Cross faded completely and was gone.

Destruction examined himself and noticed that he was disappearing too,but at incredibly low rate.

Destruction walked up to Shiva and Destiny.

You skanks win this round.

Destruction looked at Shiva and smiled. He walked over to her and whispered in her ear.

I'm going to kill all of your friends........and make you watch.

Hyahahahaha!

Destruction took his time walking out of the arcade, analyzing everyones face as he passed them.

James looked to Jasmine, starting to tear up, but wiped his tears away. Cross... James turned away, not wanting to watch whoever his name was that that lost the duel. I have lost many friends in all my journies, including one at my own hands. Why do I feel more broken up about him than the others. "Cross." James said too quiet to be heard by most of the people in the room. "W... why?" He started to walk away slowly, followed by Jasmine, feeling the same way as him.

"Good. Now it is my turn. I-" Suddenly, BRAHMA's image shimmered. The look on the masks face suddenly shifted to anger. "NO! It cannot be! SHIVVAAAAA!!!" He shouted, and both duel disks disconnected and the monsters faded. A second later, BRAHMA disappeared in a burst of electronic lightning. In the arcade, where Destruction had only recently had been holding Shiva captive, BRAHMA appeared. A maelstrom of lightning and dark clouds heralded his arrival, and then the tall, frightening, AI bounded into the room. "SHIVA!!! What have you pieces of sheet done to my sister!" He roared, and code shot out of his hands and blasted around the room in a ring, which knocked down anything it touched, unless the said object somehow avoided it. "NOW TELL ME!" He roared again. "WHAT DID YOU DO TO HER???" His face homed in on Destruction, but he was still watching everyone.

(Note: They're in the arcade not a tower and Destruction held Shiva captive in the duel not Cross, who is now dead)

 

Destruction gave an unimpressed look to Brahma.

"Relax, the trash is right over there. Hyahahaha!"

He pointed at Shiva. Destruction seemed very pleased with his joke.

BRAHMA raced over to his sister, who was standing by the girl...Destiny Reim. The voice suddenly appeared in his head, the name supplied by the records. "Shiva? Are you okay?" He said in a whisper only SHIVA could catch. While waiting for his reply, he turned back to Destruction, looking quite frightening once again. "Now then...Lets deal with you." He growled, walking towards the malevolent presence.

"Hyahahahaha! So you're one of the three running this place huh."

Destruction gave a cold stare to Brahma

"What a great job you're doing huh?"

Destruction put his palm on his forehead.

His eyes glowed bright blue, revealing large amounts of code running through his brain.

"I am part of the system now...it makes it a lot easier to hurt people like you."

[Quiksilver]

"It does not matter whenether or not you are part of the system." BRAHMA said. "I can banish you as quickly as a virus. But I rather you leave willingly; I do not want to have to banish you, it takes a bot of effort. I also do not want to "duel" you out- since records indicate you have recently had that done to you by one Destiny Reim." His masks' mouth curved into a vindictive smile.

Destruction waved his finger mocking Brahma's threats.

"I have no intention of leaving this place now."

His eyes still glowed blue with code.

"You are no threat of mine...Brahma...thats right..I know your name...Its written all over your face!"

Destruction began to smile. His eyes reverted back to normal.

"I can see everything! Hyahahaha!"

Destruction quickly turned serious after his little laugh.

"What I don't understand though is why you locked all of the humans in the game.....If anything, You're a bigger threat than ME!"

 

 

[spoiler=:|]Note: as Destruction deteriorates he gets more in sync with "The System" but at the same time gets closer to dieing (hint: all his blood loss) so he can see Brahma's name and that the world is in lock down but can't do much more than that

SHIVA appeared from behind a counter. "I'm fine." She meekly replied, surprised that he brother had cared about her so much. She hugged her older brother, happy that he finally paid attention to her, but also a bit worried about why he really might be here. "Thank you, but please don't turn him into fragments. He is connected to another friend of mine, and I think they might both die if one of them does. I'm not entirely sure, though."

Destruction looked at Shiva.

"Its too late, He's already dead, Thats why you're still alive."

Destruction smiled a very evil smile.

"I know of a way to save Cross however...but I wont be so willing to give up that information. Hyahahahaha!"

[Barian Warlord]

Nura had by some glitch been sent into the middle of the Ocean, he started with a boat but then after a few duels with Sea Monsters he was left with a little raft in the middle of the Ocean. He was just finishing up a Sea Monster when he fell beck in exaction, Sigh, I haven't been here long but I'm so tired of it, that was like the fifteenth Sea Monster I've dueled and I'm exhausted, I really wish you could PM people in this game...

[Barian Warlord]

Nura eventually found himself on the shore of what seemed to be a jungle, as he walked in he searched for food, eventually he found a fruit tree and was able to eat his fill but he couldn't find a trace of any other players and he was worried about his friends and hoped that Shiva hadn't been destroyed. As he searched the island he found traces that people were there but he doubted that they were human seeing as they were obviously hiding their tracks which is something players wouldn't do.

Protheus had unknowingly also just so happened got to that island, but he not by a glitch. Not that he knew that. He simply wondered about a jungle, looking for a way out of this world. He was completely lost, and he never thought he'd think this but, he missed the Kingdom. Here, everything may as well have been taken over by Set. He was lost and confused, no certain place to go. Where was he supposed to go? It remained a mystery. He barely knew anything about anywhere here, he just wanted......to go back.

BRAHMA turned away from Destruction angrily, looking at SHIVA. "Explain, sis. What is going on here?" He growled, all the while keeping one eye flickering from all the people in the arcade, keeping them all in general and Destruction in particular under watch. "And while we talk, no one will leave this room!" He shouted over his shoulder, then turning back to SHIVA. This was so strange...BRAHMA had only come here after he had been alerted by the system that SHIVA had, at one point, been in danger. He had expected he would just eject some hacker who was messing with his sis from the Project, but no, it seemed a lot more complicated than that...

"Damn safeguards!" A voice suddenly shouted out, near Protheus. Before the man could react, the air above his head seemed to open up and a wiry teenager fell out, covered in flames. "Damn!" Vale Garrd swore again. "I should've known trying to bypass the security perimeters of the Island with Grade B hacking tools would trigger a security program. s***!" He muttered to himself, absently putting out the flames that wove up and down his body. "Good thing I had set up that tagging program, or I would have been ejected from the pro-" He noticed Protheus, doing a double-take. "Woah! Who are you, and where am I?" Vale slowly turned and surveyed the surroundings with a comical look on his face. Oh no, what just happened? He thought frantically. What did I do?

"Who am I? I am who I am......" Protheus muttered, feeling dizzy all of a sudden.

He saw figures moving about the jungle, surrounding them, but he didn't care.

"Anyway, uhhh....who are you? I uhh.....I don't know. I really just don't know."

And then he collapsed. Meanwhile, Amazoness people were hiding about the trees, ready to capture them.

"Dude!" Vale exclaimed, striding over to the strange man. "What the- Why did you...?" He looked down at the faintee, who, strangely enough, the man seemed to be getting darker. Why was...Almost, too late, Vale realized what was happening. He leapt to the side, just as the club of the Amazoness standing behind him flashed through the air right where his head had been.

The Amazoness, her tall, lean form blocking out the light that had been falling on Protheus' face a second before, mentally chatised herself. She should've guessed the boy would see her shadow falling over the older man. Now he knew she and her sisters were there. Well no point in hiding now- the Amazoness whistled sharply, and suddenly tan limber forms extricated themselves from the trees and bushes, silently joining the first woman in a circle around Protheus and Vale.

Vale looked around at all the Amazoness' surrounding him, and raised his hands in surrender. He had been preapred to take on the one woman- but nine or ten of them? No way. Vale didn't have a chance. Oh, this isn't good... Vale thought as the Amazoness people moved in for the capture.
