Love it just love it, the name tho can be better, but i likes ;)

 

Anyways, the effect if good but it also needs some work, i mean i did say (Not perfect but Correct OCG).

I would fix it, but not sure about how to do it, i mean strange effect never seen some thing like that, you have the card in your hand you cant activate/summon/set it. although i do see some use in DARK WORLD monsters, i mean Card destruction discard = summon :)

Thanks, I chose this name becouse the original Genies (aka. Djinns) where master of deception and made your wish come true, but they had a twist to it (if you wish for money you'll get in prison, becouse it was counterfit money, ect.).

 

Yes, I also had problems with the formilation of its effect. But I think it is correct in this way.

A uber card (4 cards draw in single turn! :shock: ) but can rape you back if you drew the wrong card and your opponent have better cards in their hand. A 50-50 Spell Card imo.

Nice, but you forgot one thing it should be balanced, giving control of a monster to your opponent has its benefits, Lava Golem, That mushroom character, and so many others, drawing 2 cards is broken enough, and you made it quick play O.o, Anyway, rating based on balance and creativity: 6/10 i can raise that rating a bit, but you must fix your card.

Well i did say short and balanced but i guess am accepting it, since it only has 1 effect, its those choices that make it kinda long. But otherwise its fine i see that it has enough drawbacks. So, my rating based on balance and creativity is: 6.5/10 good work.

Sorry man but i expected something much better from the almighty zeaux lol, anyway, name not so good, the crazy short and balanced effect is nice but crazy like i said nutty, i mean draw from bottom of Deck, me dont get it! Well okay, let me see... you draw 2 cards from your deck, then you may draw extra cards for each WATER and Umi cards you draw using that effect but during the end phase you lose them, this meaning... you know what, this is what i hear: Draw 2 Cards then *blah blah blah...* if Pot of Greed is banned this thing is Mega-Banned, i mean what did i say short and balanced yours is long and broken. you have a chance to fix it, but only until valliant12 fixes his card. For now the rating is 5.5/10, if you have read the requirements you wouldn't have gotten that low rating.
