[align=center]I'm holding a one-on-one. Just post your card. Winner is first to 3 votes and gets 3 reps from loser.

My card:

laststandofthedyingholotw7.jpg

This card can only be activated if the only monster on your field is Level 8 or higher and your opponent would reduce your Life Points to 0 in battle. Negate that battle. Your opponent must Special Summon monsters from their Deck until there are 5 monsters on their field, ignoring the summoning conditions. Increase the ATK of the monster on your field by 4000. Your opponent flips a coin. If the result is Heads, increase their Life Points by 1000. If the result is Tails, increase the ATK of all their monsters by 1500. Afterward, you flip a coin. If the result is Heads, end your opponent's turn and all monsters you control can attack once again if they destroy a monster by battle. If the result is Tails, your opponent cannot Summon any monsters for 3 of their turns. After this card resolves, it is returned to your hand instead of being sent to the Graveyard.

This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 2 Rock-Type monsters on your field. When a Rock-Type monster you control is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, place 1 Enhancement Crystal Counter on this card. This card gets these effects, based on the number of Enhancement Crystal Counters on it.

● 1: This card cannot be destroyed by battle.

● 2: This card cannot be destroyed by Monster Effects.

● 3: This card cannot be destroyed by the effects of Spell or Trap Cards

● 4 or more: You can remove 4 Enhancement Crystal Counters from this card to negate the activation of a Special Summon/Spell Card/Trap Card and destroy the Spell Card, Trap Card, or Summoned monster.

I vote for Cross Crystal Demon. Besides being easier to follow, it seems more useful in an average duel, especially if both cards went up against each other. From what I gather, the only limit on its summoning is being Special Summoned from somewhere other than the hand (not entirely sure if that's the case), though I initially thought it was supposed to be a Semi-Nomi. Pic = crystal demon-looking thing, as opposed to... an explosion of some sort? Or maybe that ghost girl from F.E.A.R. in front of a pumpkin, I don't know. Last Stand is just way too situational, I don't ever see it getting used. How would you be in that situation at all (presumably on purpose)? So the whole idea is to get a 4000 ATK boost. Not that it would matter much, since one of the monsters your opponent would have summoned could probably take it out easily with an effect.

In summary:

Cross Crystal Demon - Possibly useful as a better wall after sacrificing several Rock monsters to battle.

Last Stand of the Dying - Ridiculous situational card that might allow you to escape defeat with a +4000 ATK monster.

Sorry Luna but i would have to vote for Cross Crystal Demon. There doesn't seem to be any OCG Errors and it seems really more balanced i mean it would take some time to gather up the Counters for it and in the Current Meta it wouldn't Survive Long enough to get the Counters it needs to Stay in the Field and yet it can easily Survive for some time and it can be Used in a Rock Build that Specializes in the Destruction of it's own Rock Monsters so if you see it carefully it cannot be Used in any Deck other than Rock Decks but in Rock Decks it Brings and Infinite Amount of Defense. Something like Judgment Dragon for LS it can be Used in LS and only in LS. So finally my Vote Goes to Monkey.
