And I wanna explain the name. Pteron means wing or feather. Therion means beast. So in total, the card means "Winged Beast".

 

 

[spoiler=Lore]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by returning 4 cards on the field to their owner's hand. If there are no face-up monsters on the field, destroy this card. If this card is destroyed by its own effect, roll a die. Activate 1 of the following effects depending on what number was rolled:

1 or 6: Pay 700 Life Points to destroy 1 Level 5 or lower Monster Card on the field. During the following End Phase, Special Summon the destroyed monster to your side of the field. If there are no monster to be destroyed, you can draw 1 card.

2 or 5: You can draw 1 card. If it is a Dragon-Type Monster Card, remove it from play. During you next Draw Phase, add the removed card to your hand. If it is not a Dragon-Type monster, discard the card and destroy 1 monster you control. If you do not have a monster on the field, your opponent draws 1 card and gains 400 Life Points.

3 or 4: Your opponent gains 600 Life Points and you lose 200 Life Points.

Master Tortoise - You really think its practical to add fusions to Flamvells for just that card? Also, since I am nice, I will let you stay in. I meant no post edits. Overall I give you 8/10 except you broke a rule, so 7/10.

 

Monkey - Maybe a bit overpowered, but rock type still sucks. I give you an 8/10

 

Luna - You lose a synchro. How is that good. Underpowered and hurt my eyes. 6/10

 

Athena - I read the summoning conditions. I hope you didn't mean either your cards or your opponent. Creative defence and saying draco gives you a 9/10.

 

Alien masta - Bad pic, don't really understand the summoning, but I like dice rolls. 8/10 (but that 8 is lower then monkeys 8)

 

Strange Name Person - A bit Overpowered. Not a fan of the pic. 7/10 (Once again, this is a lower 7 then MTs)

 

Alordzynix - Instant win condition? No. The card effect? No. Picture? No. 3/10

You're not a fan of instant win conditions, couldn't have know that. And then effect is pretty much only that, so it was just the wrong card for the wrong judge.
