"Sorry but it is time to end the duel!" While he was trying to end the duel a monster appeared behind him it was Master of Oz. VISHNU turned around and saw it, "What the! You have got to be joking how.." the Master of Oz attacked VISHNU and dragged him off deeper in to the forests,"well that us what i get for messing with a panda" the monster he attacked before brought reinforcements,"Come on, Protocol Delete Dynamic Entities", the monster around him were starting to disintegrate,"i never thought i have to use that yet."

Cross looked in shock a monster took his opponent and ended the duel inconclusively. He stared at the empty space for a while and decided to go back to Pandora...

that wacky girl would sure brighten my day about now....he thought.

 

He walked towards the arcade where he saw a White Haired Boy in the distance he waved at him as if inviting him to join him at the arcade...and turned around to see Pandora, some random girl talking to James and that one kid what was his name...?oh Zack!. he was watching them from the bar.

 

Cross decided he needed a break...to distract him from his "loss"

 

He walked up to Pandora with a gloomy face that she seemed to right away.

"Oh, big brother, do you need some rescuing from that big bad monster?" A feminine voice mocked.

Out of the blue, a cute winged catgirl glided in on the breeze so that she was just out of reach of the monster.

"Seriously, big brother, can you not handle a 4200 ATK monster all by yourself? I would be more than happy to help, but I don't feel properly motivated today. Maybe if you promise to play with me for a little while, I would feel a bit more energetic..."

 

Pandora noticed Cross' sadness, and smiled sinisterly as she subtly signaled to two other Clown Warriors to do something.

"Hey Cross, do you know what time it is?" She asked as she showed him her watch, which had 12, 1, 2, 3, then 3.14159?

"PIE TIME!!!" Several Clown Warriors yelled out as the two Clown Warriors Pandora signaled pied Cross in the face, then hosed him off with seltzer water.

Cross laughed at the prank. It made him feel at home.

"Thanks Pandora I needed that..I just got off a really bad duel."

 

Cross looked at the cieling as he sighed.

 

"I can't go on like this anymore...I need more power...I need something that will give me the power to truly be a strong enough duelist worthy of the title 'Eternal Duelist'"

Pandora wondered, then looked around at her faithful companions, then something clicked in her mind.

"Well, I have no idea how powerful you are, so how about we duel? Best two out of three match, side deck allowed. Deal?"

One of the Clown Warriors, a girl with a giant boomerang, started to spread the word that their beloved princess was about to actually duel instead of her silly computer test.

"So, as the self-proclaimed champion, where would you like to duel?"

VISHNU started at the monsters as they finally disintegrated,"Mabe later Sis.. actually i have a idea it will solve both of our problems.", he put out his hand and in there was a red ball, a blue ball, and a yellow ball.

He had a evil but still care free look on his face,"I will give one of each of these balls to a monster. Then monsters will start to attack the town You have to find the one holding the spheres after you find all 3 spheres you give them to monsters and i find them the winner is the one who finds the most before the town is torn to shreds or if there is no monsters left." He was about to throw the balls,"Do you want to play?"

SHIVA started to cry as she landed. "But that's not fun! You'll destroy things and hurt people! We're supposed to help the users, remember? Ever since we became self-aware, you two have been taking time off of your duties and doing something that I have a bad feeling about, leaving me to pick up the slack! You're lucky that I have the greatest processing capacity of the three of us, or this place wouldn't even be functioning! I wanna know what you and BRAHMA are working on right now!"

VISHNU hand dropped back looking at his sister," maybe you will figure out after we play this game. Just to make you happy no one will gets hurt, the damage will be repaired, and the people will be saved if they get hit. Lets say i will tell you my plain if you win." He had his eyes directed at the city,"I am just tired of these people being the only one to be able to play this game. it is just like the time with the beta testers back when i realized....it."

In that Tournament we will all show up and in that tournament we will see the full extent of our abilities." He looked at his deck box for a while. "We were all told that once we got used to this Virtual world They would host this tournament....so I will duel you" His voice got serious "But as the duelist I should be...at the finals of that tournament!"

He looked at Pandora

"Until then...I'll go off to find the power I need to win."

and before she could say anything he ran but was stopped by the white haired kid.

Nura saw the man calling over to him and with nothing better to do he walked over to the man, Hey did you need something or did you just want to make a new friend? Nura had an air about him that attracts people to him he seemed somewhat more dignified compared to the people who were in the arcade. Nura looked at the girl with him, She a friend of yours? Nura noticed something was odd about her, besides the fact that her cards had a habit of hanging out with her.

Cross saw the kid.....He thought that the kid was analyzing him and Pandora...He quickly remembered that if he didn't hurry he'd lose time to train for the tournament.

 

"Kid...I just called you over to say...Don't forget to enter the tournament!..." and then Cross ran past the kid without a trace.

The forest seemed like a good spot to reevaluate his deck so thats where he headed off to.

Nura was pretty confused by why the kid had called a random person over to tell him to remember to be at a tournament, maybe he saw him at the arena and wanted to duel him, well Nura had beaten a level 9 with no challenge. He looked over at the girl who had been with him, Hello I'm Nura Rikou, do you know him or did he just randomly talk to you like he did with me, oh I'm sorry whats your name?

Pandora smiled. "I am Pandora, the Clown Princess, and no, there is no Clown King, Clown Queen, or Clown Prince. Just me. And my elite Clown Warriors. And my army of Clown Knights and Clown Maids. You want to duel? Cross, my friend of there, is too chicken to go up against me just because I beat LV8 on the simulator without breaking a sweat. I was about to go challenge LV9 when he popped back in. But now, he's going on about this tournament thing. I never heard of this tournament when we got in here."

I haven't heard about it either, and I beat the level 9 simulator, actually I almost lost because I was so board I almost walked out on the duel, and I never expected to find a princess here. Nura stayed calm, he tried to think about what kind of deck those clowns would be in and he decided it would be nice to find out. And sure I'll duel you, wanna do it in the arcade or out here? Nura readied his deck for whatever option she chose, he also decided to give her the first move.

"Either place is fine." Pandora replied. A few of the Clown Warriors got ready to go at a moment's notice. Whatever the case, Pandora's unique dueling style would be demonstrated, regardless of venue.

 

Meanwhile, SHIVA was trying to find those spheres, looking high and low for the dammed things, when she spotted Pandora, and was instantly curious. She wasn't on the list of beta testers. In fact, the game had no record of her at all.

The AI made herself invisible, and floated down to watch the duel.

Nura looked outside then smiled, Its nice outside so how about we do it there. He then walked into the street and placed his deck into his Duel Disk which activated it, I'm pretty interested in your deck so why don't you go first. Nura had an odd feeling that they were being watched though he quickly dismissed it as someone who wanted to watch the duel and maybe try to scope out their decks before that tournament he heard about.

Protheus wasn't on the list of beta testers. In fact, the game had no record of him at all, which caused the AI to view him as some different AI. He was simply wondering around, clueless as to how he got here. The last thing he truly remembered was being ordered to get the Pharaoh a drink. And now he was in this strange place which for some reason he accepts as normal, despite the fact that there's no sand, no pyramids, no palace, and no city wall, which is definitely not normal. He had no idea. If the layout here was different, then appearance could be as well, but he had to bet that appearances here haven't changed, even if the skin has.

 

 

He had somehow known the rules of dueling from the start, and he was now following something. He looked up into the sky but there was nothing, despite the fact that he felt there was something there, in that small spot of the sky. Either way, he continued on and noticed some girl probably the same age, or younger, or older as him (Pandora), and another person (Nura). He himself had no idea, but he decided to say something. "Where am I?" He asked for no reason.

Pandora noticed the newcomer, and her face lit up as she ran over to Protheus and tackled him. "Protheus!" She happily exclaimed as she glomped the addled young man.

 

SHIVA was watching this, and decided to punch a line out of the server. She used that new connection to find out anything on Protheus and Pandora, but found no record of either of them. She knew that Pandora had a physical body, but Protheus was strange in the fact that he just seemed to exist.

Therefore, they obviously weren't from around here.

SHIVA tasked part of herself to keep looking while the main section went to go find that ball.

Protheus blinked for a moment. He was completely surprised. He wasn't used to being called by his name, he has never been called by his name before, let alone the position he was currently in, he's never been glomped before. "How do you know my name?" He asked. He had never been in this strange sort of position before.

"Am I supposed to know you? Because I can swear I've never met you before, let alone see you. Although you do seem somewhat familiar.....you're not even in my memory. Did you bring me here?"

Pandora giggled. "Silly Protheus, you're my father!" But Pandora quickly added before Protheus, the younger one of the two, was too mortified. "Part of your essence is inside of me. Your spiritual essence, not you...you know..."

The boomerang clown leaned over and said. "Princess, I think he gets it."

Pandora blushed, which was surprising considering the fact that it appeared that her skin was covered in white makeup, but this apparently wasn't true. "Anyways, you're one of my dads. Is that a bit clearer?"

".....Uhhh.....No......No, I don't get it. The last thing I remember is being ordered by the Lord Aknamkanon to get him a drink, so I went across the palace and.....the next thing I know, I'm here, in some strange place where plants grow everywhere with strange structures with my home nowhere in sight. And I've never torn my soul before.....But I think I can get what you're saying....." Protheus said. He then paused for a while to think. "......Everything is just becoming so confusing...."

Pandora mused over this idea, then got an idea.

"How about a triangle duel? Me versus you versus Nura! That might get your memory jogging! What do you say?!?"

The surrounding Clown Warriors cheered, and circled up to create a dueling area for the trio, waiting to watch their beloved princess pwn even more unsuspecting duelists with her unique style.

Protheus hung his head and simply sighed.

"Uhhh......OK? Triangle Duels are fine, I guess....So uhhh....who goes first?"

Protheus's Duel Disk activated. He knew the rules of dueling, but he had no idea how how knew that. There was also the girl which somehow is his 'daughter'. But seriously, he's only fifteen, how could he have a daughter? He doubted a duel could jog his memory, but it was worth a shot. Why would he forget anything like this?

No problem this will make it more fun, and Pandora it was your idea so why don't you go first,besides I want to see those clowns in action. Nura activated his Duel Disk, he had no clue about the farther daughter thing but this was a virtual world so maybe he looked older on the outside, and for some reason lost his memory, Nura then drew his five cards he looked at Prothius and wondered what kind of deck he had, even with his curiosity Nura still had an air of confidence around him.

Pandora stuck out her hand. "Ro-Sham-Bo, anyone?"

She then saw Zack, and motioned for a Clown Warrior to invite him over.

 

SHIVA continued to watch the two, and wondered about these Clown Warriors. They had also appeared with Pandora, and they appeared to not be like the Duel Monsters in the game, but actual living, breathing, emotional beings.

And that perplexed her.
