Pokemon:Pashu Region [Started/Still Accepting]

Leonard moved to his side of the battlefield slowly. He held a Poke-Ball close in his hand. Then threw it directly down. This caused the Poke-Ball to bounce right up. "Go, Butterfree!" he yelled, releasing a purple butterfly with big, red, crystal-like eyes. He was definitely ready for this battle, as it would be his first in quite a while. He always wanted a great challenge, and now he would get one. He re-prepared his strategy against Grass-Types, then remembered to have fun. It had begun.

[Blackstone Dresden]

"Huh, I just got the weirdest sense of deja vu..." Bryce muttered, "That happen to any of you?" He asked, to which Rotom shook his body, Tempest bounced up and down, and Jeanie's egg just sorta... twitched. The Frontier Master sighed, "Rotom, you're just disagreeing because you're mad at me for freezing you still, and Tempest, you're just agreeing with me because Rotom disagreed." He looked a Jeanie's egg, "I'm not even sure if you're actually conscious in there, so I'm not gonna speculate what that was." The egg twitched again, and Bryce sighed and turned his attention back on the battle, "Rotom, is she conscious in that egg?" He whispered, "IDK... OK, Rotom, I'm seriously considering taking away your computer privileges." He got another shock, "Ow, OK, I said considering you little technogeist..."

Mightyena's attack just about collided when the Swampert vanished. It was one of the clones. Instead, Mightyena crashed and hit the platform. But all the other Swamperts were gone as well. Mightyena looked around and around looking for it's opponent. That's when Brian's Swampert used Focus Punch on the platform from under the water sending both the platform and the pokemon flying.

"Finish this Swampert," said Brian. "HYPER BEAM!"

[Navras]

"Mightyena!" Akira shouted, afraid that he might lose this battle. he saw as hte hyper beam hit he platform and ultimately destroyed it, but... where was Mightyena. Akira looked around, trying to find it. Then he did find it. He didn't know how, but it was standing at the edge of hte pool... it kind of looked beat up, but it's looked worse before.

"Yeah! You must have dodged it!" Akira shouted. "Quick, before it can recover, Giga impact!"

Mightyena barked and obeyed, charging once again at the swampert, gaining speed and once again starting to glow. It jumpe din the air and dove directly at the swampert again.

[Cthonian]

Swampert was hit and there was no hiding the pain he was in. Brian looked nervous as his Swampert turned to look him in the eyes. That was when he slammed his eyes shut from the pain and collapsed in the pool. Brian lost touch with himselfwhen Swampert hit the pool. Brian looked and looked at his pokemon before falling to his knees.

"How can this be?" Brian thought. "Swampert was the one pokemon that has never been defeated by anyone. Maybe there is more then just sheer strategy."

Brian returned Swampert to it's pokeball and rose to his feet. Akira walked over to Brian.

"Akira, that was the greatest battle I've ever had," said Brian. "Take this. It's the Vapor Badge. It's proof of winning here at the Chimara City Pokemon Gym."

 

--Mosaic City Gym--

"My Pokemon is already on the field," said Nick with a smile. "If you want to find him, you'll have to look through the entire jungle that surrounds. When you're ready the first move is yours."

[Des ＨＥＲＯ]

Soon James managed to arrive at Mosiac City, the storm on the Sea made it an crusade to escape, but finaly he got out. As James was off the boat he was onto his knees staggering to get up, coughing heavily. He decided to walk towards a Hotel and rent a room to sleep in and rest. As James stared out the window at the sea where the Storm was, he knew it would clear the next day. He needed to think of what his plans were, as he rested he thought in his head where he should go for a new challenge.....

Leonard had a look of nervousness on his face. "Butterfree, fly above the whole forest and use Poison Powder!" The Butterfree flew above the forest. "Freeeee!" it yelled as it spread the toxic spores in the forest. The Pokemon had to Poisoned, and Leonard knew that. All he would have to do is wait there until it either came out of the forest, which he didn't feel like going in, or fainted from the poison. He was hoping the latter of the two, but he didn't mind facing it head-on.

Little did Leonard know, but deep in the forest was a lake that Nick's pokemon were able to jump in to wash the poison powder off. A few minutes went by and nothing was heard from either pokemon.

"I think it's time for a little fun," said Nick with a big grin across his face. "Ice Shard!"

The giant dagger of ice was coming straight for Butterfree. The attack came from the middle of nowhere and the pokemon remained hidden. Nick had gone to extreme lengths to ensure he would have the advantage. But then again, that's why they made him gym leader. His ability to manipulate the field to his own pokemon's abilities.
