If you were doing one trio from each region, that's fine, but the fact that only Gen III had the main legends as the trio bugs me. You'd rather use the downplayed legends of each region (birds, beasts, regi, floaty things) for one per region, since Gen III and Gen IV have their main legends in terms of trios. Regigigas is just another Sinnoh legend that is apparently the father of the other Regis, but that doesn't mean the three original regis don't make a trio.
