So as soon as it apeared back onto Yusei's field, his (and the only) copy started working again. Doesn't change the fact that gameplay-wise, Paradox was the owner of the card for that duel. But as said before, it would never resurrect itself anyway. - Maybe it's anime effect is different? The only difference I'm aware of is that it cannot protect itself alone. - Jaden's psychic. Clearly.
Lexadin
Well "Worms'" awesomeness is not easy to catch on paper. *looks at random Worm cards* Erm... Nevermind. Mh, well I'm out of ideas then.
