Szayel Aporro Granz has the best name of them all, I like saying it. But my favorite is Ulquiorra. He has the best look, and is pretty dark (cool eyes). Grimmjow is second, for being so badass.

I'm going to be seemingly completely random and go with Aaroniero. The reason being his fight with Rukia is probably one of my favorite in the entire series.
