This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card returns to the hand during the End Phase of the turn it is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up. When this card returns to the hand by its own effect, you can return 1 card you control to the hand to Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower “Mist Valley” Monster form your hand.

When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can return up to 2 "Mist valley" Monsters from the field or the Graveyard to their owner's hands. This card cannot attack during the turn this effect is used.

When this card is removed from the field, it is returned to the field. This effect can only be used once during the current duel.

Activate by selecting 1 random card in your hand. Set it in your Monster Card Zone in face-down Attack Position. When your opponent attacks that card, or when this card is removed from the field, flip that card face-up. If it is a Level 3 or lower "Mist Valley" monster, destroy 1 monster your opponent controls. Otherwise, destroy that card.

 

Mist Valley Gust Buffer

Normal Trap

Activate when a "Mist Valley" monster would be destroyed by battle. Remove from play a "Mist Valley" monster in your Graveyard, and return the destroyed monster to your hand instead.

 

Mist Valley Typhoon Zone

Field Spell

"Mist Valley" monsters gain 300 ATK. The first monster the turn player Normal Summons is returned to the owner's hand and cannot be Normal Summoned again this turn. Both players may Normal Summon 2 times per turn.

 

Mist Maelstrom

Normal Trap

During this turn, the first time a "Mist Valley" Monster is attacked, remove from play the attacking monster and end the Battle Phase.

So, Garuda is a supercharged Thunderbird? I'm fine with that.

I assume that's upon activation. Therefore, I'll add it with a slight re-wording for clarification.

 

EDIT: Also added my own monster, Mist Valley Sparrows.
