Pokemon: Nuzlocke Challenge

Recommended Posts

I'm doing one with my Friend on Leaf Green' date=' I had to restart twice because I blacked out...

[/quote']

Never have a team of six on you, ever. Always have a team of five, with at least one in the PC. This makes it easier, as if you do black out (or white out, in some generations), you can always continue on using your PC Pokemon.

In this gme Pokemon Nuzlocke challenge You can learn strategies without much censored.3.0 your game And the best way to learn the best strategies is fighting real people, not the trainers in the game And even if your Pokemon is well trained and will vanish for some time, especially when you can not use healing items.

Current Team:

Apollo (Charmleon) Lvl. 22

Agua (Magikarp) lvl. 9

Andres (Sandshrew) lvl 14

Dead Members:

Squirty (Rattata) lvl. 12 (Killled by Brock's Onix)

Last night, I got to the Nugget Bridge and I forgot that my Rival is there! So I had only one Potion... Andres took care of Pidgeotto, but was in Yellow health. He sent out his Squirtle and I withdrew, Andres for Apollo. I spammed the heck our of Smokescreen to where Squirtle's Accurarcy couldn't go down anymore, and I fainted Squirtle with 4 Embers, but Apollo only had 9 HP! So when he sent out his Abra, which only knows Tele :), I used my Potion on Apollo, and I sent out Andres who scratched Abra I think 5 times. Finally it was his Rattata, it hit a HYPER FANG!!! on Andres and left it with only 4 HP! I sent out Apollo and used Metal Claw, it used Tailwhip, Apollo used Ember, it used Quick Attack so Apollo was in Yellow Health, I used Ember and it MISSED! Rattata hit the quick attack and Apollo was left with 6 HP, but I used Ember to faint it.

By far the scariest battle of my Nuzlocke Run, and maybe one of my scariest battles of all time!

I started a Nuzlocke run on Diamond. Of course, being a trainer of my caliber, you have to take the easiest possible challenge: Faints = release, 1st poke in an area, that's it.

Team (Before 2nd Gym):

Skinny (Prinplup) lv 21.

Mr. Cool (Staravia) lv. 23

Ace (Zubat) Lv. 13

Chet (Buizel) lv. 16

Honus (Bidoof) lv. 3

Futon (Meditite) lv. 14

Deceased:

Shinx that I forgot to nickname

Wendy (Geodude)

I thought Purugly at Valley Windworks would be a challenge, so I killed like 50 wild pokemon to train my Staravia. Then its Faint Atk did like 5 damage. =/

I lost my Platinum, so I've started a Nuzlocke Challenge on Ruby. Decided to only use the two basic rules, with not having to count duplicates, and no legendaries either. I want to OHKO Groudon.

Right now only in Petalburg Woods.

Mudkipz (Mudkip) lvl 9

Ralts lvl 7

Shroomish lvl 5

No deceased yet. Luckily, both the Ralts and the Shroomish were the fist Pokémon I saw in their respective route. I haven't nicknamed them yet because I haven't thought of anything witty.

I feel I should bump this. >=I

I'm at the Sunyshore gym, w/ only 3 casualties. I spammed the Day Care to get my pokemon into the 50's.

Dawg - Rapidash lv. 45

Jumbo - Blissey lv. 45

Skinny - Empoleon lv. 53

Mr Boss - Staraptor lv 52

Fuentes - Rampardos lv 52

Ace - Crobat lv 52

ZZ Top- Chimecho lv 54

Chet fainted before I got to Snowpoint. D:

I <3 these comics.

And I ended my Nuzlocke run awhile ago. It was in my status (that I deleted since it was like 2 paragraphs long.)

My last pokemon ended up Brave Birding Cynthia's last pokemon. We both died at the same time. I whited out though. D:

I didn't think I'd make it that far, but technically I won. I defeated every Pokemon in the elite 4, with box pokemon to spare. I just didn't get into the hall of fame. D:

BUMP

Update

I started the game naming myself Madsen. And no, in this hack you cannot name your rival. He is always called Mura.

Withdrew my little Potion from the PC.

Did starting quest: went south from home, got my first pokemon, Tuxorox the Bulbasaur:

~Bulbasaur, LV5:

-Tackle

-Growl

As soon as I tried to leave, Mura stopped me and challenged me to a battle. This being a Nuzlocke run, I could not afford to lose this. However, I beat him with no struggle at all.

Then I left with Tuxorox, who leveled up to Lv6 in this battle. We went south, and noticed a Mart. We picked up the pizza for Professor Tim, and went back to the lab. There, Mura and I got our very own Pokedex's. I went back to the Mart to buy 4 pokeballs, as I probably wont have that many areas before the next town. I went down, and noticed a huge cave. This could mean trouble.

I entered the cave, and the first pokemon I get to see - a Diglett. I cought him and named him Klavier. His only attack was scratch but I don't remember what level I caught him at.

I grinded both a good lot, and then continued through the cave. I barely made it out there, and barely beat this one trainer outside. There were 2 others, but I didn't want to battle so I just walked past them. I healed up my Pokemon and saw something funny - a patch of grass in front of the Center. I ran around in it, and I find- a Pikachu. A lv 17 Pikachu. This patch of grass was full of strong pokemon! I sent out Klavier, because he can absorb 2 Quick attacks and any thunder attack. And so, I caught Solomon the Pikachu. And then, the gym. A water type gym! And I had 2 pokemon strong against water! I continued to beat the gym leader who had a Horsea and a Vaporeon. There I saved, and ended my game.
