Card A

This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 2 Rock-Type monsters on your field. When a Rock-Type monster you control is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, place 1 Enhancement Crystal Counter on this card. This card gets these effects, based on the number of Enhancement Crystal Counters on it.

● 1: This card cannot be destroyed by battle.

● 2: This card cannot be destroyed by Monster Effects.

● 3: This card cannot be destroyed by the effects of Spell or Trap Cards

● 4 or more: You can remove 4 Enhancement Crystal Counters from this card to negate the activation of a Special Summon/Spell Card/Trap Card and destroy the Spell Card, Trap Card, or Summoned monster.

 

Card B:

Each time the Attribute of a "Genex Ally" monster is changed, place 1 Genex Counter on this card (max.4). Once per turn, you can remove any number of Genex Counters from this card to remove from play 1 Set card on your opponents side of the field for each Genex Counter removed. For each Set card removed from play by this effect, send the top card of your Deck to the Graveyard. Once per turn, you can remove 4 Genex Counters from this card to Special Summon 1 "Genex Ally" monster from your Graveyard. Each time you remove a Genex Counter(s) from this card, your opponent draws 1 card and gains 1000 Life Points.

These are both pretty good cards.

CARD A, your card has a few ocg errors, and i believe you meant to make the effects stack, so you should have made the effect: ● 1+: ...● 2+: ...● 3+: ...● 4+: ... like in ancient city rainbow ruins, but mayb you didnt want them to stack =P. nice card though, feels like a monster form of rainbow ruins.

CARD B, goes very well with the ally genex ally/genex theme with attribute change and set card destruction. effect is balanced, yet useful and versatile. i like how it can destroy set spell/traps and monsters. good ocg as well. my only major turn off is the ridiculously high stats. shouldnt be on a level 5 monster or on a monster with such a great effect already. the defence is the major stat unbalance.

With that in consideration, i vote for CARD A.
