THE "ONLY" problem

so lets say i have a level 5 monster card that says "this card can only be special summoned by blah blah", then i have another card that says "tribute blah blah and special summon a level 5 or lower monster in face-up attack position. so can i special summon it or what?

 

next, i have a monster card that says "as long as blah blah blah, this card cannot destroyed", then i have another card that says "pay blah blah life points and destroy all monsters on the field." so can i destroy the monster?

No and No.

 

1 - That's the only summon condition. It's kinda flawed.

2 - That's why I ran Vennonsworns on WC09. It's called JD+Vennoninaga.
