Max Darkness
Yeah, I gues. Still though I dislike the Exceeds I've seen so far a lot. And Yuma, but that's a different story. They're just not very interesting so far. And their names are probably going to get worse; considering soon we shall see "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon"... 'Galaxy-Eyes'. Really? That was the best name? Not say... 'Photon-Eyes Galaxy Dragon', because that sounds a lot worse [/sarcasm] So...unless it has galaxies for eyes, I will be disappointed. Also is there another "Glad Fusion"? It's not on my to-get list.
Lexadin
Well they did reveal that Astral came from a universa called the Astral Universe, so perhaps it has to do with that or something. Eh, I can see that. Not even a return effect. Basicly just a beatsick. And it's ugly aswell.
Max Darkness
Well they did reveal that Astral came from a universa called the Astral Universe, so perhaps it has to do with that or something. I stopped paying attention to the Zexal anime. It's got too like all the other series to take seriously now. Mysterious spirit who happens to be very good a children's card game who lives in a pendant around the main character's neck (Yami). People who become evil from being possessed (Bakura, Marik, Rare Hunters, Doma, Various GXers and Dark Signers). Special cards that have more power than other ones (Egyptian Gods, Legendary Dragons, Seal of Orichalcos, Wicked Gods, Sacred Beasts, Rainbow Dragon, Evil Heroes, Yubel, Darkness, Signer Dragons, Demon Dragon Kings, Earthbound Immortals, Machine Emperors and Temporal Machine Gods). Eh, I can see that. Not even a return effect. Basicly just a beatsick. And it's ugly aswell. Not a great beatstick (only 2500 ATK), and it uses up two "Glad Beasts" (potentially a "Laquari" and "Dimacari", or 5300 combined ATK). Yeah, if you want a "Glad Beast" that can't switch itself out, just use "Heraklinos". It has more ATK and can negate effects.
Lexadin
I'm still folowing it, maybe they manage to come with something really good and make it worthy of having the title of "Yu-Gi-Oh!" again. Yep, "Heraklinos" saved me loads of times. And I just love its negation effect, really, combined with some drawing cards you're basicly unstoppable. I'm still waiting for my perfect episode: a trio of Tier 1 or 2 Decks obliterate all the major characters, starting an arc in which the characters strive to become better and overcome their defeat...it all being planned by the series' true villain. Anyway, I'm going to have dinner now. Talk soon.

Max Darkness
That would be great, if something like that happens, I'll warn you. The way you say that is as if at the start of the show it goes: "Warning. This episode contains credible plot devices. Fans are advised not to be overjoyed." Lexadin
Lolz, that would've been brilliant. But what I meant to say was that if there actually comes a decent plot, I'll say it to you.

But what I meant to say was that if there actually comes a decent plot, I'll say it to you. Yeah. Thanks. I stopped caring after I saw the duel summary for episode 5. The opponent's strategy literally consists of one card that can only be activated when your opponent summons a specific Exceed Monster. Wow. I mean there's GX levels of disbelief, and there's this. Max Darkness
He really has that? Oh god. *facepalms* They've done it again. Yep. And the character is a rip-off of Weevil. He is suspicious, creepy and just not the type of person who you'd want to be around. In fact, he gives Yuma the trigger ("Baby Tragan", a Rank 1 Exceed Monster) for his specific card; which is backed up a card whose Flip Effect Special Summons a trio of Level 1 monsters to your opponent's side of the field. So, naturally, Yuma Exceed Summons; whereas a more intelligent duellist would Tribute or Synch the lot...
Lexadin
I heard about him being like Weevil. Meh, Yuma's a moron. Unfortunatly, unless he gets a brain transplant or something like that, he'll remain that way (so hopefully he'd get killed and replaced by a duelist  ). Unfortunatly, unless he gets a brain transplant or something like that, he'll remain that way (so hopefully he'd get killed and replaced by a duelist  ). Imagine the conversation: Weevil-like: "Here. Heh, take this card."You: "No. I don't know what you've done to it, but I don't want it." During the duel Weevil-like: "Now, my monster Special Summons three monsters to your side of the field!"You: "Really?! You're giving me three free tributes! Okay, come forth "Caius the Shadow Monarch"!"/"Er...okay. I tune my "Hyper Synchron" with my three new monsters! Synchro Summon! Appear now, "Lightning Warrior"!"/"Regardless, that's three free shields!" That's what's really annoying about Yuma. He is so thick it's irritating. I mean, so far Astral has told Yuma to summon "Gogogogogogogogogogogogo Golem" in Defense Position twice. And twice Yuma defied that and summoned it in Attack Position. And both times he ended up with a monster destroyed and less Life Points than the turn before. Maybe third time's a charm...
Lexadin
Tbh, I'd take the card. But seeing as it's horribly and has no synergy at all with any strategy I'd use, I'd just put it in my trunk. Ehhh, probebly not. More like 20th time's a charm.

But seeing as it's horribly and has no synergy at all with any strategy I'd use, I'd just put it in my trunk. All it does is allow a Level 1 to attack directly. Not as if there's a card that does that already... Ehhh, probebly not. More like 20th time's a charm. Hence why I'll need you to tell me if anything interesting happens. Lexadin
Lol, so true and it also takes like 3 mons to Summon it. You can trust on me for that job, sir! *salutes*

Lexadin
Lol, probebly. Do you think there will be a Rnk 10 Exceed?
Max Darkness
Do you think there will be a Rnk 10 Exceed? I'm guessing that "No.1" or "No.99" will be a Rank 10 or 12 Exceed; most likely used by the final villain of the Exceed story arc.
Lexadin
But what monsters will he/she use? Most Lvl 10's are (semi-)gods or boss cards.
Max Darkness
But what monsters will he/she use? Most Lvl 10's are (semi-)gods or boss cards. There are some possibilities. 1. There's a trio of Level 10 'boss' monsters, used by three minions (shocking Yuma when he de-Exceeds a pair of Exceeds to tribute three monsters to get his god out); and in the duel with the final villain, he gets all three out and then overlays them for a Rank 10. 2. He uses an upgraded Exceed Monster that requires Exceeds as its overlay units. So, he gets a pair of Rank 6s out (or a trio of Rank 4s), and then combines them to summon a Rank 12. 3. An alternate version of 1. and 2.: The trio of 'boss' monsters are Rank 8/10 Exceeds, and then the final No. monster requires them to be underlaid. Master White
I need an effect fix, just the OCG and I'll add the drawback if needed... When this card is Normal Summoned, you can activate the following effect: If your opponent Normal Summoned or Special Summoned 2 or more times in one turn, you can select 1 card they control and remove it from play. When this card is Special Summoned, you can activate the following effect: Select 1 card in your opponent's Graveyard and add it to their hand. Then add 1 card from deck to your Hand. If this card is Normal Summoned and than Special Summoned in one turn, remove it from play at the End Phase.
