I'd personally vote either Homer or Cartmen, homer due to his antics being a constant classic that is remembered by all and Cartman due to the fact that he acts like an adult then suddenly acts like a kid for eg: when he fights wendy at school, he acts all tough and then takes off his jacket revealing his shirt has a small truck on it, i dont know why i find it funny but yea there you go.
