Overplayed. I was ok with it at first, then it was overplayed like hell. IMO he cant sing. on AGT he couldnt pull of the high notes. stupid lyrics too.

If you primarily listen to a few channels, or you primarily listen to non-pop channels, you could consider that overplayed.

 

In Boston, we have a single channel devoted to all things pop music. What I do is listen to the radio about an hour each day (so seven hours a week of JUST gathering facts, but at different times during the day), and if I hear the song at least five times during those seven hours, I consider it overplayed.

 

Because on average, during the total time of car rides, that means you'd be hearing the song about twice. Which is stupid, since you don't want to hear the same song over and over.

I love this song. Train is my favorite artist of all time. And it is overplayed, but I prefer Train's other songs like If it's Love or something.
