Exodia deck for this meta?

Recommended Posts

Im hoping to get back into Yugioh... but i want to start in a new direction. that direction being exodia. now while i readjust to the new banlist all over again, i was hoping someone could post a deck that i can make IRL that will hopefully be effective in this meta. +reps for anyone that can help.

dragodia:

5 exodia

3 blue eyes

1 toon eyes

3 wsol

2 library

14

3 tradein

3 consonance

3 toontable

3 hand dest

3 upstart

3 void

2 duality

3 reload

3 rejuvenation

26

40

until duality comes out you can drop them for any two of:

monster recovery

dark eruption

flamvell guard

playbook:

draw cards, discard dragons, summon library, draw more cards. endphase rejuvenation for 20 cards, if you miss exodia then quickplay a reload. repeat until you have exodia or lose. just be careful when you play void. don't be reckless.

Tronta's build is the only even slightly good build in the current meta. With D-Draw limited, we don't have a Destiny Hero engine, so that is bad. RML engine on it's own is not as consistent as the Dragon one, since you completely rely on drawing either Summoner Monk or RML first turn. Just run Tronta's build and if D-Draw goes back at 2 or 3, then run the D-Hero build.

wsol = The White Stone of Legend. Discard it for Cards of Consonance, get a Blue-Eyes. Easy Trade-In fodder just from discarding it. D-Hero build are cheap now actually with D-Draw in common, but yeah, the Dragon one is more consistent.

ah yes i remember that little white egg thing... but i never hear about d-draw becoming a common. guess thats what i get for taking my little TCG sabbatical.

so when does duality come out and what does it do? ive heard the name dropped recently but im not sure what it does

D-Draw engine in exodia is bad. You could try this:

14

3 Junk Synchron

3 Tuningware

3 Thunder Dragon

5 Exodia

23

3 De-Synchro

3 Hand Destruction

2 Magical Stone Excavation

1 Spell Reproduction

1 Card Destruction

3 Dark Factory of Mass Production

1 Dark Eruption

2 Machine Duplication

1 Foolish Burial

1 One for One

3 Upstart Goblin

1 Allure of Darkness

3

3 Reckless Greed

no' date=' you use a synchron extra deck. junk can only make synchrons.

[/quote']

Quickdraw is the one that can only make synchros with synchron tuners. I use Junk Synchron. SO Generic.

oh, i totally misread that. wait, doesnt synchro exodia use quickdraw? and dark sea rescue?

This one isn't turbo but it's very consistant, as far as exodia decks go. Basically, bring Sangan back... and back again... and again... until Exodia is searched out entirely.

Monsters: 17

5x Exodia

1x Sangan

3x Emissary of the Afterlife

3x Mystic Tomato

3x Armageddon Knight

2x Mask of Darkness

Spells: 12

3x Dark Eruption

3x Upstart

2x Gold Sarcophagus

2x Dark Factory of Mass Production

1x Allure

1x Foolish Burial

Traps: 11

3x Reckless Greed

3x Time Machine

3x Limit Reverse

1x Torrential

1x Call of the Haunted

Just a Question do you want a Competitive Exodia Deck or a Competitive Cheap Deck? I mean there is a Deck that has caught my Eye i can't Post it because i don't know it exactly but it was mainly Spell Cards like Cards that let you Draw Cards and then Cards that discard them and some cards that let you recover them to the Hand. Also it has some Monsters like Magical Library and you can Squeeze Exodia in because the Build can work with it Instead of with the 3 Main Trap Cards. The 3 Main Trap Cards i can't Remember their Names Exactly but the Point of it was to Gather up the 3 Trap Cards and 30 Cards in the Graveyard so that the Trap Cards can do their thing. The Traps had these effects:

1- I think it was Wall of Reviling Light or something and you Pay Life Points until you have 1000 or less Left.

2-I think it was called Life Equalizer so that when yours and your opponent's Life Points have a difference of 8000 or more both yours and your opponent's Life Points become 3000.

3- And finally i think it was last in the Ruins. Effect:

Activate this Card when you have 30 or more Cards in your Graveyard. Inflict 3000 Damage to your opponent.

You see how this presents a First Turn Kill? But the Trick can go Just as well with Exodia. Instead of trying to get the 3 Trap Cards, try to get the 5 Pieces. Well i hope this was of Help to you.

preferibly cheap' date=' but i'd rather see the deck line-up and decide for myself if i can get my hands on the cards, ya know?

this sounds like an inferior magical explosion FTK... im fairly sure there are better ways to get exodia to hit the grave and be recovered. after all im not trying to summon necross or anything
