This is a little card I just thought. Please let me know what you think;

 

Name: Sacrificial Draw

Type: Normal Trap

Rare Level: Super Rare

L.P.D.: 3

Effect: This card can only be activated when your opponent declares an attack on a monster you control. Negate the attack and destroy the monster that was attacked. Afterwards, Draw 2 Cards. Only 1 copy of this card can be activated every 3 turns.

Too overpowered. Even if it can only be activated once every 3 turns, you gain +2 card advantage.
