My Version of Equipment Cat.

Monsters (16):

3x Archfiend Marmot of Nefariousness

2x Mine Mole

3x Giant Rat

2x Gigantes

1x Rescue Cat

1x Sangan

1x Summoner Monk

3x X-Saber Airbellum

Spells (17):

1x Mind Control

3x D.D.R.

3x Falling Down

1x Giant Trunade

2x Gold Sarcophagus

1x HS

1x MST

2x Pot of Avarice

3x Symbols of Duty

Traps(6):

1x Solemn Judgement

2x Limit Reverse

1x Call of the Haunted

1x Dust Tornado

1x Torrential Tribute

Extra (15):

1x Catastor

1x RDA

1x Arcanite

1x BRD

1x Brio

1x Goyo

1x Mist Wurm

2x Naturia Balkion

2x Naturia Beast

1x Naturia Landoise

2x Power Tool Dragon

1x Stardust

Basically the deck works by getting Cat out as much as possible and abusing it to get Naturi Beast + Balkion out first turn for a total lockdown. Yet, if you go second or something comes up, there are so many ways to make a reversal.

Ways to get Rescue Cat out:

- Gold Sarc / Gigantese / Balkion to remove, than D.D.R.

- Limit Reverse

- Call of the Haunted

- Summoner Monk (see below)

- Symbols of Duty

- Giant Rat

- Summon It... Obviously.

Not too many lvl 8's are ran in this deck because it's bettter / faster / easier to get out the 5-7's.

Discussion / Combos:

There are so many ways to get Cat onto the field or in your hand I feel like Cat should be banned, but its not! So lets discuss him.

Combo 1 (opening turn): Summon Summoner Monk. Discard Spell to get out Cat. Tag Cat out for Marmot + X-Saber Airbellum. Tune Airbellum to Monk to get PTD. Use PTD's effect to grab Symbols of Duty (This is why you have to run 3x of each equip card to ensure you'll get the one you want), then use it on Marmot to replay Cat. Tag out Cat again for Airbellum and Mine Mole or another Marmot (I prefer getting Naturia Beast out first turn, but whatever works for you). Tune into Beast and set whatever backrows you have.

Combo 2 (second to go): Same thing as #1, only this time Tag out cat for 2 X-Sabers. Sync 1 into Arcanite with Monk than procede to destroy their monster and a backrow (Or use GT/HS than destroy their monster they summon to keep a Counter on Arcanite), than Direct Attack for 2000-3000 LP depending on the number of cards they have played and they also lose a Card due to Airbellum's effect.

Pot of Avarice and Sangans are pretty much amazing in this deck. Sangan can grab any card you want from your deck as well as make a Brionac while getting a +1 on your side for Brio's discard cost or just setting up future plays. I find first turn or second turn I'll have 5+ monsters in my Graveyard due to heavy Synching which is a great Plus as your PoA's become turned into Pot of Greeds and it allows you to keep using Cat's effect by having Enough Targets of Airbellums, Mine Moles, or Marmots.

If you don't have mine mole (as it comes out in Hidden Arsenal), Gallis the Star Beast also works pretty well.

Feel free to netdeck this to try it out. You really have to play it to be able to see its true potential and its feel.

Thanks Everybody.

-3 XX-Saber Airbellum

+3 X-Saber Airbellum

And then edit the combos and change XX to X.

Also' date=' change than to then.

Looks fun.

I'll be updating it with new the new Naturia Support's soon. Landoise FTW.

Played and tested with this. My conclusions so far are:

-2x BTH

-1x Gold Sarcophagus

-1x Book of Moon

-1x Pot of Avarice

+1x Solemn Judgment

+1x Mind Control

+2x Dust Tornado

+1x Torrential Tribute

My losses were mostly to some retarded Trap cards, so upgrading your Trap lineup to a Solemn and two Dusts definitely offers more than the BTHs - big monsters aren't as much of a threat in this deck as a dangerous backrow. The random BoM isn't important despite its dual purpose and a second Sarcophagus is way too slow. I didn't really like how my 3rd PoA tended to come up often in unfortunate times, so I dropped it. Mind Control just works better in my opinion, and I just felt Torrential is a nice card to have here. My side deck was:

2x Cyber Dragon (CFD in extra)

2x Volcanic Queen

3x Pulling the Rug

2x Crevice

2x Mirror of Oaths

2x Trap Stun

2x Gottoms' Emergency Call

Barring some retarded hands where I was swarmed with the equips, I was generally able to pull off decent combos and carry them through to victory.

Thanks for testing it. Balkion has no fear of backrows.

I might Mind Control over Brain for more Tuning.

Your other suggestions seem good. It's funny because I was thinking about negging BoM and my BTH's too. (:

EDIT: More Updates made, please look into my Tech list to see what you think.

have you thought about kurogane? that's the only thing I could think of' date=' but with symbols

and limit reverses, it probably isn't needed.

I love when you suggest a card and you know it won't work yet you say it anyways.

Really though, I just don't like it.
