@Max: Is this to op'd or up'd?

Level 7

Synchro/Tuner

Lore:

1 Tuner + 2 or more non-Tuner Synchro Monsters.

One per turn, you can add 1 Synchro or Fusion card in your Graveyard to your Extra Deck. If this card is destroyed while it is in a Monster Card Zone, you can place it face-up in your Spell & Trap Card Zone as a Continuous Spell Card, instead of sending it to the Graveyard. While this card is treated as an Continous Spell Card, you can treat this card as an Synchro Material for a Synchro Summon. Also, you can use this as a substitute for a Synchro Material Monster listed on a Synchro Monster.

ATK/DEF 3000/3000

Overpowered. Too high ATK and DEF. And the effect is too powerful. Perhaps make it so that it cannot be Synched while it's a monster.

@Max: So even though it requires 2 Synchro monsters, it is still too powerful, well, I guess it could be....I like the idea though, while it is a monster, hmm.....I'll work on it, thank you....

This card cannot be used as an Synchro Material monster while in the Monster Card Zone.

Oh, I didn't notice that. Then it's probably fine as it is.

@Max: Oops, I just randomly put that in amidst of asking you if that would work, you gave me the idea, so I thank you....

@Leadin: Well, thanks for giving me the link to the episodes, well, I see one thing I like so far, he keeps using the same cards he had in the beginning, and I'm wondering how many times is he going to be using those 3-4 cards, gee, its getting kind of annoying. Its okay, I'll have to wait and see if its gets better or worse...

Well he gets a lot of Deus ex Machina cards lateron, so his Deck probebly will look like season 1 Jaden's Deck.

Another go?

It's quite better then your precious ones. The img seems to fit the background, I don't like the purple mist like thingies though, otherwise a nice img.

I really don't feel like acurately rating today, so I'll just tell you my opp on the changes and 1 new card here.

Hex-Fueled Barrier: Well it's somewhat less situational, and will work nicely with Death Synchros (or DD Synchros if combined with "Macro Cosmos"/"Dimensional Fissure").

Tiphaine, Celestial Architect: Mhh, it certainly is an unique effect. I'd say that it's not "flip all cards in both player's Graveyards face-down." but "turn both player's Graveyards upside down.". Based on "Convulsion of Nature's" effect. And it's not "cards are sent to the Graveyard face-down." but "cards send to the Graveyard are place face-down (instead)." From "D.D. Capsule's" effect. Though I'm not shure about the "instead" part.

It is quite an original effect, however I see no use in it. Why would you want the Grave to be turned around. Even if it brings random activated effects, people could simply remember the order and even if they forget, the effect allows to rechoose after a wrong choice. Making it pointless imo.

Like I said, I'm not sure on the wording. I'll have to look at it some more.

As for the Graveyard effect, the "Occult Ethereals" (which are all Fairy-Type) all revolve around banishing the Extra Deck and themselves, so they don't rely on the Graveyard. Also, it's mainly to make your opponent waste their staples ("Monster Reborn", "Call of the Haunted" and "Pot of Avarice"), which becomes more acute after the first wrong choice since they have to shuffle each time and to prevent monsters that activate in the Graveyard ("Stardust", "Plaguespreader" and "Glow-Up") from doing so.

Actually, PSZ, SD and GUB can still activate thier effects, as they don't select themselfs to be revived, but just revive themselfs. So I think that part needs different wording, though "Monster Reborn" and likewise are stopped, that I have to admit.

Not if they're face-down. The reason effects can activate in the Graveyard is because they're face-up.

Hello good sirs. It seems I am having "OCG block". I cannot figure out if the OCG is right for this...

1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner D.D. monsters

This card can only be Synchro Summoned by banishing the above Synchro Material Monsters. When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can banish 1 D.D. monster from your Deck to have your opponent draw and reveal cards equal to the Level of the banished monster. If any of the cards drawn were Spell or Trap Cards, your opponent must discard to their Graveyard. If any of the cards drawn were Level 5 or higher monsters, return them to your opponent's Deck. They then shuffle their Deck. After this card's effect is resolved, you take damage equal to the number of cards in your opponent's hand x300. When this card leaves the field, you can Special Summon banished 1 D.D. monster (except this card) in face-up Defense Position.

It is an interesting effect that deals with your opponent's Deck. I wanted to add a withdrawal effect to it, but I don't know how to word it at all.

One question. Is this the card you were planning to use for our rematch? (Alternate version Synchro Summon; odd/interesting effect that deals with your opponent's hand and Deck)

I shall comment soon enough.

OCG Fix?

This card cannot be Set. During your Draw Phase, if you have more than 3 cards in your hand, discard 1 card instead of drawing. For each card in your Graveyard, increase the ATK of this monster x100. If this card is the target of 1 Spell or Trap Card, negate the effect and discard 1 card.
