Tuner Scheme is there for my opponents monsters and for tribute fodder after i use an effect or something.

First stall till you get the creator pieces or until you can tribute for a monarch. the level eater is for tribute fodder and synchro material. Dark tinker will be the only tuner because of the creators effect. Kuraz is the never ending destroy and draw power for this deck.
