DARKPLANT RISING
=Rules= Make an "Evolution" of an existing TCG card that: Isn't a Synchro Is LV 5 or more Is LV 8 or less Has 2000 or more ATK Has 500 or more DEF Except with 500 more ATK and DEF, and with a stronger ability. OR Isn't a Synchro Is LV 10 or less Has 0 ATK and 0 DEF Except with 2 more Level, and a stronger ability. You can pick one of these. The summoning conditions CANNOT be "This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by tributing 1 "*pre-evolution monster*" on your side of the field", or anything of that sort, and must be more original, or at least useful in real life. Can be a bit OP'ed. Pic cannot be GFX'ed versions of the pre-evolution card. You must also post the effect for the sake of ignorant people who don't know how to use the enlargen screen button. I know, but some voters don't. First to 3 votes wins. Voters get 3 points. Winner gets 3 reps from the loser. No ninjas (they would not be accepted). If the person who first challenges me is a LV 4 or lower member, he/she has the right to ask me to post my card first. Start!! My Card (0) This card can be Special Summoned by tributing 2 FIRE Monsters. If this face-up card is removed from the field, Special Summon this card during your next Standby Phase. If you Special Summon this card in this way, destroy all cards on the field except this card. This card cannot attack the turn it is Special Summoned by its own effect. Opponent's Card (0) lore: This card can only attack or activate its effect when there are at least 2 "Thousand-Eyes Idol" in your Graveyard. When there is at least 1 "Thousand-Eyes Restrict" in your Graveyard, this card cannot be removed from the field, and you take no damage involving this card. This card gains 300 ATK and DEF for every "Thousand-Eyes Idol", as well as 1000 ATK and DEF for every "Thousand-Eyes Restrict" in your hand, Main Deck, and Graveyard. Once per turn, you can select and control 1 monster on your opponent's side of the field. The maximum amount of monsters this card can control is equal to the number of "Thousand-Eyes Restrict" and "Thousand-Eyes Idol" in your Main Deck and Graveyard (as long as there is enough space in the Monster Zone). Increase this card's ATK and DEF by the Level Stars of each controlled monster x 100.

Phantom M.C.
here is my card: the evolved form of "thousand-eyes idol" would've gone with restrict, but fusion monsters don't work well with effects. lore: This card can only attack or activate its effect when there are at least 2 "Thousand-Eyes Idol" in your Graveyard. Cows198
endgame, your card is way op, acccording to your effect, no matter how your card is removed from the field, it can be special summoned again the next term. This not only covers destruction from battle and card effect but remove from play, or return to hand. It also has a very potent field clear ability. But yea, this is like the love child of judgment dragon and nephthys, on crack. Good ocg, good relation to theme of nephthys. galadrien, your card has lots of issues. on one hand, it has very low utility since thousandeyes restrict is forbidden, not to mention a fusion monster (how can this card be in your main deck) along with the fact the thousand eye idol is rather useless in itself. that aside though, lets say you only use this card for its monster control effect. Any card that mimics change of heart needs a draw back, and the one for your card is very small. im not even sure how the control effect works, is it as as an equip card like relinquish or actual change of control? lots of ocg errors, somewhat good relation to theme of relinquished. end game gets my vote, both cards have major balance issues, but galadrien's card has a bit too many errors.
