Icy
|Shrine to the Ice Barrier||Continuous Spell||"Ice Barrier" Monsters require 1 less tribute to Normal Summon them. When you Tribute Summon an "Ice Barrier" Monster, it is treated as a Special Summon. If you control an "Ice Barrier" monster with 3 or more levels than another "Ice Barrier" monster on your side of the field, you can select the Attack Target of your Opponents attacks.| |Ice Scale of Brionac||Equip Spell||If this card is added from the Deck to your Hand due to the Effect of a Card, you can equip it to a face-up Monster you control immediately. This card can only be equipped to an "Ice Barrier" monster. As long as this card is equipped to a monster you control, whenever your Opponent activates the effect of a card that would remove a card on the field to your Hand or Graveyard, they must return 1 Monster they control to their hand if able.| |Reflective Crystal of the Ice Barrier||Trap Card||Tribute 1 or more "Ice Barrier" Monsters you control. Special Summon from your Graveyard up to 2 other non-Synchro "Ice Barrier" monsters who's total Level is equal to or less than that of the "Ice Barrier" monsters tributed.| |Cold Knight of the Ice Barrier||Warrior/Effect/WATER/Level 4||1900/1500||During either players turn if your opponent activates an effect that would destroy 2 or more cards you control, you can tribute this card and negate that card. Then, you can Special Summon 1 non-Synchro "Ice Barrier" monster from your Graveyard.| Heavily inspired by Medium and Warlock of the Ice Barrier. As well as Frex' card. Link to comment
Bringerofcake
This is really nice. My IB deck in WC10 runs all 3 generals, whom are another potential aid for your card (Grunard into Raiho? Yes please!) Also its second effect + one of the Generals + Cryomancer. Link to comment
Icy
Thanks Cake, that was really what I had in mind haha. The Generals are good but very cloggy... so yeah. Link to comment

Azuh
The Shrine is definitely a nice card since the Generals are pesky. The Equip Spell is odd, especially with the first line saying that it can used immediately. I don't think that line of text its really necessary to be honest. But its effect is pretty cool, nevertheless Link to comment

They seem like nice cards, but IBs need a Trap Card. They've not one between them. Link to comment
Icy
For the Equip, if they cannot they can activate the card as normal. Thats why they have the "if able" part. As for the Shrine, I'll fix that v_v". Link to comment

玄魔の王
Added "Reflective Crystal of the Ice Barrier" due to Genma no Ou's suggestion. Yay, I have influence! Great card. Sets up the Ice Barrier lock really easily, and I'm pleased about that. Link to comment

Bringerofcake
Cold Knight seems like Dragonic Knight to me, in that the only thing that would change is the target for the card effect. It should do something to the 2 card destroying card. Link to comment

玄魔の王
Very good. That's better. And actually, that's better; it can't be abused in the same way, and helps act as a preventative measure. Link to comment
