Oh how I luv dis gaem

(I started playing it again the other day, and felt like making this topic about it)

 

I can never get 100%, because theres always like 1 or 2 levels that drive me up a wall. But hey, at least I try/can get close

(Area 51, for the most part)

Still... Its an awesome, classic game

I first played this game at someone elses house and beat it the same day. Of course I didn't have time to get everything since I wasn't gonna stay in that house. I do have my own copy right now and got 100% before. I think it can go higher than that.

105% is the highest' date=' but thats [i']ONLY[/i] if you go through the game and get all the relics.

But thats always such a pain(IMO)

My saved file is gone so I have to get all the relics again. My favorite stage is the airplane one. How much % do you have now?

 

On my latest file, I'm at like 80-ish.

Ive gotton the silver gems on liek all teh stages, except for the ones in the "secret" warp room, but I'm working on that. Also, I'm trying to get a bunch of relics.

I'm horribly reckless in time trials, but thats the best way to go through them(IMO), mostly because I know the stages pretty well.

First videogame I ever had played when I was 5. It truly was an experience, brings back memories...ahhhh......then I heard this was on the PS store and I instantly bought it....the memories are coming back

 

I loved this game, suberb graphics for PS1, great gameplay, altogether a masterpeice. Too bad this was Naugty Dogs last CB game...

As far as PS1 games go, the graphics ARE really nice.

Also, I think Crash Bash was Naughty Dog's last game.

Since CTR and Crash Bash came after Warped.

But you gotta' admit, some of the newer games can be pretty funny.

Are you playing it on a PlayStation 2? Trying speeding up the disc in the PS2 menu.

 

I have 87% now and I startled playing it yesterday with a new file. Once I get 105% again, I'm gonna break my Time Trial scores.

I'm current@99%

I have every other item you can get at this point in the game-

EXCEPT FOR THE EFFING' SILVER GEM FOR WINNING AREA 51'S RACE!

Really, that stage is driving me up a freakin' wall.

Memerizing Area 51 is key and I was annoyed by it too but I did beat it. I got 100% now. Now I have to get the platinum relics which is the hardest part of the game. I got some of them early in the game though before getting 100%.

Currently I'm at 104%.

Yes, I did beat Area 51 the other day.

 

Thing is, I watched a few videos of it on youtube, and I noticed that the "key" to the stage is that you dont let up on the gas button.

I even drove off the course a few times, but I still beat it >___>

Seriously, it was that simple.

 

I'm not going to bother with Time Trials though.

Well, I did go through all the stages Time Trials, but I'm not motivated to get Platinum on all of them.

(I just went through the stages as fast as I can, and I got whatever Relic matched my time)
