I don't know the anime this card is based on and therefor don't know if the effect fits him... but hell, this guy looks creepy

The effect is outstanding (as always) the picture is awesome (as always) and the overall design is... I'm running out of words (as always).

 

And since nobody seems to do it, I'll suggest this set for being included in The Best Sets of YCM. No discussion needed ;)

The effect on the new one is really cool. The look is cool to haha. Seems like some of the colors on it are outlined though. It was a little confusing at first, but its all good.
