I keep thinking Babycerasaurus has some 'potentionl', and I like the idea of trying to abuse it.

Thing is, Dinosaurs are annoyingly dificult to add speed to them.

Sorry to say, but it is difficult to make dinos fast. Siding into a solid build would probably make it more effective.
