"Come on, come on!" Senel had been saying to himself for a few minutes. The fact that he was lined up to be in the first fight had gotten him psyched up enough but having to wait for it to begin was a bit much for him. Finally he heard the announcer, some guy called Hirasaki, announce the beginning of the match. As his name was called, Senel practically sprinted onto the ring he was so excited. Upon entering the ring however he calmed down. The waiting was over, it was time to get serious again.

"My opponent died right before the fight?! How lame is that? I wanted to fight him. I've been getting psyched up about it sense it was announced. At least there's a replacement. I wouldn't want to win the first round by default, that would be really boring. Alright, my opponent is some guy called Damen Auguste. What could he possibly be like?" Senel thought as he waited for his opponent to come out. It wasn't that the opponent's fighting style was going to alter Senel's strategy too much, it was that he just wanted to know what his opponent could do. It was exciting to see all the things different fighters could do, especially if their powers were things he couldn't do.

Damen walked up into the ring, and looked at his opponent. He just looked at him for a few moments, not letting on what he was capable of, or what he was actually doing, except, he planned to give an example, even if it wasn't going to be obvious. He walked over to his opponent. "Hello, Senel," he said simply. He reached behind Senel's left ear, and then handed him a Buttercup. "I do hope that we can become friends after our match."

"Provided the loser isn't too sore with the winner after the battle, I don't see why that would be a problem. So how do you want to go about this? I think we have free range to start whenever. Unless that announcer comes back in to officially start it or something. So let me get to the point, want the first move?" Senel said. He was excited to be in the fight to be sure. So far his opponent hadn't shown much. He didn't seem like a lot and Senel even wondered what he was doing in the tournament to begin with for a second. But he soon removed those sorts of thoughts. His opponent was there for a reason: he was tough. That's all Senel needed to know. If anything his opponent was trying to get him to think he wasn't all that strong looking. A common tactic among fighters to hide what they're really capable of. Though that tactic was always, as Senel put it, "Pretty lame. Why bother being a fighter if all you do is hide your talent?" but that was just Senel.

"Is that what you think? That I'm trying to hide my talent?" he said, an amused smile on his face. "Well, it usually works in a tournament that the announcer introduces the fighters, they walk in, and then an announcement starts the fight." he said, pulling another buttercup from behind Senel's ear. "And I can assure you, most fighters try not to embarrass their opponents too much. Mainly because they're afraid their opponent will come looking for revenge. So, if a fighter can make an opponent go easy at first, the fight's length is cut short, with minimal harm to the one using the tactic."

"Alright now that the fighters have had time to talk, it is time to get things underway! Those of you not fighting please try not to interrupt the match. Fighters remember to follow the rules, and enjoy yourself. Ready! Take your Stances! ANNNND! FIGHT!"

Creator just stood on the sidelines, hoping to get a gauge of how power these people were, and if they would be worthy of Cellular Mimicry. He just sighed and leaned against the wall as the announcer began the match.

"Interesting." Senel said with a wide grin on his face as he took a few steps from his opponent for the official start. It seemed his opponent was able to tell what he was thinking. It was getting him more excited the more he thought about it. Taking down someone who could read his thoughts would really be something. Forget taking down, just fighting an opponent like that would be entertaining. Shortly after the announcer came back in and made the official statement to begin the fight. Senel didn't choose to use either of his styles at the moment, just hoping to get a feel of his opponent and what else he could do. And not that it would be a problem, but he was also sure not to think too much about the details of his style. He didn't need his opponent learning about them prematurely.

"Let's get going then!" Senel said excited. He started at a light run towards Damen. Whether he'd punch or kick, he'd decide right before getting there.

Damen grinned, jumping to the left, and then kicking off of that landing lunging straight at his opponent. He didn't know the extent of this guys strength, he didn't bother with peering into the deeper parts of his mind, only the surface thoughts. He didn't need to reveal the extent of his powers to be known this early. He didn't mind so much revealing what they were, but he did mind revealing how far they went. A casual conversation involving thins he shouldn't know about was one thing, as were buttercups from behind the ear. He wondered if he should manifest a weapon. And decided against it, opting for aiming a fist to the face.

Seeing his opponent jump to his left, or Senel's right, Senel stopped his run on the spot. Seeing how he hadn't been running very fast in the first place, it wasn't too difficult to completely stop on command. It was clear enough to Senel what Damen intended to do but then again it was easy to tell what a lot of fighting moves intended to do. The real problem was reacting to the intent and effectively getting your own attack in. It looked like a punch to the face coming in, something Senel himself probably would have tried to pull if he were in Damen's position. Senel then decided on a front flip. He quickly made the flip, only needing the light touch of one hand to the floor for some stability to finish it. The intent of the flip was to use the momentum provided by it to bring his right leg down hard on Damen's fist.

Approaching the ring of the arena, Eros peered into the match, observing the combatants. His own soul was on fire, as he felt the very fabric of the combatants' souls. Raising one gigantic hand, he pointed a finger at Damen. "This one. . . is like a Psychic," he breathed silently. Then shifting the pointed index to Senel, he uttered, "this one, is an intelligent savage." Then, for the first tie since his abduction by Death, he managed to crack a smile. "I do hope there's gonna be more interestin' fighters like these two. This might actually be some fun, dontcha think dude?"

The dark angel within him cackled in response. "Yes, fun. Just don't take our enemies lightly. We are here to win, or die trying. But if you die, then I shall require a new host, and your loss of family, friends, and morals, will have all been for naught," Death whispered back to him. Eros only shook his head.

"Well, ya ain't gotta be such a jerk about it. Dang," he sighed.

"It will be very fun, Eros. Oh and don't worry I'm not a psychic I have enhanced hearing. Your up against me in the fourth match. I can't remember my name so everyone I know calls me Creator." Creator said as he used his Tail to push himself off the nearby wall. He walked up next to Eros and stood. "The Psychic one is a Vampire and the other is just an ordinary human. Well I guess he isn't ordinary, but he is human. I'm a Zimatri, and by the look of you your inhabited by a spirit of some sort. Don't be alarmed, I've encountered something similar in another dimension." Creator continued. This could be interesting. It would appear my opponent will have some help in the match.

"Are you for real?" Eros spoke interestingly. "My folks only ever told me about Vampires in story tales. You know, them Dracula like people. But yeah, I am--" Eros was stunned suddenly, his lips frozen in time. A chill ran up his spine, and a sharp pain proceeded to coarse through his entire body. "Be silent boy. Tell anyone that I reside within you, and I will erase every image of you from existence," Death whispered to his soul.

"Nah, I'm uh, ehem, inhabited by nothin'. I'm just a little. . .crazed ya know? Had a harsh life, so I talk to myself sometimes," he croaked.

"You can't fool me spirit, my species has a sixth sense that allows us to sense things like that. Ah hide if you wish, it matters little to me." Creator continued, taking only minor note of his reaction. "It would seem that they are both trying to hide their powers from each other. Hopefully we will see more of their skill before this ends." Creator commented with a slight tone of concern.

With Senel's kick coming, and with Damen's current momentum, there was no way he'd manage to dodge, and the thought occurred to him to make a shield, but opted to take the kick instead. "Better hold off the big manifesting 'til later," he reasoned in his head. "You're strong. But you see, strength alone won't win." He ran behind Senel, his physical abilities advanced enough to cause him to slightly blur. "You see, you can't win against what you can't hit," he said, aiming a thrust of his index and middle finger at the first cervical vertebra.

Senel's kick had worked well enough. The blow had been deflected. But then Damen did something odd. He moved, quickly. He was behind Senel fast enough that Senel almost didn't see the movement. Damen was now moving to attack with his finger. The attack would be hard to dodge, at least, so long as Senel wasn't using a style.

"Eres Iron Style!" Senel called out. With that he was now channeling Eres, greatly enhancing his speed and strength. Senel himself moved behind Damen right as Damen's finger made contact with the skin of his neck, however it didn't have time to go farther than that. His own speed now borderline superhuman, Senel would be difficult to track. Though Damen was pretty quick himself so Senel doubted Damen would be completely dumbfounded by his recent movements. Still he was now behind his opponent, and that provided some nice attack opportunities.

"I don't think you're in any position, to tell me what I can't hit!" Senel said in response. He then kicked at Damen's head with his right leg. This kick, with Senel's strength now enhanced, was certainly not something one wanted to make contact with their head. Not that it would knock the person's head off but it still wouldn't be much fun to deal with the likely concussion. To top things off, it was coming in fast.

"Well, that most certainly wasn't fun," Damen said, his advanced physical abilities the only thing that kept him from slipping into unconsciousness. "Although, I do believe I am in a position to tell you that you missed your calling," he added, going through the motions of cracking his neck, "Could've been a chiropractor." He looked at Senel, and waited a few seconds. "So, what's with the the red? Not getting a bit of an ego on me, are ya?" He stopped, smiling. "Screw waiting to manifest. I'll need to catch him off guard at this point. It'll only last a minute, but..." Damen thought, and then, from behind Senel, Senel's own voice said, "Trust me, you hardly know what Damen can do."

Senel saw Damen take the kick to his head. It hadn't been worthless, but it was certain that Damen wasn't the average human. Neither was Senel but now he knew his opponent wasn't either. That and he seemed to be somewhat psychic. And despite that knowledge, Damen's next move still caught Senel off guard. Of all things, he heard his own voice from behind him. He almost turned his head to see but he knew he couldn't do that safely and snapped back in to attempt to focus on Damen. But the voice had messed with him a bit. His eyes were looking down and not at Damen. And though he held his stance he didn't seem focused. If he was focused, it was on the floor and what had just happened, not on Damen.

"What the hell was that?! My own voice coming from behind me? What else can this guy do? Darn it, stop worrying about that! The only goal here is to knock him out. I need to focus on that. I won't get anywhere freaking out over everything he does. But still... that doesn't make what he does any less freaky." Senel thought.

"Using me, to make me doubt myself? You're something else you know that?" Senel said though he still wasn't looking up.

"Don't worry, he'll fade away shortly," Damen said, mock-reassuringly. While Senel focused on what Damen had just done, Damen nodded ever so slightly to Manifest Senel, who walked up behind the real Senel, edges beginning to fade, and gave a solid blow to the back of Senel's head. Damen walked up to Senel, the Manifest Senel fading to nothing. "So, what happens now?" He said, knowing the Manifest Senel wasn't able to knock out his real counterpart. "Manifest Humans don't last long. Plants are the only living thing that can be manifested permanently" Damen said, telepathically to Senel.

"What now? You stay the hell out of my head, that's what now. I'm sick of your powers. Just knowing what I was thinking is one thing, but projecting my voice and speaking in my head? I'm not going to put up with that." Senel said. He looked up finally and took a step or two back from Damen who had approached him. He didn't want Damen to get any easy hits on him.

"I bet you win a lot of your fights with your little tricks. Freak people out by having them face themselves or talking to them in their mind. I suppose some would be freaked out just by you knowing their thoughts. And it seems even I won't be able to handle them. So there's only one thing to do in this situation. I'll have to give you an opponent you can't mess with." Senel said. He crouched a bit or rather he got into a position that resembled a runner at the starting blocks with his hands on the ground and feet outstretched. He still held his head up to speak with Damen.

"I'll show you now, why I'm called The Raging Beast. I wish you luck trying to mess with my mind from now on; you're going to need it. This is where I check out. So once this is over you'll have to tell me what all happened from this point on. I regret to inform you that now that it's come to this, this fight won't end until one of us has been beaten senseless in a number of ways." Senel said. He then looked to the ground and started growling it seemed.

"Instinct Style!" he sort of growled. Something seemed definitely different now. He was wearing gloves so it was hard to tell, but it seemed his nails were longer. It also seemed his canine teeth had become a bit larger. Senel brought his head up to look at Damen and his eyes seemed truly savage, like an animal. It was a truly frightening change compared to the usually happy and excited Senel. Senel just watched Damen, not doing anything at the moment.

His mind just entered a savage flux. He isn't thinking like a human anymore. Perhaps he will be useful to Mimic. Creator thought as he watched the battle. So far nothing flashy had happened, and nothing special. He was disappointed as he had hoped for a little bit more from the strongest fighters of the multiverse. Well at least my match will prove interesting. Creator thought to himself as his tail twitched with aggravation.

"Instinct Style?" Damen said, a grin on his face. "So, I suppose that means two things. One, that you're relying on base instinct. Two, I'm wasting my breath becuase you don't understand a word I'm saying. Just in case, no, I didn't read your mind again. I simply put your eyes and previous statement into context. However, this is clearly a style reserved for close combat. Allow me to show off a little trick," Damen said, preparing to run forward, "Flying Crane Kick!" He shouted, and took one step, "Just kidding, I don't know anything like that, but what I do know is this," He held his hand like he was holding a bow, and one appeared, then he formed an arrow to go with it. "It's called Manifesting, on the off-chance you can still understand me. All things are energy, everything exists on a quantum level, and I can manipulate the sub-atomic particles known as quarks into any form, transferring whatever I desire from the quantum level to the physical level. Including a bow and arrow to counter your close combat with mid-to-long range combat. I trust your survival instinct is telling you to run about now." Damen said, pulling back the bow string, aiming it right at Senel.

Senel didn't react until Damen himself moved. It seemed that Senel needed to be provoked now. Damen was correct in that he was relying on base instinct now. Senel himself was completely oblivious to what was happening and couldn't understand a word he said. Then Damen summoned a bow and stated he felt Senel's instincts told him to run. That was quite far from the truth. Senel began dashing madly at Damen. His speed had only slightly decreased from Eres Iron Style. Though Damen wouldn't know until some fighting had been done, Senel lost some speed and a decent bit of strength by switching to this style, but his speed was still quite impressive, and his strength was still above average it just couldn't be called superhuman anymore. He was running on just his legs, not so far gone as to run on all four, and he had his right fist back as if he intended to hit with it. It seemed Senel didn't quite understand fear in this state, or even the concept of long range combat.

When Senel began running, Damen let the bow fire, aiming at Senel's naval. The thought crossed his mind to aim for Senel's Sound Chakra, though he quickly decided against it, reasoning in his head, "Although that is his most compromised, as it's in the throat it'd also be fatal with an arrow attack. Don't want that. The Sacral Center will have to do." He quickly formed another arrow, pulling back on the bow string, aiming it at the base of Senel's spine. Or at least, where it would be, considering they were face-to-face. "I'll settle for attacking the non-fatal Chakras this way. I'll have to use hand-to-hand combat to block the Light and Thought Chakras, and a weak blow to his most compromised-at least in this state-chakra, the Sound Chakra, the throat chakra."

Senel kept his charge going until the arrow started coming in. Senel did at least seem to notice that the arrow flying towards him was dangerous and should be avoided. Out of no where Senel leaped into the air a good ten feet at least, effectively avoiding the projectile. It seemed like a stupid move considering his opponent was using a bow and had an arrow. But Senel was moving quickly and wouldn't be locked onto that easily. Then out of no where Senel started rocketing towards the ground at high speed. His right fist seemed to be glowing blue and suddenly a large lion's head seemed to appear around his fist. Is was larger around than Senel was tall.

"Beat Impact!" Senel sort of snarled out, it would be the only two words he'd know in this state. The savage look in his eyes seemed even worse than before and it even caught the pale blue glow of his attack a little. Senel crashed into the ground right next to Damen, hoping to catch him in the attack, the beast demolishing the concrete of the ring as it made contact.

"Funny thing about being in the air," Damen said as Senel Jumped up, "It's kind of hard to dodge." He shot another arrow, aiming for the Sacral Center, just behind the naval. Then, as the beast landed a massive blow to the ground, Damen manifested a wall between them. Not a wall capable of withstanding the force of the impact, but strong enough to absorb the worst of the blow, along with a shield to keep the shrapnel he no doubt would bring upon himself. "woa," he said, "nearly took my arm off there." He ditched the blow in favor of stilettos (small daggers). Running toward the manic Senel at full speed, Damen aimed once more for the Sacral Center with one hand, in the hopes that if one chakra took enough abuse, his opponent would fall unconscious, and for the center of the forehead with his other hand, avoiding bringing the blade near the impact.
