Right...Choose the size tag you want...Use the Fill Tool and fill it balck...Select 'Blend Tool' and choose a colour you like...Set it to Radius (It will already say Linear, just change it)...Make a line from middle to bottom of your tag...Then go to http://texturebits.blogspot.com/search/label/concrete and choose a concrete you like...Copy it over you tag and resize it using the Scale Tool...Then set that layer to Grain Extract in the Layers menu...Duplicate the Concrete Layer...Set that to Overlay...Make a new Layer and Get brushes to make marks over it...Hide the Backgorund Layer...Press CTRL - M, and Merge all visible Layers...Then unhide the background and set it to Overlay...Then choose a render and add it along with text...Or follow this tut
