CinnamonStar
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2010/07/24/AR2010072401363.html?hpid=moreheadlines http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ex2FmYdNTiQ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t-moqUuYjRk Seriously people were stuck into a 200 x 30 meter tunnel with NO RESCUE WAYS as the only possibility to get in. There were already warnings that this might go wrong since over a million people were expected and the place was already way overcrowded in the afternoon. Apparently some people started fainting and that's what pushed the crowd and caused the mass panic. There was no way to get out, people were getting no air and how it always happens you try to save yourself first...by walking on others. This is just sad IMO... I don't know whose fault it is, the organization or every single person that was pushing or getting pushed, but this is just sad.=/ People come there to celebrate, seriously apart from drugs maybe and a few bullies that you'll find in every crowd, it's one of the only music events out there where there's little to no violence and people just come to have fun. Now it's cancelled forever, I was planning to go one day but you know... Anyway discuss. Do you know anyone who was there/wanted to go there, etc.
Christian Exodia
I would love to go there, & also this isn't the first time a mass panic killed people. But it's still sad. :(
Cin
Well they did say the police more or less only left that tunnel as a way in and out instead of leaving other exits/entrances, its a shame that it happened.
