"Ok then!", said Maverick he started to walk back to his ship," the second ship we ever got is the one i have The Black Lantern." Barra looked at him as he was walking back to his ship,"So when do we set sail"

"After our friend Rafael comes aboard, together we are going to find a old friend of mine." he still thought about his comment that he said that Jack and him fought to test there strength the las time they met and he started to talk to himself out load as he was replaying the Match," The island at witch we were on became inhabitable. Then we attack that person. Well That was a fun fight with the Buster Call."

"What are you talking about"

"Just the past"

Rafael walked aboard the Black Lantern. "Pretty nice ship you got here Maverick." Rafael complimented as he looked around. Rafael sat down and began thinking of the last time he saw Calico Jack.

 

[Flashback]

"Captain Jack! I found your sword!" a younger Rafael yelled out as he ran up to Calico Jack holding his cutlass. Calico Jack had the appearance of a young, slender yet fairly muscular man with short light brown hair. He was wearing a red captain's coat along with his black skull bandana. "Ahh, so ya found it. Good job Rafael." Calico Jack took the cutlass from him and gave a calming smile. "We're gonna be in the Grand Line soon Rafael. How are you feeling?" Calico Jack asked. "I'm a little bit nervous to tell the truth." Rafael answered. "Nervous? Hah! There's nothing to be nervous about! We are on a grand adventure for One Piece!" Calico Jack exclaimed proudly.

Sana froze, and her eyes widened at Dan's close proximity. "U-u-um...Y-yes?" She squeaked. It was getting way to hot for Sana's liking, but it was most likely do to all of the blood rushing to her face. Why is he so close! Sana move back just a little! Oh god....I think Ima faint....Its too hot... Her thoughts were so loud she was sure he could hear them as she waited for him to speek.

Toni looked at K. "Well after either passing through the first calm belt or going over Reverse mountain, our first location would be Cactus Island. However, before we even do that we need to obtain a Log post otherwise, we'd die at see. We'd be lost forever."

Dan took out one of his hand from his pocket and slowly reached for Sana. Jack could see what's happening from afar. "What is Dan trying to do? Hopefully not something perverted! He should try to be an inspiration to kids around the world! I already set up an action figure for him!" Jack said while holding his fist up and fire could be seen in hius eyes to prove his passion. Dan's hand slowly moved closer to Sana. Finally, the back of his hand touched Sana's forehead. "Hey Sana are you alright? You were a little bit red before but now you look like a tomato, color-wise of course. Do you have a fever?" Dan asked. Jack's jaw dropped to the floor. "(That was it? I thought he was going to try and kiss her or something!)" Jack thought to himself.

"I-i-i'm fine..." Sana stuttered out. Even if she wanted to nove she couldnt cause her legs felt like led. How can he be so naive!? He's going to drive me into an early grave if he keeps this up! She couldn't help but think. He hadn't removed his hand uet but Sana wasn't going to complain. "B-but...You know if i-it'll make you f-feel better....I c-could have Yura give m-me a check up...Just in ase...."

"Well.... I wouldn't want you to get sick Sana so I'll take you to your cabin.... And why are you talking so weirdly?" Dan asked as he grabbed Sana's hand and began walking Sana to her room. "I'll feel better if you take a break from cooking. Afterall, I heard at Commi Island there is a new restaurant, so when we get there you don't need to worry about cooking. Even though we're trying to save money, if you're feeling bad, then you should rest. And I don't want to hear any complaints alright?" Dan stated as they arrived at Sana's room. "Well, I don't want to enter your room without consent so you can make it to your bed on your own right?" Dan asked as he let go of Sana's hand.

Cactus Island after passing through either the calm belt or Reverse Mountain. Kadyr heard all of this as Toni said it, but then what really caught his attention was when she said that they needed something called a Log Pose if they were to even attempt to sail out. Where would he get this log post from? "Where do I find a Log Pose? Do they sell them here?" he asked as he turned back towards Toni, pushing the woman completely out of his mind now. He was hoping that he could get it quickly and leave. He didn't want to bump into anymore people. He didn't like being around anyone other than his crew.

As soon as he grabbed her hand her mind went blank, and her heart jump started into overdrive. Only when they stopped in front of her room did she finally come too. "O-oh, thanks...I-ill make sure t-to rest. " She smiled nervously purpously avoiding answering his question about her speech. "Thanks for w-walking me b-back. I can take it from here..."

Toni thought for a while. "Well....I'm not exactly sure. If you want I could scout the town to see if I an pick up any leads to find one. Although, that may have to wait. I noticed them earlier in the town watching you. It's those same bounty hunters we ran into at Syurp Village."

 

Just as she got finished four men walked up stopping a ways from the ship. Two of then had swords, one of them had a large sickle across his back, and the last sported a large ax that no normal person should be able to swing. "We finally found you K, Captain of the Anomaly pirates!! We knew you would make your way here eventually so instead of going through the impossible task of finding you, we just waited for you here!" The ax man yelled, his voice portraying his over confident nature. "Now come down and face me like a man!! We'll take care of you losers next!" He said reffering to Nova's crew.

 

Ooc: hope that's good enough. That's the whole Nova stepping in or whatever....If it's not then I can think of something else.

"Alright Sana...." Dan began walking away. Dan then stopped and turned his head back with a kind smile. "And thanks for everything you've done for this crew.... I know sometimes it may not look like it, but we really appreciate it.... Oh, and please don't tell the others that I gave you this smile.... They would think I'm becoming a softie...." Dan said. With that he walked back into his cabin. From afar, Commi Island is already within sight. "Alright, tommorow we'll finally arrive at Commi Island!" Jack said in excitement. Yura walked over to Sana's room. "Hey Sana.... are you alright?...." Yura asked.

The smile from Dan did it. As soon as she left her body over heated due to her devil fruit and she collasped seconds before Yura came to her room. It wasn't often her body over heated, but it had happened before. Usually it did end up with her having a fever. "I don't think....I'm ok...." She mumbled from the floor, small sparks of electricity showing up every once and a while.

Daichi looked at the restaurant. "Actually, I'm glad we stopped here. I have to check something out." As soon as the ship pulled in front of the restaurant Daichi grabbed a rope and jumped down. When he landed on the deck of the restaurant Daichi tied off the ship and walked inside. He was about to sit down at a table when he heard some people close by talking about a fight between pirates that had occurred just a few hours before. "Did one of them turn in to a dragon?" Daichi said interrupting there conversation.

"A dragon?" One of the customers looked up at him. "I think there was somebody who turned in to a dragon. He won the fight."

"I'm not interested in something I already know. Arashi would not lose a fight before he even entered the grand line" The customers stared at him for a moment. "I want to know what happened to the person he was fighting. Did he get killed?"

"No. Actually he was about to fall in the water when the dragon guy saved his life."

Daichi smiled slightly. "Good. He had a bad habit of attacking with anger, I wasn't sure if he would be able to stick to his no kill promise." Daichi turned around and sat down at an empty table and waited for Crystal.

Kadyr quickly turned when he heard Toni say something about bounty hunters. He saw the three men before they even called out his name. Idiots. Making such a scene. He slid his hands into his pockets as he had before and walked down the plank towards the three men. He simply stared at them through the darkness of his hood. He didn't even say a word. He then stopped about 10 feet from them and continued staring. His hands remained in his pockets while he stared the three men down. They're too weak. Three of them to take on one person. Such weak fools have no need to continue breathing.

Riki, who had not turned his skin back to normal yet, turned around to see the large ax welding man. "Want me to take him out for you captain? I've been itching for a good fight." Without waiting for an answer he jumped off of the ship and landed on the ground, the weight of the diamond body caused his feet to make two small craters.

Arashi heard the report of the arrival time to Commi Island. "I'll go scout ahead. If I fly it should only take me a few hours to get there. By the time you guys arrive i should be able to answer any questions you have about the place." Arashi new that somebody was going to say to rest because of his injuries so he did not wait for a reply. "If i rest every time i get a little bruised up then I'll never get stronger." He ran and jumped off the front of the ship. In mid jump Arashi transformed in to his half dragon form and flew straight for Commi Island.

Nova at the side of the men looked them up and down. "Losers?" echoed through her head. She turned to Ifrit and Vincent. "Sorry guys" She said shrugging. the she suddenly kicked towards then, being out of rang but her foot suddenly turned to magma and shot at them men with incredible speed. The magma took the men by surprise dodging wouldn't really be an option. However if they didn't dodge it would slam right through each of them passing on to the other until it burnt right through them. She then folded her arms. "Let's go. These pirates woln't help." Her foot reformed and Nova begain to turn her back to the Anomoly Pirates and walk into Lougetown. Ifrit followed.

The bounty hunters didn't expect the attack from Nova so suddenly. Bother Toni and Vincent couldn't even look at the hunters as they all fell from only one strike from Nove. "Well," Toni began jumped down and landing next to K. "Guess that has been taken cared of. Kind of pittiful. If they couldn't even handle them, then there's no way we wouldve been any easier."

 

Vincent turned quickly folling his captain. "Dont you think that was a bit much?"

Crystal followed Daichi wondering what he was so interested about. "So who is this Arashi guy? You seem to know him pretty darn well." She said sudenly right behind him a chicken wing already in her hands.

Riki stopped in his tracks as he watched the bounty hunters burn from the magma. Fir several seconds Riki could not say anything. "Y-you killed them!!" Riki yelled when the words finally came out. "They didn't do anything to you and you just kill them like they're bugs." Riki was clinching his fist so tight that the diamonds where starting to scratch at each other. "What kind of people could do something like that."

"Arashi is my twin brother." Daichi said after ordering some food. "We have a kind of connection, we can tell when we're close by and when we are close to death." Daichi paused for a second at this last part. "At least i guess we can do that. Neater one of us has ever been close to death before, so I'm not really sure about it yet." He laughed. "Anyways, me, Arashi and a guy named Riki all promised to meet up at the grand line. and we also made a vow to never kill unless we absolutely have too. I was just making sure my brother was keeping his end of the promise." He pulled a necklace out of his shirt, it had a cross a heart and a key on it. This is to remind ourselves of the promises we made."

"Uh.... Sana....." Yura quickly turned his arms into smoke and to avoid the elctricity and carried Sana into her bed. "Alright.... You've overheated, so take a rest. You should feel fine later.... You don't need to try so hard Sana...." Yura said as he walked out of Sana's cabin and closed the door. Yura then walked towards Jack who was whistling a pirate song. "Hey Jack...." Yura said. "Hmm, what is it?" Jack responded as he stopped his whistling. "Where's Arashi?.... I need to ask him something...." Yura said. "Oh, well he flew off to Commi Island for scouting. At least now we will know where is where on the island." Jack responded. "I see..... (I wonder if he took his medication.... Uhh..... I have a very bad feeling about this.....)" Yura thought to himself.

[Esplin 9466 Primary]

After a long flight Arashi could see Commi Island. "Almost there. Just a few more minutes...." He panted slightly because he was getting tired very fast. "Right, I forgot to take my pills. Good thing i have them with me." Arashi reached in to his shirt and pulled out the pills but, because of being so tired, his grip was not strong enough and they fell in to the water. "No!" He tried to grab the bottle before they where submerged, but he was too late. Arashi could still see the pills as they slowly sank, but he could not retrieve them because they where completely surrounded by the water. "Oh man, Yura's gonna kill me." Arashi started beating harder to get to the island faster.

After a few minutes of flying Arashi's energy was all but gone, he could fly no longer. Arashi's wings disappeared, turning Arashi back in to human form, and Arashi fell from the sky just as he was flying over land. "Man, how lucky am I? If I had been any more tired I would be dead right know." Arashi laid on his back to rest. "The others shouldn't be here till tomorrow, so I'll get some rest before searching the island."

"Oh, I've always wondered why you always wore that necklace." Crystal said sitting with Daichi, and started eating once the food came. "Well if he's anything like you, then him and % should get along swimmingly. Better yet we may run into them at Conami island. They should only be four or five hours a head of us. Do you know what crew he's in?"

"I know....I can't help it though..." Sana whispered once Yura leffed. "I guess I beter rest now....Someone will come wake me once we get there." Soon her eyes closed and she was fast asleep.

Vincent turned to Riki. His hand gripping his blade. "What my captain does is of no concern to you. You should be thanking her for going out of her way to get rid of them. Now they are of no threat to you."

 

Toni only sighed, "Great looks like we may actually be fighting. I was hoping we could get some rest once we got here." She then looked at Riki and mumbled, "Although, the guy does have a point. Just because he doesn't kil doesn't mean no one else does..."

[Ghoulish]

Pierce and Dawn arrived at an island, Pierce and dawn stepped out of the ship, "Commi Island" Pierce said as he looked on at the island, there was no doubt in his mind that the pirates would all be here.

 

"So where do we start?" Dawn asked as he held his large katant with his right hand. Pierce looked at Dawn.

 

"We'll head straight in. there shouldnt be in any problems."

 

They persued into the island.

[Navras]

Ragnarok walked out of the bar he had just feasted at. No one knew anything about Calico Jack in there, at least about where he was, and in his frustration, he had eaten them all. When he was out of the bar, he stopped, curiosity getting hte better of him. He lifted up one of his wrapped hands, looked at it front and back, then began to unwrap it, his eyes closed to as to save himself fromt eh suspence. When his hand was completely unwrapped, he opened his eyes and gave out a gasp. His hand was no longer decayed and dying. It looked healty, even his fingernails looked normal. But then, he had to know. He ran back into the bar and looked around for anything that could host his reflection. Luckily for him, there was a mirror behind the bar. He picked it up with one hand and began unwrapping his head with the other, with each one he undid he grew more and more hungry to see what his face looked like again. Finally, the last wrapping was undone. And what he saw, almost made him laugh. Though his hair was matted and un-kept, it was there for the most part and his skin, as far as he could tell, was whole again. There were no signs of deay or death from his face, nothing of hte sort. He looked healthy in fact, very very healty. He moved the out from teh left side of his face, and his heart sank. That part of his face that had been hidden from his hair was still dead and decaying. Only his eye looked normal and healty.

"Damn," he whispered to himself. "If I had eaten one or two more people..." He didn't dwell on it. He just let his hair fall back in front of his face and looked at the parts that were normal, smiling a true genuine smile he hadn't had for a long time now.

"It's good to see a familiar face again..." Ragnarok sighed, placed the mirror down on top of the bar, and began wrapping both his hand and his head back up, knowing that in a couple of days at best it would look dead and decayed again. When he was done wrapping, he once again walked out of the bar and headed back to his ship.

 

The hunt for Calico Jack was still on.

Riki extended his fingers and made then sharp with his devil fruit powers. Riki was ready to fight, but he stopped when he remembered something from a few years ago. "What is the first rule of combat? What is it Riki? We've been over this 100 times." This ran through Riki's head as he stared at the other crew. After a few moments Riki let off a small grin. "Never attack in anger." Riki then turned his diamond skin turned back to normal. "You're not worth it." Riki placed his hands on the ground and turned the ground under his feet in to crystals and then launched himself back on to the ship.

"Actually he's nothing like me, he's mean and ruthless in battle, plus he's more likely to molest you than shake your hand" Daichi laughed at the last part, indicating it was only a joke. "He never told me who he joined. But what ever crew he's in, I'm certain that it's very powerful."

[Time Skip: Next Day, Early Morning]

 

The Bloody Mary had finally arrived at Commi Island. Some people were still asleep, but Jack seems to be wide awake, despite the fact that he only slept for two hours last night. "Well, here we are. Well, I should wake everyone up now-" Jack was interrupted by Yura who was right behind him. "Good morning Jack....." Yura said in his almost emotionless voice. "GAH!!!! Damn it Yura, like I said, don't sneak up on me! So you're up early...." Jack said. "I like the early morning morning....." Yura responded. "Hmm, really? I always took you for a night person. Oh well, I gotta wake everyone up." Jack said as he ran towards Dan's cabin.

 

"Yo Dan! We arrived at Commi Island!" Jack said only to be interrupted by Dan opening the door, looking sharply dressed as ever. "Yes, I'm already awake Jack. I like the early morning." Dan responded. "Alright that makes two.... And I also took you for a night guy...." Jack said as he walked towards Sana's cabin. "Hey Sana, we're here!" Jack exclaimed knocking on the door loudly. Jack then finally walked to Matticio's cabin. "Hey, Matticio! Time to wake up!" Jack yelled. Jack then went back over to Yura and Dan. "Alright, so after they wake up we'll be leaving right?" Jack asked. "Yes.... Instead of having Sana cook breakfast, we'll go to the restaurant located on Commi." Dan replied.

[setting: The Bearing Eel]

 

A man dressed in a calico, venetian red frock coat sat at a small table. His face was hidden by a red tricorne captain's hat with crimson feathers adorning it. A pirate captain walked over to the man sitting in the chair. "Hey, you look familiar. Do I know you from somewhere?" the pirate captain asked the man without being able to see his face. "No, no, I'm just a regular pirate is all." the man calmly answered with a sense of sarcasm shown in his voice. The pirate captain then simply walked back to his table, pondering the mystery of the man.

Ragnraok pulled his ship up to the harbor on a small island not far from the alst one he had been too. Like the last place he had been to, he planned to go to the local bar and ask about Calico Jack... though he would be sure to keep his temper this time rather than lose it as he had done before at that small town near the grand line.

He walked through the small town on the island, and headed for the bar. As before, he walked up the bar keep and asked if they had heard of Calico Jack.

"I know a Calico Jack!" A man in shabby clothing said down the bar, hearing Ragnarok speak. Ragnarok turned to the man and saw that he was obviously drunk.

"You know Calico Jack?"

"Yeah! He was *hic* Passin' this way not too long ago."

"Did he say where he was going?"

"Yeah! Something about the Baring Ill or something like that..."

The Baring Eel

Ragnarok turned away from the man and looked around the bar.

"Dose anyone else know where I might find Calico Jack?"

There were murmered responces of 'no' and 'never heard of him'.

"Hey! I wasn't done speak ing *hic* yet!"

"Then I'll be gone." Ragnarok turned and headed for the door.

"Hey! I was talking to you!"

"Well now I'm done."

"Get back here!"

Ragnarok had already left.

Maverick was on his boat and was finished talking to Barra about his past,"So thats is my story." Barra was shocked,"Well that was unpredictable. Hold on what about that Ragnarok fellow.. you were going to fight him."

"Yea, well if he is able to beat me i will give him the other Vivre Card I have, and that will lead him straight towards his doom Against the might of the Captain."

"But if he is able to beat you then.."

"I wont be going at him full force at him, if he is able to beet that much power then, i am sure the captain would want to fight him. "
