Lord Ursus
Hey guys. Newest single in a heck of a long time: Phylactery Necromantress******DARKSpellcaster / Effect? / 0While this card is in your Deck, its ATK is treated as 0. When this card is Summoned, Special Summon 1 monster from your Graveyard and place a Phylactery Counter on it. This card's ATK is equal to the number of Phylactery Counters on the field x 1000. This card cannot be destroyed while you control a Phylactery Counter. When a monster with a Phylactery Counter is destroyed, destroy a card on the field. What do you think? Probably overpowered. I would say it is. Considering "Mystic Tomato" can call it out (since '?' monsters are treated 0 ATK while not on the field), and then instantly revive "Tomato" to ram it again, and blow something up if it was the one with the Counter on it. What do you think of this? Bestial Tuning: Select 1 Level 4 or lower Beast, Beast-Warrior or Winged Beast-Type monster you control. It is treated as a Tuner Monster, until the End Phase. Master White
Well, thats a nice card Max. I don't like the fact it has to end, but its alright. I also need some pictures related to animals or humans or whatevers using or are part of lightening or thunder.
Nathanael D. Striker
Easy Synchro, even it is for a turn.
Max Darkness
Easy Synchro, even it is for a turn. Konami's fine with it. I added the last part because of the Beast-Type's rising influence.
Lexadin
But Konami was also ok with an unlimited "Goyo Guardian" for year or so. So their jusgement is worth nothing.

But it will only be used a couple of times, so it shouldn't matter. Maybe I'll change it to be more like "Lightwave Tuning".
Lexadin
Meh, I gues using it only a couple of times should be fine.
Master White
Well, that is a good card. I'm just wondering if this one is to you all, its up to you all to judge. Reason it is a spell b/c I can't seen to get passed traps no matter if I had 5 or 50 traps that all do the same to get rid of it, the trap cards I keep running into end up stalling me or helping me with also stalling me. So, it is a spell card which is the way I like it. There is already Urgent Tuning and Formula Synchron, so i figure this works out to be OK without being op'd
Lexadin
Meh, imo it's more pwerfull then "Urgent Tuning" and "Formula Synchron" as Urgent is only restricted to the Battle Phase, and Formula needs 2 mons to Summon it. So it's somewhat OP, and can be used as a lifesaver. "I take control of your monster, now you can Synchro Anymore." "Nah Ah, I activate Quick Summon Synchro, now lets see who cant Synchro" "Oh no, that was my only change of beating you. "Haha! How did you ever expect to win without Synchros!" For the above reason. Well, I was going for a less powerful monster reborn, yes a lifesaver if you would call it. Well, how about make it like twister, pay 500 or 1000. I know you will say 1000 b/c you don't like synchro's but I think its fine with 500, not sure though. I see a flaw in my card, it just says with the required Synchro Material monsters without stating whose they have to be. I wonder, how can i work it into it saying it has to be your own cards. Lexadin
Honestly I think 800 would be fitting.
Master White
Actually, that I could agree with you. I would still like to have 3 of them, but b/c of formula Synchron, Konami would make it limited I'm sure if it did come out.
Lexadin
True. So we have a deal?

Lexadin
Ok Cya later then.
Max Darkness
2 "Synchro Materials"/1 monster + your card means that during your opponent's turn, perhaps during their Standby Phase, you can use your opponent's monster(s) to Synch. Synchro Summoning is already over-supported, so it doesn't need any more.
Lexadin
Wait you can use it to use your to Synchro your opps mons aswell?!*reads it again* Wow, it misses the "you control" part. Huh, I gues that wasn't General's intention. On a sidenote: Higurashi no Naku Koro ni is pretty disturbing.

Huh, I gues that wasn't General's intention. On a sidenote: Higurashi no Naku Koro ni is pretty disturbing. That's why it's rather overpowered. It is? I wouldn't know. Thinking of making a card that negates Special Summoned monsters' effects for a turn. "Draining Shot" anyone?
Lexadin
True. Yeah, it's quite wierd. I hope things become more logical after a while. (Btw It's an anime that I'm currently watching.) Mhh, it might be abused with Skill Drain Decks, perhaps make it that only your opps Special Summoned mons can be selected.

(Btw It's an anime that I'm currently watching.) Mhh, it might be abused with Skill Drain Decks, perhaps make it that only your opps Special Summoned mons can be selected. It was going to be something along the lines of: Select 1 face-up monster on the field that was Special Summoned from the Extra Deck. Its effect(s) is negated, and cannot be activated, until the End Phase.
Lexadin
Mhh, that would stop abuse from Skill Drain Decks aswell. So it should be fine. But make shure to make it a Quick-Play Spell or Trap Card, otherwise its use would be rather limited.
Master White
@Lexadin: I did say that I forgot to put that part in and couldn't figure out how to word it so it would only say your own cards. i guess I could leave it and make it pay 2000, but is that to much?@Max: I re-read it again and I shocked even myself, I knew it was overpowered by after reading it again. i got it updated if you want to see it again. Lexadin
@General: Nah, the original idea is much better then the errored version imo. On a sidenote: Ah, Higurashi no Naku Koro ni got even more confusing! It doesn't make any sence at all now. I must see how they'll explain all of this. Master White
Original Idea, meaning have it so works on both monsters or have it so its pay 500 for your own monsters to do the thing? And who in the world are you talking about?
