Destiny's Calling (IC Thread) [Advanced Clause] (Still Accepting in OoC)

Dane walked out of his office and made his way down the hall. I wasn't far, but it wasn't close enough to be considered a short walk. He took a left into his personal room, where he kept whatever he wanted to. He walked over to a small TV set with a Nintendo 64 and sat down. He started up the game inside, 'Majora's Mask', and started to play. I need to relax. It's slowly gripping me. He didn't get too far before he shut the game off though, and went to lie down. My health, it's certainly not helping me anymore. Dane wasn't going to fall asleep, but he was taking the chance to rest his eyes. Too much was going on, he needed to try and get rid of the problem before it got worse.

"Well," said War Torn as he switched the communication station to Otaku World. "HD knows nothing about the reading. They said they got the same thing as well. I have a bad feeling about this. Well, lets see what the Otakus have to say about it."

War Torn put in the coordinates for Otaku.

I doubt the third dimension has anything. If the Otakus have no clue, I'll have to assume the worst. On the other side of the castle, Jonathan was preparing War Torn's armor.

"I hope he likes this," said Jonathan. "I have done a lot of work on it."

Nexev followed Dane "Why did you call me? True I still have Majora' strategy guide but we shouldn't need it. You've beat this so many times before." Nexev thought for a moment " I never got it, why the moon smiled? Why did it seek oblivion? It then occured to me, the moon was always alone, it wasn't much more than a big rock, then something came along, something bigger, something meaningful, something twisted. It gave the rock power, it let him join the mortals below him and yet at the same time above him. Even for a brief second he will have power. Rather than be immortal alone it chose to be happy for a instant. That is why the moon smiles, it awaited the time of it's crowded death." Nexev paused thinking "Ever think that is what Striker is doing?"

"No, I don't need the guide, well, maybe for Stone Tower Temple, I haven't played that place in ages. You always make the game so much deeper, but Ikana is my choice of subject in the game. So much happened there, and some believe Majora came from there, but never mind that for now." Dane walked over to Nexev and sat down in a chair. "Striker is likely preparing an attack right now. I used to have hope for him, but it's long gone now." Dane fidgeted in his seat for a moment before continuing. "I've been having... trouble with my health lately. I figured who better to ask then you? Insanity. It corrupted the one who's role I took, and I believe it's starting to attack me as well. I really don't want to meet Striker in battle in the middle of a fit of insanity, do you know of a way I could hold it down?"

A loud buzzing sound filled the room as War Torn got out of his room. More flies? He picked up a fly swatter and smashed the fly to dust. It was your kind that gave me that bite in the ear. With that settled, he went to the main room to check on the shields. Everything fine here. I wonder if the new software made it? War Torn made it to the front door of the castle and saw a package adressed to him. That must be them. He opened it to find his order. 2 copies of the upgrade software. It took them 2 days to get them to me? I hope nothing is wrong with them. He went back into the main room and started to download the first software. With this, I shall be unstopable until they find a way through. The software was finished downloading in 15 minutes and he went to the kitchen for breakfast.

Nexev sat in thought. "Insanity comes from some suffering, a way to cure it can involve dealing with the source of your suffering. I assume the madness from your predecessor came from the obsession with power and his belief in his innate superiority, first he wanted to make things right then he wanted to make things him, the huge difference in the world and perfection and him... it scared him, naturally he freaked and it slowly ebbed his mind. For you I think it's cause your between a rock and hard place, you knew that Striker was a decent soul but you look at your realm that you must guard and you see how it has suffered from his own hand. You feel responsible, you HAVE to kill him for the universe, but you don't want to be the guy to murder one who he called friend. The conflict is ripping you to shreds. The best way to avoid is it to probbaly kill Striker now, or acknowledge the fact that Striker died, he killed himself, the only soul left is War Torn. Arrogance begets monsters, and a monster Torn is."

Nexev reached into his pocket and took out some pills "These are a temporary fix but I was a psychiatrist, these pills will calm you down if you go too far off the wall." Nexev handed the pills to Dane.

Morning broke. When Ulquiorra got up in his room, he saw the large 2 forcefields that covered the whole area. "There's no way to get out or in", Ulquiorra thought. Ulquiorra went downstaris and found several dead ugs laying around, but they seemed they were killed earlier. As he poured himself some tea, he saw War Torn walking into the room with a package. "That forcefield must have been that valuable", Ulquiorra thought as he sipped some green tea.

"I see you noticed the forcefields," said War Torn. "Don't worry, it lets friendly in and keeps enemy out. I just downloaded the upgrade software for it. That was the package." He then proceeded to grab a cup and a pitcher. Inside the pitcher was Iced Peach Tea. "Do you think it is time to dump this disguise and show that Striker the Wise is still around?" War Torn has been thinking about that ever since the heat from the trolls died down. He didn't want to hide in the shadows forever. He wanted to come back and show that he had changed. "What do you think?"

"Well I guess so, if you really want to show yourself", said Ulquiorra as he was sipping some green tea. "Based on your past life, it would depend greatly". Ulquiorra went outside and saw the enormous forcefield. He touched it and it burned instantly. Even thoguh he wasn't at full strength, he new it was powerful. It would provide great protection, but not having a chance for offense...

War Torn followed Ulqu outside to the shields.

"Stupid me," he said. "I forgot to put you under friendly. I'll go fix that."

He then proceeded to the main room, but not without killing more flies first. What is going on here. I guess Jonathan spilled sugar again. He went into the main room and added Ulqu to the friendly section of the shield database. That should work. War Torn then went outside to tell Ulqu.

"Everything should be fine now. Also, we can mount some offence, but his helps us survive."

Dane took the pills, and looked down at them. "Thank you. It's true, but that doesn't make it any easier." He placed the pills in his pocket, and stood. "I should probably find Shradow and find out how well stocked we are. Feel free to do what ever you feel that you should." Dane walked out of the room, and made his way to the storeroom. Where is Shradow? He had arrived at the storeroom, but Shradow was nowhere to be seen of course. He's probably asleep somewhere as usual. Dane walked out of the storeroom and went up the stairs. Xyr has yet to show his face. I don't know if I can keep him around much longer. I wish to, but...

Professor Master entered the room where War Torn and Ulq were at. He looked straight at them, tired, form being up all night with a nightmare. It was about War Torn turning to gravel, then to an evil scientist, then to a grain of salt. Well, guys, I'm ready. I'll use my skills to the best of myu knowledge. "Good, um morning?" he said.

(No Short Posting qm9a7. The quick reply part, you have to type 5 1/2 lines to make 4 lines of post.)

"Morning Professor," said War Torn even though it was the afternoon. "As you can see, the shields are up and in perfect order."

I highly doubt that. Sooner or later the bug the delivery man told me about will hit. I don't know what it is going to cause.

"Are you hungry? I just made sandwiches and sundaes."

He then turned his attention to Jonathan.

"Bring the food Jonathan. We haven't eaten yet."

"I'll bring them sir," replied Jonathan as he went to go get the food.

Shadow Zero wondered if he should activate the protocols to keep Striker and crew trapped. No...let them think that they have us where they want us. Patience is a virtue, after all. Shadow Zero saw that Proto was still enjoying testing out his new powers and grinned to himself, then brought up the window that had various experiments in it. One of them was an experiment on how to enhance his clones so as to make them serve more uses. If I could find a way to make clones that had my same level of power and could carry my consciousness while my body remained here still attached to that consciousness...bah, I still haven't figured out how to enhance the Bio-link to that degree, or how to make the clones be able to reach that level. Perhaps a protocol that will allow the clones to merge and combine their power into a single transformed body?

(Sorry, forgot.)

"Yes, food is good. It gets your brain active and helps it get, as some would say, 'going'." he didn't sit down. Remember, standing up lets you breathe better. He devoured the sandwich like a wolf. "Well, I see that everything is going according to plan. I had the oddest dream which gave me an idea." He paused for a moment to let the sandwich completely slide down into his stomach. Then, he said, "War Torn, you were transforming in my dream. That gave me the idea of inventing a shape-shifting machine. It would probably take one half of the war, but, it would help us. It would include the following: Shifting into the size of a grain of sand, having the skills of a scientist, and being as hard as gravel, so that you could become bullet-proof. Then, you could, just by thought, could change back. But, you would have to get back into the machine to transform once again. What do you think?"

Ulquiorra saw Prof. Master(qm9a7) enter the room waking up. Ulquiorra sat in a chair still sipping his green tea. "Godd morning Professor", he said as sipping his tea. Ulquiorra was getting a little suspicious of Saint Dane's side, and their men. Since he tracked them with his pesquisa, he knew that War Torn's side as in trouble. "We must prepare and arm ourselves and get busy", Ulquiorra said.

"I really don't know," said War Torn as he bit into his sandwich. "I have been tinkering with something as well. It is an interdimensional portal. I originally planed for it to be used for peaceful means to YCM's neighboring dimensions. Now, I'm trying to turn it to a teleporter. Problem is, I don't have the right pieces for it and I'm afraid the enemy has them. You want to have a look at it and see for your self Professor?"

He then turned to Ulqu.

"We do need to get busy. Once we have that teleporter working we can have an advantage. However, the teleporter has a small range, too small to get into Dane's castle. It can get us as close as 10 miles. What do you say?

(No short posting. Ulqu, you are taking Shadow's idea a little bit. Limit that please.)

"Sure" he replied. "But, there is one problem. The machine I want to build and you want to build have two different pieces, each going into the main projector. Only one piece at a time can go into the main projector. The piece that I require is a 1789 karrot cone-shaped diamond. It has to be a lushious pink, and exotic. It can only be found in the tropics, near the equator, and it is south of the equator. Yours requires psychic energy, which comes from rock 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 miles beneath our feat. It also requires the person who is going to put it in to be, um, well, intoxicated." He stopped, feeling sort of embrassed. He then looked aty Ulq. "Good afternoon, sir." Boy, you're an idiot, Master. Yet, you're real name's Jake. And nobody knows.

(Sorry, but I didn't know.)

Ulquiorra go an idea if a lightbulb had gone in his head. It had to do with his aboilties.

"I know", Ulquiorra said. "I have an ability called Garganta.". "It allows me to transport myself to another dimension or place by ripping space and time by not messing it".

Ulquiorra twitched his fingers and a black hole rift appears. "This shows an example", he says. "This leads straight to Saint Dane's castle", however, we won't be needed it now...

"I can go anywhere as I like or we like", Ulquiorra says. The rift closes.

"I see your point," said War Torn. "I know someone who has the diamond you require, but the price is not to our liking. Also, you mind telling me what type of rock I need? I'm an avid rock collector and I might already have it."

War Torn then went inside to grab his rock collection.

"This isn't much, but it is all I have. They could be some use if we have the right one."

He then turned to Ulqu.

"Did you forget about YCM's God Mod rule? I think that qualifies in the GM area. If you can get that rock from the center of the Earth, that would be great."

(I don't mind, it levels the playing field a bit)

Shadow Zero could sense that there was someone who could track others by his own means through one of his Viruses that he had generated. Interesting. The playing field just got leveled a bit. This is going to be fun. As he thought this, Shadow Zero chuckled darkly and decided that this one who could track others was going to be brought down by him. "In the end, there can be only one." He said quietly to himself as he turned his attention back towards the screen in front of him. Suddenly, he was hit by an idea and set to work. It would take a while to figure out, but he knew what had to be done and could now move forward with his own plans. Fortunately, the Zero Account has been specifically shielded to prevent people from spying on it. Now, if I do this, and then that..... "Heheheheheee...perfect. Now all that remains is the testing."

"That would be fine War Torn", said Ulquiorra as he disappeared into the world of Garganta. 5 minutes later, Ulquiorra returns with a fragment of earth core, about the size of a 2-story house.

"I'm sorry, but I can't handle the whole core", Ulquiorra says. "It messes the gravitational pull of the Earth and screws us probably". As he glares at the rock, he ponders at it. "So a rock powers the teleporter The professor is working on?", said Ulquiorra.

Suddenly, there was a small disruption in his senses. As if someone is spying over him. But gets over and discuss over things

"The rock powers the teleporter I'm working on," corrected War Torn. "The Professor is working on a transformation chamber. Also, I only need four fragments of the rock. You have to break that to find the rock we need. The Professor should tell you if you found it or not."

Everything is going to plan. We shall win this war.

"I think we waited long enough. After the machines are up, we should attack them. What do you think?

"Yes, that would be fine", Ulquiorra said, He unsheathed his katana and broke the rock into 4 segments in a flash. He then handed them to the professor for further research.

"So we are looking for a large diamond?", said Ulquiorra as he's glaring at the rocks. "But still, we should wait until the time comes". "And when we cannot wait any longer, we automatically attack.

Ulquiorra placed back his katana and left for his room for the afternoon.

"Sounds fine to me," replied War Torn. "Has anyone seen that Light fellow? I haven't seen him in a while. I hope he comes."

Typical of an ally. One of them always doesn't come. I should start calling more just in case things get too rough. War Torn then cleared the table, went inside, and started playing his XBox 360. This is becoming more than I bargined for. Why can't there be any peace? I'm guessing it is me that needsto be at peace. Maybe they were all right about me after all. I just can't change. He gave a sigh and continued to play.
