I challenged Smesh to a ultimate contest were we would both use our signature cards.

This card can be Special Summoned by discarding 5 cards from your hand to the Graveyard. If you Special Summon this card, Spell and Trap cards can only be activated by paying 500 Life Points. Once per turn you can flip a face-down card face-up. If it is a Spell or Trap card, it is not activated unitil the owner activates it. If it is a monster, flip effects are not activated at this time.

This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set except by Tributing 1 Dragon-Type monster and 1 LIGHT monster you control. When this card destroys a monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard, place 1 Starshot Counter on this card. (max. 15) When this card is removed from the field, inflict Damage to your opponent equal to the amount of Starshot Counters on this card x 100.

Reason: Spell and trap can only be activated by paying. My opponent cannot activate Spells/Traps unless they pay 500 LP. If they have less, they cant and cant use their most powerful spells and traps, and other things (Wait a second, special summon? Premature Berial! YAY!!!).... The last effect is somehow with me.

sheld gets my vote, its not OPed at all at can be hard to summon

but smesh's card will always have a sure thing of getting a spell or trap which makes it oped

so sheld has my vote
