[spoiler=plot]12 years have passed since naruto uzimaki's death after he died the akatsuki were free to do whatever they chose and they chose to kidnap the 3 major Kages and put the ninja world in a state of war and that task was accomplished.no village trusts another and all the villages are at war but worst of all with the villages in chaos the akatsuki is free to infiltrate the villages without problems and the ninja world is falling apart ninjas we need you

Special ability(if any):can use any jutsu thanks to a jutsu he made (shadow sharingan) which steals the users ability to do that move.

Special weapon(optional):he carries a series of speacial kunai from his village they have a smaller circle in the back,a larger handle in the middle and the tip is curved up a slight ways with a barb in it near the end of the blade.

Any other ninja gear:paper bombs,shuriken,poison tipped senbon,a small blade with a hook at the end of it.2 summoning scrolls an a sealing scroll.

Bio:at the age of 4 the 5th great shinobi war broke out.Tekashi was taken as a hostige by the sand village.Tekashi managed to get away and ran away from the sand village.he eventualy came to the leaf village and after telling the gaurds his story was transported back to the village hidden in haze

Appearance:short brown hair with dark brown eyes.he wears a small black jacket over his light blue t-shirt.he wears long black pants which go down to his light blue shoes.he wears a large bag which holds all his equiptment and tools.

Personality:Tekashi is sarcastic but gets serious whenever hes in the heat of battle.

All jutsus(you can make them up too):Water claw,Mist armor,peircing water arm,ninja art mist preasure,Water Style: Water Shuriken,Shadow Rasengan,Fire Style: Fire Dragon Jutsu,shadow sharingan,and a barrage of other element jutsus.

Tekashi walked out of his village's item shop and made his way to his village gates.he looked back one last time as he followed down a long narrow dirt path.Tekashi came to the end of the path and walked into the forest directly ahead."well i ain't gonna get there going this slow"Tekashi said as he jumped into the trees and started jumpking from tree to tree getting faster and jumping farther with every step."well i better let my energy be building up i'm almost there"Tekashi jumped down and started to walk through the forest."well looks like i'm here i better be careful who knows whats down there"Yekashi said as he looked towards the leaf village.
