"You tell me what information I need to know, which is one hundred percent correct, then once I've finished fighting off Akhom permanently I promise to sever a mist chain or whatever it is that is keeping you in this hellhole. And if you lie to me about how you imprisoned Akhom then you better be prepared for the consequences of that fatal mistake." Caoimhin bargained with the Queen of the demons. "Are you going to tell me everything I need to know now?"

Once the snow cleared away, Legion was nowhere to be found. There was however, a good deal of his splattered remains covering the area, mostly around where the large pile of snow struck. However, whilst Akhom was doing his wild chicken dance, each glob of shadow flattened itself and began to slither around. (Roll: +15 to notice). They began to congregate behind Akhom, pooling themselves into a...pool of shadow mass. As each piece of shadow was added to the mass, it grew larger and larger.

Zedren got up from his desk and followed Sean inquisitively. "What's bothering you young Sean. It appears like you've seen a ghost."

------

Queen Banshera scoffed at Caoimhin's bargain/threat. "Please. And if I tell you everything, how do i know you'll keep up your end of the bargain. You could just leave me here. How about you release me first, and then I tell you?" the Queen offered. "I still need something more direct in it for me."

------

Akhom kept dancing, he didn't see the moving masses of slime, but he did see that Legion was missing from the pile. He stopped a second and spoke out "Some weather we've been having huh Smokey? What the heck kind of alternate universe is this. It rains avalanches. How does that even happen." He was saying it in more of a mocking tone than in one of pure curiosity. The whole time his ears were perked up and his senses sharp. He might not have caught where Legion was, but if Legion made any dramatic move, he's sense it first. And be able to respond accordingly.

From the mass Legion's right hand emerged, clawing at the ground. His left hand followed and he began to drag himself out. When he was comfortable enough, he began to pull his form back together. 'That was adorable' Legion said, his waist still in the ground. 'You splattered me good I'll admit, but sadly the attempt wasn't good enough' he added as he rose up. The pool, now diminished morphed into his boots as he returned to being in one piece. 'That was very uncomfortable' Legion remarked as he then dusted himself off, having returned to his original appearance.

"Ok then but you should remember that you did say I have a bit of Hades in me so don't blame me for what I'm about to do." Caoimhin calmly replied to Queen Banshera and morphed into the Hades Ranger. Caoimhin swiftly summoned his falcata and with one strong vertical slash, he severed Banshera's left arm and let it dangle in the air with the mist chain holding it up. Caoimhin instantly had his rifle form in his left hand and forced the barrel into Queen Banshera's mouth to muffle her screams of pain. "I think this is more direct now which means if you don't tell me anything you will gradually bleed to death or the better option is to tell me everything and i'll heal your wound."

"Actually, no." said Sean. "It seems what had shocked me was a remnant of my past that I could not have remembered so easily. Something had triggered it and it's about time I show it to you. This may give you a clue as to something, but I can't know for sure." Then the two make to the conference hall and asked Zedren, "Do you think it's possible for you to sync up the main computer to my brain? I believe that is what I have to do other than tell you. You'll be able to see it first hand and be able to know what happens in what I have just discovered." Sean then sat in the closest chair to the main computer, besides Zedren's chair, and waited for Zedren to make a reply.

Zedren was silent a second "Wait here." He rushed out of the room and came back several minutes later wheeling a cart with a bunch of wires and devices on it. "We used this to find the ancient zords. I remembered a map of sorts from years ago but could never remember it fully, so i used this to made a digital copy of that memory. I believe it should work on you as well." Zedren then attached the wires to the projector in the conference room and put the helmet on Sean's head. "Where ever you're ready, just hit that button on the left side of the helmet."

--------

Akhom smiled "Me? How could I do something like that. I don't know what you're talking about. That was just a freak avalanche in the summer. Happens all the time. watched." Akhom kept smiling confidently, but on the inside he was boiling over with excitement. He hadn't faced someone like this in soo long. He wanted to savor this, but yet he still had places to go. But it could wait for a while.

--------

Queen Banshera screamed in pain. "Alright, Alright. I'll tell you. Or rather ..." she said more calmly. "I'll show you." Her eyes glowed red and a tentacle emerged from her severed arm and wrapped itself around Caoimhin's head. It immediately began to show random flashing images and videos - they were all obscure and slightly out of focus:

He saw Queen Banshera talking with a very muscular man. He was wearing an elaborate toga. He had a hideous metallic executioner's mask on. There were several spines protruding from his flesh. Caoimhin knew this figure to be Hades. He couldn't understand what they were saying, the voices in this memory were muted.

He saw the inside of this old temple. circular in design. The outside ring was full of columns and there was hideous thorned ivy around the ceiling and hanging down. The walls were lined with weapons of all sorts.

He saw a meeting between Akhom, Hades and what appeared to be a man with flaming hair. He had a much finer tunic than Hades and wore strange golden sandals. Caoimhin immediately knew this to be Hermes. Hermes seemed to be pointing at Akhom and yelling, while Hades sat on his throne. Again, there was no sound. It looked almost like a trial.

The next scene saw Hermes turn his back to Akhom in order to address Hades. Akhom ran forward, jumped on top of Hermes. He rolled forward over Hermes back, very gracefully. As Akhom landed in front of Hermes, Hermes began to stand back up when it seemed as though Akhom passed his hand in front of Hermes face. A second later Hermes collapsed, with a pool of blood or something oozing out of him.

The next scene saw Hades leaping out of his chair and ripping two of the spines out of his back. They were hideous and had curved tip, each one connected to his hands by a chain. He flung them at Akhom and dug them deep into his back. Akhom screamed in pain - this sound however was not muted.

The final scene saw Akhom hoisted up in the air. The chains now wrapped around him like two serpents. Blood was dripping from his body. A lot of it. He seemed too weak to scream anymore. Hades then pulled the chains and a ghost of sorts emerged from Akhom's body - his soul. Hades immediately threw it into one of the weapons on the wall. The body of Akhom dropped to the floor. As Hades stood over the lifeless corpse, he removed the chains and wiped off the blood from the horrible act.

The visions stopped in Caoimhin's mind and awoke lying on the ground, no longer in his ranger form, near Queen Banshera. "So that's how Hades managed to seal Akhom in that weapon. My head hurts a little after having them visions." Caoimhin groaned as he got up on his feet and rubbed his head. "Though the way in need to solve this problem will be different, I just need to figure out if I can find a way of surpressing Akhom's soul."

"It's no use." Queen Banshera said. "Didn't you see the visions? How he mercilessly killed Hermes. The person your trying to save is gone. Akhom will kill again. That's what he always does. He has no value for life. That is why I worked with Hades to trap him. He was a menace. I was saving the world, but this is how I'm treated. They forget so quickly. I merely wanted a thank you. It was the least they could do to thank me." She realized she digressed so she paused and got back to the main point. "You must remove Akhom's soul and kill him the way we did then. It's the only way. Kill him." She insisted.

Sean sighed and pressed the button in front of him, closing his eyes just after he does it, feeling relaxed while he gathers what he had just discovered merely minutes ago. The image slowly came on the main screen of the computer. The image showed a young boy who looks like he is 8, but really is 8000, escaping an unknown planet as it reaches its destruction in an alien pod that fits him perfectly. "That's me in that space pod." said Sean with an emotionless face and his eyes still closed. "Before you killed my father, he put me in that very space pod and set its coordinates to somewhere I didn't know back then. It turns out that I was meant to go to Aquitar, and nearly survived my crash into the ocean of the planet." The video then showed young Sean crashing into the ocean of Aquitar, nearly drowning from the crash. Then a few unknown Aquitians swam at the spaceship and took it into the underwater base.

"Killing him involves killing young Joseph at this stage. Their bodies are fusing into one as we speak and we need Akhom's power anyway to give us an edge against our enemies with are greatly outnumbering us right now." Caoimhin tried to explain to Queen Banshera. "I know now that he killed Hermes but I'm not going to sacrifice a human for vengance. I've got my own way of dealing with this childish creature and I thank you for showing me how Hades sealed him into that sword. Now to keep my promise." Caoimhin grabbed the severed arm and pressed it against the wound on Banshera's body then used fire that he summoned to burned the flesh together again. "No doubt a demon of your caliber will fully heal so now I must leave to fight Akhom for hopefully the last time."

"He will kill again." Queen Banshera yelled. "Joseph is already dead. He is only pretending that the boy still lives so you will be hindered. Killing Akhom is the only way." Queen Banshera's screams dwindled as Caoimhin walked away.

Once he was out of sight, she smiled to herself. "It doesn't matter whether he kills Akhom or separates him from this boy ... they're both dead." She then began to slowly move her right arm.

Back in the command center, Zedren watched the images. "Quite interesting Sean. That certainly does explain some things. Is there more to see?"

"The kid ain't dead and I've got to keep believing that for the rangers and Izabel." Caoimhin said to himself before he covered his face again to slip past the hordes of demons and spent several minutes traversing the confusing path in the labyrinth eventually finding the exit on stepping on the sandy beach again. "Diabolico! You still here!" shouted Caoimhin as he walked along the beach. He was wondering how he could match Akhom's power, which was able to kill a god, and be able to subdue his control over the fused body if Zedren and Diabolico are telling the truth.

'Yes, I'm certain freak avalances in the summer occur as often as a hurricane in the dessert' Legion retorted. This guy was provably tough, but, it was nice being challenged for once, not just cutting through waves of weaklings. 'But, here's another anomaly' Legion said. A small ball of shadow formed from one of his back shadows. It arched around and hurled the glob at Akhom. As it flew through the air, the glob formed into one of Legion's boots. BOOT TOO DA HEAD!

"Keep watching Zedren, as there is more than you can possibly imagine." said Sean, eyes still closed and no emotion on his face whatsoever. The screen then showed an injured young Sean being helped by the Aquitians who walked up to the guardians of Aquitar, the Aquitian Rangers. Because the young Sean had nowhere to go, he was taken into care by the Aquitian Rangers for the time being. "For 8000 years, I have been under their care, and I had grown to enjoy it. But one day, I had started the first part of my destiny, if you know what I mean, that is."

OoC: Had little time to do this, so I'll finish it up when you make your next reply.

Zedren watched with intent eyes. This might not seem important now, but Zedren believed that all things happen for a purpose. There was meaning in this. "Yes Sean, please. Go on."

-----------

"Over here Caoimhin." Diabolico called out. He was leaning against a boulder watching the waves crash. "So did you find your answers?"

-----------

"Hurricane in the dessert. Now that certainly sounds fun." Akhom wasn't paying attention as the boot slammed him in the face. Akhom fell on his butt and grabbed the side of his head. "Ow, that really hurt. I'm going to have a lump there you idiot." He paused as he regained his composure and stood up. Who throws his shoe. Honestly." Akhom smiled again at Legion.

OOC: You really should have ended with 'Who throws his shoe? Honestly? You fight like a woman'.

Legion flapped his arms, like....a chicken? 'Oh buck up you big baby, you could just tear your head off and cauterize the wound, then regrow it. Or do you want me to kiss it better?' Legion said mockingly. 'What...the...h**l?' Broodwing said, clearly put off by this sudden mental retardation. 'Shut up I'm having fun' Legion snapped. He did a quick little jig. 'This loosening up is quite fun really, I should try it more often, when nobody is looking naturally'.

"Sort of but let's just say that I'm glad Akhom didn't fight me at full strength earlier." Caoimhin answered to Diabolico. "Queen Banshera wasn't hard to convince to give me what information she could. The only problem being that I don't have the same abilities as Hades has and I'll never be able to rip Akhom's soul out of the kid's body. I'm gonna need your help and Zedren's to stop Akhom in a different way."

Diabolico looked puzzled. "What do you mean? Full strength? I've only heard stories of Akhom, what did he do?" Diabolico asked.

------

Akhom laughed at Legion's dancing. Though, it was apparent he wasn't laughing at Legion, but rather with him. "See, it's fun to relax a bit. And I know I already said this but you are turning out to be quite fun. I guess I'll stop toying with you ... a bit." Akhom then clenched his fingers together flat in a sort of palm strike stance and then slammed the ground with it. A light blue electrical like energy rippled through his hands. Legion heard a crackling sound and all of a sudden huge chunks of ice blast through the ground around legion.

"At full strength, Akhom is able to even match or surpass gods. I'm not sure which it is and the only evidence for that is the visions of Akhom murdering Hermes. How can he be this strong of an opponent and not destroy us already." Caoimhin clenched his fists. "What's more irritating is the fact my pride has been obliterated by him, he was mocking me in our last confrontation by only using a faction of his true power. I can not accept I beaten him like I did when he could have just killed me in mere seconds."

"Why are all our enemies so overpowered." He sighed then looked straight into Diabolico's eyes. "I need to know something very important. Is young Joseph still alive in that body or was Zedren giving the rest of us some false hope?"

The ice formed all around Legion. 'That won't work' he cried over the ice. In turn, Legion charged some energy of his own into his hands and merely touched the ice. The dark charge circulated through all of the pillars of ice and they shattered. (C Roll: 17). 'Akhom, you really need to chill out and come up with some icer skills. Snow and ice just aren't cutting it, not when I can smash them down as easily as you bring them up' Legion commented.

Diabolico looked somber. "Zedren believes he is. But I am not as sure. It is true that Akhom and Joe look almost exactly alike, aside from the hair and tattoos of course, but i feel that is merely coincidence. Even if they are mirror forms of each other, opposite sides of the same coin, yin and yang - if you want to call it that ... I don't think young Joseph remains." Diabolico looked very saddened. "Thus far I've seen nothing to confirm that. But Zedren thinks differently." Diabolico shrugged again.

"And what you said about killing a god, do you think it was the Death Touch technique? Again, I've never whitnessed it - nor has anyone else and lived. But I heard that by just his touch he can kill you immediately. I once even heard a story about how Akhom used the technique and the victim didn't die until a day later." Diabolico shivered. "Creepy stuff. Definitely not the kind of man you want to shake hands with I guess."

-----------

Akhom chuckled. "Well you didn't leave me with much alternative in this dimension. In the meantime ... forgive me if this seems repetitive. Sometime I just never learn." Akhom then charged at Legion. He purposefully left himself open, just as he was within point-blank range of Legion, he stopped instantaneous and back-flipped on one hand. As his hand hit the ground, the blue energy surged again and two towers of ice shot out of the ground at a 45 degree angle and slammed right into Legion. They formed fast. Much faster than the last attack. The spines kept expanding and drove him back and slammed him into one of the nearby buildings. Legion was stuck to the building, with an ice spine impaled into him, one on his upper left shoulder blade and the other into his lower abdomen. The spines were still connected to the ground where Legion was originally standing. (roll: 20)

Akhom completed the flip by now and was standing upright. "I'm sure that didn't hurt you much either. But you do have to admit it was pretty cool." He smiled.

As he was impaled on that building, Legion impaled body became limp. He was breathing quite heavily. 'Yes' he wheezed. 'I suppose it..was...pretty cool' he admitted. Then, his hood dipped down. His black ichor began to drip down from where the ice spires pierced his body. It was a slow steady stream of the black blood. Legion's body was lifeless as his blood dripped down to the base of the spire and began to pool together.

Akhom was laughing a little bit. "haha nice acting Smokey. Ok, drop the act." A moment passed but still nothing. Akhom stopped laughing. He slowly approached Legion. He got close, then jumped away ... nothing. He got close again and poked Legion's hood. He took his hand down. "Uh oh. Guess I overshot my target. Dang it. I didn't think that could kill him." Akhom kept pondering outloud. "Wait a second ... if he's dead, shouldn't this reality disappear? Or am I stuck?" Akhom pondered some more and Legions blood kept dripping.

Legion's limp body was motionless, then his hand lashed out and grabbed Akhom by his neck. The blood that was dripping down seemed to reverse in flow, trailing up and began to cover Akhom. 'Naturally it wouldn't kill a shadow' Legion stated. 'Before you tyr something else' he added as another tendril of his dark blood snaked forward into Akhom's mouth, corking it. Legion was laughing softly as he began to move, the impact wounds moving away from the spires, until he was free from them. His blood had continued to cover Akhom. 'Sad, isn't it? Too bad you can't get away, not without bringing me along. And especially not since seperating a shadow from myself would cause them to go a little wild, which is bad, since one is in your mouth' he said casually.
