hello ppl, i attempted to lock my last contest bcz it wasnt going well, but heres another one for you

 

1ST PLACE: ZEXTRA

If you do not post your card in 24 hours without letting me know that you will be away, you will be neutral repped, and in 24 more hours, you will be negged, then 24 more hours and you are disqualified.

make a monster that has an ATK and DEF of ?. It must have an effect that lets it have its ATK boosted to very high limits, such as 5000+

As long as this card is face-up on the field, all Effect Damage you take is reduced to 0. When this card attacks, your opponent cannot activate card effects until the end of the Damage Step. One time only, you can pay half your Life Points to destroy 2 cards on the field and decrease the ATK of this card by 1000 until the End Phase.

Effect:1 Psychic Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

When this card is Synchro Summoned successfully, decrease the ATK of all non-Psychic monsters on the field by 500. This card cannot attack unless you control at least 1 other monster, and all monsters you control are Psychic monsters. Once per turn, you can remove from play 1 Psychic monster you control to increase this card's DEF by 500. This card's ATK and DEF cannot be changed by the effect of a Spell or Trap card. This card cannot be played in Defense Mode. During your Battle Phase, you can decrease this card's ATK by any increment of 100 as you like before it attacks. Any monster that attacks after this card increases their ATK by the same amount until the end of the Battle Phase. Any changes in ATK caused by this effect are returned to normal at the end of your turn with the exception of this card. If this card has 0 ATK at the end of any of your Battle Phases, it is automatically destroyed and its original ATK value is deducted from your Life Points and added to that of your opponent.

Lore:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play 7 WATER monsters in your Graveyard. When this card is Special Summoned successfully, you can send up to 2 WATER monsters from your Deck to your Graveyard. For each card sent to the Graveyard this way, this card gains 1 additional attack. When this card destroys a monster by battle, place 1 Tsunami Storm Counter on it (max.3). You can remove 1 Tsunami Storm Counter on this card to treat the field as "Umi" or "A Legendary Ocean". If this card is destroyed when it has 3 Tsunami Storm Counters on it, destroy all cards on the field except WATER monsters. When this card is destroyed, you take damage equal to half its original ATK.

Once per turn, during your Main Phase 1, select 1 face-up monster your opponent controls, send cards from your opponent's hand to the Graveyard equal to or less than that monsters Level and increase your opponent's Life Points by 800 for each card that was send to the Graveyard by this effect. During the End Phase of each player's turn, if this is the only EARTH monster on the field, remove from play 1 card in your hand. If you cannot, remove this card from play. During the next player's Standby Phase, Special Summon this card to your opponent's side of the field.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 3 DARK monsters. When this card destroys a monster in battle, place 1 Shadow Counter on this card. Decrease the ATK of this card by 500 for every Shadow Counter on it. Once per turn, you can remove any amount of counters to activate 1 of the following effects.

- 1 - Special Summon 1 Wicked Counter (Fiend-Type / DARK / Level 1 / ATK 0 / DEF 0) on your opponent's side of the field. It is treated as two Tributes for a Tribute Summon of a DARK monster.

- 2 - This card can attack twice in the same Battle Phase.

- 3 - This card can attack all of your opponent's monsters once each until the End Phase. When this card destroys a monster in battle, inflict damage to your opponent equal to half the destroyed monster's DEF.

- 4 - Negate the destruction of this card.

- 5 - This card can attack your opponent directly until the End Phase. Your opponent cannot activate Spell or Trap Cards during the Battle Phase until the End Phase.

- 6 - Destroy cards on your opponent's side of the field equal to the amount of cards in their hand. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activate this effect.

- 7 - Destroy all cards on your opponent's side of the field and inflict 200 damage x each card destroyed to your opponent.

- 8 - You win the Duel.

 

 

 

Keep in mind the last effect is really hard to do, so don't go saying "It's extremely broken." It has to destroy 8 monsters, without activating any other effects.

Lore: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play 6 Thunder-type monsters from your Graveyard. During each of your End Phases, place 1 Big Bang Counter on this card. When this card attacks a WATER monster, place 1 Big Bang Counter on this card. Decrease the ATK and DEF of this card by 1000 for every Big Bang Counter on this card. When there are more than 3 Big Bang Counters on this card, remove this card from play, inflict 1000 damage to your Life Points, and destroy all cards on your side of the field. During each of your Standby Phases, you can remove as many Big Bang Counters from this card as possible, pay 500 Life Points for each counter removed. This card cannot attack EARTH and LIGHT monsters. This card is unaffected by Spell and Trap Cards.
