Nura after hearing that Pandora had lied to him chuckled a little before drawing his card, Now I'll summon masked Hero Reiver, and use his effect to trade levels with Gorz, now Gorz is level two and my Reiver is level seven, next I activate my Masks up to Transformation Summon from Sword to Mask Hero Katana, then I'll play Mask Change to Transform Summon Reiver into my Ace, Masked Hero Nexus, Now I'll Have Nexus attacks your Sango, and finally I'll have Katana attack your Orihime. And with that I end my turn.

This card can only be Transformation Summoned with Masked Hero Sword. When this monster declares an attack or has an attack declared against it raise this cards attack by 1000.

Looks like Rallen from spectrobes only taller and thinner and his jacket is longer, also wears Krux's mask.

This card can only be Transformation Summoned. This card is unaffected by Spell, Trap, and Monster effects.

[Quiksilver]

"When did a flaw enter this system, I wonder?" A soft voice asked from behind Ozone. A large, well-built man walked up behind the virus, dressed in black and wearing a mask that looked like a man pondering things. You know- all spacey and stuff. Anyway- as BRAHMA confronted the virus, he thought, SHIVA and VISHNU have gotten lax while I've been away. I see that SHIVA is playing one of her silly games, and VISHNU is nowhere to be seen. Typical. Finally, he spoke again to Ozone, and suddenly his mask morphed into that of a impatient young man.

"Virus, I have no time for nuisances. Begone with you." BRAHMA started muttering things, and thought no one could see it, he was interacting with the code that formed the Nirvana Project. Within seconds, he would have altered enough data to expel Ozone from the game.

 

 

Meanwhile, in a different part of the island, in a radically different atmosphere, a young man walked up to a duel going on between a clow-esque woman and a man, whom the young other man, Vale Garrd, knew from the records as Nura. The other one- Vale had no idea about. Nothing in the records spoke anything about her, which was quite extraordinary. It was well known that the game was extremely hard to hack into, a fact which Vale (who had done it himself to get the records) could fully account for.

Pandora was a bit jarred at Rukia's demise, but Rukia was still alive, albeit with a hole in her chest from the Token's attack.

"I'm fine. Really." Rukia told her comrades as a pair of similar-looking Clown Warriors took her to the sidelines. "It's just a flesh wound." Pandora, however, thought about how she was going to deal with the small group of Clown Warriors who had become Gorz groupies, when she had a feeling of deja vu. She thought to herself.

Pandora then noticed Nura's move, and countered with her other Trap Card.

"Since I lose so many Life Points, I thought this would come in handy! Spirit Barrier!"

A shimmering silver force field surrounded Pandora, protecting her from the damage done by the attacks, while Toon Brick Wall stopped Katana cold. But Sango was injured trying to dodge Nexus' attack, and went to the sidelines with Rukia, leaving only Orihime on the field.

"Anything else?"

Ozone turned around and looked at the AI. He recognised the artificial creatures data as BRAHMA, one of the three strongest AIs in the game. Ozone, however, smirked.

"I have no intentions to leave, BRAHMA." He said and then turned to look at Protheus instead. "That boy there... He is a greater threat to this game then I am. I am not here to destroy the game, I'm only here to destroy..." He slowly turned his head to face BRAHMA again. "You."

[Quiksilver]

"Fascinating." BRAHMA marveled, instantly stopping what he had been doing. "You are quite a piece of work. I would like to spend time interacting with you and those humans, but I do not have time, I am afraid. Things to do. People to-" BRAHMA's mask's eyes glowed. "Round up. I must leave soon, so I'll just kill you in a quick duel." BRAHMA flourished his arm, and suddenly a pitch-black Duel Disk appeared on his arm. "Prepare yourself!" the AI roared,

"Straight forward are we?" Ozone held out his arm and a light blue duel disk, seemingly made out of duel energy, was created on it. He placed his deck inside it and the disk seemed to activate.

"Then let us duel!" Ozone drew his top cards and looked at them. These seems pretty good...

"As the challenger, I think it's up to you to decide who starts!"

 

((This duel shouldn't be finished, because the story would be screwed up if either of BRAHMA or Ozone disappeared this early.))

Cross looked around. Something's Changed

He noticed that he was back outside the forest and things weren't quite in order but brushed aside his ideas and stared at The Big Circus Tent...there was a three way duel going on. A big streak of grief hit Cross as he remembered the duel he refused Pandora. I'm sorry Pan... but I'm not worth dueling to anyone. Cross's eyes watered up as he started thinking about the friendships he denied. Then there was a stranger at the tent that drew his attention...he wondered who he was but was distracted by the Masked Hero Nexus that was summoned. That must be the white Haired kid's.....he would make an awesome opponent. Cross began to cry...I'm scarred you guys...I don't know what to do anymore. he whispered as he looked at the floor. The sound of duel disks activating quickly drew his attention at two strange figures...A man in a white tuxedo and a man in black clothing with a mask...similar to the other strange man....Cross smiled at the thought

The woman sitting next to James laughed. "Silly boy! Don't you remember who I am? I'm Akiza Fudo!"

 

Pandora looked over her opponent's and drew her card, then smiled.

"I draw, and I play Toon Pot of Greed!"

A cartoon version of the Pot of Greed popped up, and Pandora drew 2 cards, then revealed one of them, Motoko, to draw another card.

"Now, by Tributing Orihime, I will Special Summon Clown Warrior - Motoko in Attack Mode!"

While most of the Clown Warriors appeared to be in their late teens to early 20s, the one that Pandora has just summoned was at least 25, and with the body of a supermodel to boot. (2400 ATK)

"And with that, I can draw a card, and I will equip Motoko with two copies of Clownblade!"

Two cartoonish swords replaced the guns in the purple-clad woman's hands as she expertly whirled them around. (2400 ATK -> 4000 ATK)

"Plus, Motoko gets to attack twice per turn! Go, and attack Katana and Nexus!"

Motoko smiled as she sliced and diced through the selected monsters. (Nura: 2600 LP)

"Man, I haven't had this much fun in ages!" Motoko declared as she took a stance to counter any retaliation.

Pandora ended her turn, happy that her Damian Atlas' dumb luck had persevered again.

"My turn now? Draw!" Protheus said as he drew his card. He then took a card from his hand and activated it. "I summon Changer Synchron." A small robot appeared on the field. "And now, Synchro Summon! Avenging Knight Parshath!"

A centaur knight appeared as the robot and Sango/Kaien disappeared. "Surprised to see a fairy? Thought so. Now I activate the effect of Changer Synchron, changing Motoko to defense position." A ghost of the robot appeared and then began making Motoko turn to defense position.

Pandora and Motoko laughed as the latter stowed away her swords in place of her guns, and took up a crouching defensive stance. "Tsk, tsk, tsk. Protheus, you've been up against me before. You should have remembered my effect by now. In Attack Position, I get to attack twice per turn, but in Defense Position, my ATK and DEF get swapped!" (4000 DEF)

"Anything else, Protheus?" Pandora asked.

"......Oh. Sorry about that mistake, I'll fix it. I activate the effect of Avenging Knight Parshath, changing your battle position back to attack." And then Motoko went back into attack position. "Now I activate Sword of Sacrifice. So by tributing one monster I control, my other monster can gain half it's attack plus an extra one hundred points." Parshath disappeared, leaving only it's sword, which Gorz grabbed. Gorz swung it around, testing it (4100 ATK). "And now for an attack!" Gorz disappeared from its current position and reappeared in front of Motoko, about to strike.

By tributing 1 monster you control, increase the ATK of another monster by half the ATK of the tributed monster plus an extra 100 ATK.

But Motoko simply stood there, waiting, as Gorz charged at her. She yawned when the fiend raised his shiny new blade to chop the Clown Warrior to ribbons...

Only to run into the same brick wall from before that had conveniently popped up out of the ground.

"Protheus, you forgot about my Toon Brick Wall." Pandora noted as Motoko chided Gorz, infuriating the Duel Monster.

As the clown came at Nura's monsters my trap card flips around. I activate my trap, Battle Stance, with this I can change the battle position of one monster involved in battle so before you Motoko can attack my Hero's she'll be moved to defense position and I can't see her doing a lot of attacking like that. As your clown cam at the monsters she suddenly was forced into defense position and wasn't able to continue attacking.

....that was a long time ago. And Parshath had turned her back to attack position back then. And Gorz was sick of that wall. It kept attacking the wall. If this were a real battle, the wall would have been broken already, but this was a virtual children's card game.

"So hah, I'm just going to end my turn...." And his turn ended, while Gorz insisted on continuing attacking the wall despite the fact that this was a children's card game.

Protheus could only sigh.

Nura drew his card, Because I have a face up Mask Hero, so now I'll Special Summon Rider X1, an I'll equip him to Masked Hero Katana, now I'll have Masked Hero Katana attack you Mokoto, when a monster equipped with Rider X1 attacks I can destroy one Spell or Trap card on the Field and if you have another card on the field with the same name then its destroyed as well, so say goodbye to your clowns swords, then I'll have Nexus attack and end my turn. As the futuristic motorcycle was summoned Masked rider Katana Jumped onto it and drove at your monster, beams of energy were shot out of the motorcycle destroying your two equip cards then Katana dew his sword and slashed at Motoko followed by Nexus attack.

If you control a monster with "Mask Hero" in their name you can Special Summon this card from your Hand. Once per turn, you can equip this card to a monster OR unequip it to Special Summon this card in face-up Attack Position. When the Monster Equipped with this card declares an attack destroy one Spell or Trap card your opponent controls, if there is another card with the same name on your opponents side of the Field Destroy it as well. If a monster Equipped with this card would be destroyed by battle destroy this card instead.

Pandora flipped up her Trap Card as Rider X1 was Summoned. "I activate my Trap Card, Toon Trap Hole!"

A shimmering portal with enough blurry rainbow hues to make a normal human being have seizures appeared below the motorcycle and sucked it in.

"My Toon Trap Hole is not just powerful, but also reusable!" Pandora mocked as Motoko kept her swords. "Hey, boys. You still wanna play? I've got enough weapons for all of you..."

BRAHMA smiled. "A sense of honor. I like that. I think I'll go first, then. Give you a bit of advantage." BRAHMA's mask winked.

Ozone: 4000 LP

 

"I first activate The Cheerful Coffin, and discard Chaos-End Master, Demise, King of Armageddon, and Sky Scourge Enrise. Next, I summon Phantom of Chaos in face-up Attack Mode. And to end, I place one face-down card on the field and end my turn." BRAHMA smiled under his mask when a black vortex and a face-down appeared on the field, as he discarded three of his four cards left. His cards where right where he needed them to finish this duel, and quick...

Pandora drew her card. "I play Cold Wave!"

A freezing gale rushed into the room, causing all of the Clown Warriors to suddenly regret the revealing nature of their current attire, as well as solidifying Protheus' and Nura's Trap Cards solid.

"So, do I get to finally chop up those Masked Heroes?" Motoko asked.

"Of course." Pandora replied.

"Piece of cake!" Motoko replied as she got her swords out and charged at the Masked Heroes.

[Guest Merciful Idiot]

Protheus, having lived in a desert with a very hot sun for all his life, nearly froze to death by the freezing cold icy wave. He shivered. On the other hand, Gorz just completely ignored it completely.

"The next thing you know, we all activate three Cold Waves at the same time and turn the world to ice." He managed to say. The freezing wave was going away fast, and Protheus had noticed his set card was frozen. "So much for Shadow Retaliation. Wait.....I thought there were four duelists here, what happened to the fourth, that other guy?.....More mind tricks."

[The White Wolf]

Zack was sitting in a forest a mile away. "UGH!" Zack stated as a Blue-Eyes White Dragon appeared out of no where "I summon! Rekeph, the Ultimate Dark Being!" Zack declared as a giant fiend appeared, about the size of Obelisk the Tormentor. "Go!" Zack declared as the core in the middle of the fiend sent a dark beam towards the Blue-Eyes White Dragon, destroying it "Heh." Zack stated with a smirk.

[Aesirson]

"Interesting." Ozone looked at the two cards on BRAHMA's side of the field. "I guess that makes it my turn? Draw!"

Ozone looked at his hand and smiled. He then picked one card out of the six cards he held and revealed it to his opponent.

"I summon Galactic Turbo Gunman!" As he placed the card on his duel disk a robot-like humanoid appeared clothed in white armor with red trim. He was also wearing a poncho and a cowboy-hat. "Next I will activate Gunman's special ability! It will let me deal 1600 damage to your life points, but you get to draw two cards!"

The cowboy picked up a revolver and shot to bullets at BRAHMA.

Cross pulled out the "Forbidden Card" from his deck box. It was the card he was going to use Against Destroyer. "Once I get out of here....I'm going to kill you" The thought made Cross ecstatic to the point of giving the card a swift lick. I'm loosing my mind.... He put both of his hands on his head and screamed before kneeling to the ground and staring at the "Forbidden card". He admired it's glory and started to laugh. "COME ON DESTRUCTION! I DON'T CARE ANYMORE! TAKE ME! CONSUME ME! I'M NO LONGER FIT TO LIVE!" Cross began to vibrate and distort. His mental state had disrupted the feedback the virtual world was receiving from his brain, altering his appearance. Then, shadows erupted from the card, consuming Cross in a whirlpool of darkness. Once the shadows fell back, Cross stood up. He now wore a Black cloak that surrounded his body. And a Drama Mask that covered his Face. I Don't need anyone. I Don't need anything. I am Destruction.

Cross liked his new appearance. But quickly noticed a change in his surroundings. There was a person watching the duel Pan was in (Shiva). In a seemingly quick flash he ran behind her and whispered into her ear trying to contain his laughter.

 

I can see you!

"I'm prepared for every possibility." BRAHMA said, flipping up his face-down. "I had covered the possibility of you attacking my monster with Phantom's effect, which also covered the possibility of a Spell or Trap effect, so the last thing to cover...a monster effect. I activate Divine Wrath!" He shouted, discarding a card. A bolt of lightning shot down from the sky, arcing towards Galactic Turbo Gunman. "This card not only stops your effect, it destroys your monster, all for one card, which, coincidentally, is the last card in my hand." BRAHMA's eyes burned again. "Enjoy, virus."

An older man stepped from the shadows of a tree, his blue eyes studying the one who had destroyed the Blue-Eyes. He rubbed his white beard with one hand and adjusted his glasses with the other.

 

"Good afternoon," the man spoke with a friendly air, but his eyes betrayed a hint of suspicion, as if he did not trust this boy. His gaze flicked to the image of Rekeph. "Interesting monster," he stated casually, moving forward yet continuing his inspection of Zack. "My name is Matthew Hupert, you are free to call me Matthew if you wish, but please not Matt."

[The White Wolf]

"Hey Matt- Matthew." Zack stated "Yep. One interesting monster. This archtype has never been released to the public." Zack explained. Zack quickly noticed the suspicion in his eyes "(Oh great. Another person who thinks I'm on the bad side just because of Rekeph!)" Zack thought "Nothing to worry about." Zack stated as Rekeph disappeared into Zack's deck. Zack looked at Matthew. "By the way, the name's Zack." Zack stated with a friendly smile.
