Favorite FE Game: Path of Radiance

Favorite FE Class: Tie between Sword Master and Sage.

Favorite FE Character: I'll admit my favorite is probably swayed more by effectiveness in battle, but an enjoyable personality helps. I can't decide on one so I'll do one from each of the three games I've played.

-Sacred Stones: Joshua

-Path or Radiance: Ike (promoted though. Until that point he's only an okay unit.)

-Radiant Dawn: Tie between Mia, Nephenee and Haar.

Ephraim most definitely. Especially when he gets his Class Upgrade and he gets a horse. Lord + Horse = pwnage

I have SS' date=' and I haven't gotten far enough to the point you actually get to use him.. :(

I've only played Ike's games, and I hate to be biased, but I am. He's my favorite. He's arguably the best stat-wise, plus he fights for his friends. And he's the only one who isn't of noble birth, which is pretty cool.

I've owned all the FE games at one point (got rid of RD,) and my favorite lord is a three way tie between Lyn, Ike, or Sothe. If Lyn has her Manni Katti equipped, she can deal a whole lot of Critical Hits. Sothe is good, because he is epic once he promotes to Whisperer, and he is fast and powerful and has good skill. Ike is just plain badass.

Sothe isn't the Lord, Micaiah is... And Ike, but you knew that.

And I found that Sothe was good in the beginning, but he got weaker and weaker in comparison as stronger guys kept coming in. I never use him except as a meat shield for Micaiah.

Exactly what happens with me. He's only good when you've go no one else to go with. By the time he reaches third tier he's pretty much outlived his use aside from giving Micaiah support stat increases.

Volke is way better anyways.

Haar and Nephenee are the best non-Lord characters ever.

I'm kinda glad they [spoiler=FE: Radiant Dawn Spoiler]brought back Oliver in RD, he's a funny character. He's a good bishop, too. But you already have Rhys and Micaiah for light users, and he's slightly not as good, so he's not necessary.

Add RD Mia in to that list and I'll agree entirely.

Anyway, I'm sort of glad and sort of mad they brought Oliver back. In the first game I was glad to kill him after seeing what a sick guy he was and since the chapter to get to him could be so annoying at times. In the second game I just lol at what it takes to make him join.

If you don't know' date=' talk to him with Rafiel.

Oh I knew that. That's why I lol at it. I just kill everything that isn't him, put Rafiel in his range and then the boss of the map is on my team. Pretty funny.

[spoiler=The best dialouge ever]

[if Oliver has been recruited]

Ike: Hold on a second... Aren't these your men? Why are you fighting them?

Oliver: It's quite simple, really. A true guardian of beauty stands with those

who are beautiful. If your exquisite heron prince will not stay here in my

home, I must follow him. I have seen death; it holds no mystery for me.

Only my pursuit matters. Rest at ease, friends.

Ike: Look... Would you mind rejoining the enemy?

And one thing I never thought about...

[spoiler=Super secret truth about Soren, if you haven't gotten that hard to get base converstaion with Soren in the final chapter of the endgame, and you don't like spoilers, don't click this]

I still can't believe that Soren is the true son of Ashnard and Almedha...

I had to share it.

He is a lord... If he dies, you lose. He promotes by himself at a fixed time. Just like Ike and Michaiah. Sounds Lordy enough to me.

Sadly, I never got far enough in the game to use Volke...

Lets discuss whats in store for the next FE game. I think it should either be a new story, or an extension of Marth's. I found out that Hardin betrays Marth after Marth defeated Medeus, and destroyed Altea. They should make a game for that.

If Edward dies, you lose. If Laura dies, you lose. If Nolan dies, you lose. Are those guys Lords, too?!

Seriously, just because you have to use him in every chapter he's in, he dies you lose, and he gets a story promotion a Lord does not make.

He get's promoted from a Rogue to a Whisper. Heather can be promoted from a Rogue to a Whisper. He doesn't have his own class, so he's no Lord. He's just a very important character.
