With the Speed Spell Rule, so how would our opponent be able to summon Hamon?

I would think that they'd go to the S/T zone like normal. It's a monster effect that makes it a Spell, not a Spell Card.

crystal beasts aren't real spell cards so they won't be effected, plus in that match you guys won't be using SW.

It's a riding duel but you can choose to use either SW 1 or 2 or a costume one, just send it to me and it might get accepted, and team sacred chose not to use SW so neither team can, next round discuss it with the other team.

Well some decks work with it and others don't so this makes it fair.

like the question with the one sacred beast, even with the crystal beasts it gets a lot weaker, besides this gives the tourny a bit of randomness.
