OOC: I still need to finish WIND and EARTH. I will post those in the Ancient Gadgets thread later.

 

IC: Shade chuckled and nodded when Tyler asked if they should go to their new dorm. "You were trying to make us tie in our duel... Why?" Shade asked with obvious confusion, he is obviously unsure of why Tyler did it, or what was going through his head at the time. "I have never had someone give up a chance to be high in rank when dueling me..." He sighed and looked at his cards. Dragobie nudged the trio of Gadgets and held out his claw to them. "Truce?" Shade looked at Tyler patiently for an answer as to why he tied their match.

"Well, i thought that would be obvious. If i won, then Im in Ra Yellow and your in Slifer. If i lose, then Im in Slifer and Your in Ra Yellow. If we had a draw, then we would both be in Ra Yellow. Besides, we will have our real duel soon." said Tyler. He had also done it because then Shade would get a bad reputation as a Slifer Red, but he thought That Shade already knew that part. Meanwhile, The Gadgets were looking puzzled at Dragobyes hand, thinking it was a set-up. Then the said "Truce." and High-fived Dragobyes hand. "Anyway, Im going to the dorm, but you can stay and watch the duels if you want."

OOC:whats with this whole attribute thing you'se have going on, also edit the balance of Ancient gadget technician plz, i mean come on 3 special summons from summoning it???

 

Matteo walked through the hallway of Obelisk blue dorms, it was huge and had luxurious paintings of duel monsters and the best duelists in the world in it. "Okay so room 200? Ah here it is matteo opened the blue door to find that there was a giant double bed a huge 65" LCD on the wall, an xbox with COD4(for lols) and a balcony that sdhowed alll of duel academy Matteo dropped his bags andf looked at the view of the ocean and forests. He then hurried and put the long blue jacket that represented obelisk blue on. Matteo couldn't help but smile as he looked into a mirror. "My time..."he said

Tyler headed towards the entrance exam room where there were 3 guys dressed in dorm colors. There were large banners that matched their dorm behind each guy.

"Tyler Blidy?" asked the Ra Yellow guy.

"Yes." he said

"A lose, A win and a Draw?" asked the Ra Yellow Guy

"Yes""he said

"Arent you that brother of one of our top students who works as a card designer, Emily" asked the Ra Yellow Guy, who was starting to get annoying

"Yes"he said

"Are you sure these are your results?" asked the annoying Ra Yellow Guy

"Yes"he said

"Are you sure there wasnt a mistake?" asked the annoying Ra Yellow Guy

"YES!"he said

"Do you always say yes?" asked the annoying Ra Yellow Guy

"YES.....wait, NO!"he said

"Do you have a Temper?" asked the annoying Ra Yellow Guy

"No I dont!"he said

"Really?" asked the annoying Ra Yellow Guy

"YES!! Now may i please go?" he said

"Sure, but are you sure your not in Obselik...?"

Tyler didnt answer and didnt hear the rest as he walked East towards the Ra Yellow Dorm. He didnt liked to be reminded of how she had gotten perfect grades, had lots of friends and how nice she was that all the boys liked her, but of course she didnt want to be married yet. But her little brother had barely made it into Ra Yellow, and thats probably not what they expected. Oh well, he thought to himself as he reached the Ra Yellow dorm. It was the size of either a small castle of a big fort. He walked inside. Which dorm was he supposed to go into? He walked around the nicely polished floor until he saw a door that said "For the New Ra Yellow Students." He walked into it and saw it: The most magnificent room he had ever seen. He had been in a hotel room, and that was what it kinda was. His room was on the first floor. It was a square room with a computer, TV, Gamecube (he prefered the Wii), desk, and a huge couch and a refirigerator. It also had deck holders on the desk, but he already had the one Shade gave him. The Gadgets stared in awe at the room.

OOC: Attributes: It's the Ancient Gadgets. A powerful Gadget-based archetype Shade's family used in past generations. Since Shade runs a Dragon deck, not a Machine deck, he gave the archetype to Tyler.

Technician: I knew I forgot something... There is supposed to be TWO parts to the summoning... I'll fix that ASAP.

 

IC: Shade sighed as he approached the desk, hearing the conversation between Tyler and the Ra Yellow.

 

"Shade Qwarrcall?" The man asked.

"Yeah." Shade replied and tapped the ground with his foot several times.

"A Lose, A Win, AND a Draw?" The man asked, obviously trying to pull the same stunt he did with Tyler.

"Yup." Shade replied.

"Wait... SHADE QWARRCALL?! Isn't your father Agur Qwarrcall? Owner of that 12-card Ancient Gadget archetype?!" The man asked in astonishment.

"He WAS the owner of it. Now I am." Shade chuckled in obvious amusement.

"You sure you should be going to Ra Yellow? Such powerful cards should be in the Obelisk Blue dorm or a teacher's deck." The man asked, obviously trying something.

"Of course I am sure. Besides, I don't have them anymore." Shade replied.

"Okay. You have a short attention span, don't you?" He asked.

"No I do not!" Shade replied, clenching his fist.

"Seems like it. You su-" the man asked, but was cut short by Shade walking away.

Shade walked into his room, unsure of it at first, but chuckled. "So this is our new place, huh? I could get use to this." Shade noticed the deck holder on the desk. "Hm? Interesting." He picked it up and looked at it and sighed. "I shall make something out of you!"

OOC:Im pretty sure there are different rooms in the Ra Yellow Dorm. Like a hotel room.

 

IC:"Like it? I heard that the Slifer Red dorm was made more livable after Jaden Yuki was there. But this place is amazing! Whos our head teacher anyway? Is is that guy called Mr. Zeel Trusdale?" asked Tyler. He wondered how Jake and Jack were doing, and that guy who eavesdropped on them in the car, Gregory. Anyway, will they get any new roommates? "Well, I"m taking the room on the left with the water bed! You can take this one or the Right one." Tyler said, while pointing to the Right door while opening the left door, showing the smallest room, but the water bed in it.

OOC: SSD sorry about the god mod. But it's pretty much the same turn. Just the combo I should of used.

 

IC: Zack drew a card from his deck. "Alright I play Zombie Savage - Reborn Dummy! Now his effect activates. So now my Dummy is tributed and I get to Special Summon my Illusional Eye ignoring the summoning conditions,-

Hahahaha this turn is full-prove!, He thought. He'll be out of Life Points in no time. Zack smiled and waited for his opponent to go.

As his monster attacked, Zack's monster was removed from play "I've heard of your deck." Jack stated "That monster has to be destroyed and sent to the graveyard for its effect to activate." Jack explained "So I activated Dimensional Prison." Jack stated "And now it's my turn." Jack stated "I activate my Metal Warrior's effect. I sacrifice him and Special Summon Metal Warrior LV6 from my deck!" Jack explained [ATK: 2300] "Now! Metal Warrior LV6! Attack directly!"

Shade chuckled as he took the deck holder into the right room, looking around. "Okay. Lets start working on you." Shade's duel spirits, which is pretty much all of his dragons, crowded his room so they shrunk themselves to a comfortable size, which is about from the size of a small puppy to a small dog. CDA chuckled and swayed his tail. "Master. We really aren't going to last long here. You saw what we can do against these fools! We are going to perish soon!" DSD whacked CDA. "HUSH!" CDA snapped at DSD, but Dragobie pushed them away. "STOP IT! BOTH OF YOU!" DSD and CDA sighed and shook hands. Shade kept messing with the deck holder until he found a "suitable" style.

Tyler went into the smaller room with the water bed, leaving Shade in the other two. He jumped onto the Water Bed. It didnt break, but instead to his surprise, he was pushed back up. He wasnt even jumping and yet he was boucing higher and higher until he jumped and his head hit the roof, the fell onto the carpet. Lucky it wasnt wood... The throbbing pains in his head and back was gone when he saw something fall down through the air. It must have been on the fan that somebody left there by accident. Probably one of the maid. However, he decided to not keep it, but give it to Shade, as a return girt. Sure it wasnt much, but oh well. Tyler walked out of his room and approached Shade. He held out his hand to reveal a 50$ dollar bill. "You take it. I found it and you should have it. Go get yourself some new cards or something." Said Tyler. He never did have 50$ Dollars before, as he never got allowance or money from his birthday. But oh well...What the......" Tyler said as he had opened his eyes which were still throbbing to see Dragon Duel Spirits everywhere. "Uh.......what are these? And what are YOU doing?" asked Tyler. The Gadgets floated into the room and fainted as they saw all the duel spirits.

Shade chuckled as Dragobie played cards with CDA, Dark Shadow Destroyer, and KoD. "Tyler, these are my duel spirits. Which is pretty much every Dragon monster I own." CDA sighed. "Pair..." DSD snickered. "Straight Flush!" KoD shook his head. "2 Pair..." Dragobie grinned widely. "ROYAL STRAIGHT FLUSH!" "Damn it..." "WHAT!?" "NO WAY!" Shade chuckled more. "And I am messing around with this deck holder. Making it into something I would actually use." Shae put it down on a shelf as he finished it and noticed the $50 bill. "You found it? And you want me to have it? Okay." Shade takes it and puts it in a drawer and locks it. "Just until I get a safe in here..."

Saitairo noticed the one of the entrants hadn't made it to the field within the time limit and was prepared to make an announcement . "Due to Zetsu Plant (cant remember the chracters name) not being on the field within the specified ime he has forfieted the match meaning his opponent gets an automatic win, which puts him on 9 points and successfully achieved obelisk blue dorm. If you would make your way tot he smaller room and go tot he deck with the apprroprite gear you will get all you need, then you may nhead to your dorm, congradulations."

Ryan was wondering what dorn he would be in. He was bored his deck was finished and he knew that he could win. He was totally surprised when that dude got into O-Blue. That's where he wanted to be but at the same time in R-Yellow. He didn't want the pressure of being good enough in a dorm where they expect the best. He was ready to here what they would say. Him and his clowns were going to show people here how good he really was.

Jason heard the announcement and noticed that his opponent had forfeited the duel Jason walked towards the room where he would recieve his gear he had a dissapointed look on his face. "I was supposed to have three duels today and two of the no showed. It just proves that hardly anyone wants to be a duelist here good riddens they don't deserve to be here if they don't face their opponents. The only real duel I had was against Ryan and even he didn't put up much of a challenge and was too arrogant." Jason walked through the doors and grabbed his Obelisk Blue Jacket and put it on over his shirt. "Hm this looks nice unlike those dispickable Red and Yellow uniforms." Jason read the piece of paper given to him and it said 'room 201' on it indication his room "201 such an odd number oh well guess its better to be in the Obelisk Dorm than none I suppose..." Jason walked up the hallways and eventually made it to room 201 which had a Notebook on a Desk near a Blue Queen Sized bed there was only one bed in the room so he had the room to himself. Facing the bed was a Plasma Screen TV that was pretty big. "Well this room seems nice." Jason lied on the bed and fell asleep.

Tyler walked out of Shades room and into his own. He saw his new uniform. He took off his jacket, closed and put on his new uniform, Yellow and White and saw his new Ra Yellow Duel Disk. He put it on. It felt so awesome. Wondering what he should do now, He walked out of the Ra Yellow Dorm and looked around the island. He saw the Slifer dorm and the Obselik Dorm, and the Card Shop and the Dueling Arena. He also realized that they had lessons. At first, he had thought that all you need to do is duel, but you have lessons to, as he just saw a teacher walk by him planning a lesson. Great, homework, he thought to himself while looking around the island more.

Shade chuckled as he took his duel disk, which is shaped like pieces of a dragon skeleton with the skull serving as the hub, the jaw serving as the graveyard, a dragon wing serving as the card zone, and a large indent on the side of the skull serving as the deck slot. Dragobie chuckled and had KoD blow a fire on it, turning it a goldish-yellow. Then he scratched it with his claws, making the white markings. "Its missing something... OH!" CDA ran off and slammed a triangle-shaped red dull gem into the center of each monster zone and covered the rest of the monster zones with dull blue gems. "And it needs this." Dragobie placed a black sphere onto the top of the hub. "There we go!" Shade looked at it and smiled. "Thanks you three. You guys are the best." Shade set the duel disk into standby mode and laid on the bed. "I wonder how Tyler will respond to seeing my duel disk... I wonder..." Shade got up and started drawing something.

While Tyler was walking around the island, The Gadgets were eavesdropping on Shade. They saw his new duel disk, but instead of being scared, they had an idea. They rushed out of the dorm (through the wall, they can go through them) and found Tyler looking at the Slifer Dorm. "Do you really think we should?" asked Green Gadget softly. "Of course, this is to help him. Its not stealing." said Red Gadget as he took his duel disk that he had put on the ground. Quickly, they ran/floated off somewhere looking for stuff that could personalize his duel disk. Meanwhile, Tyler had just noticed that his duel disk was missing and sprinted back to the Ra Yellow dorm.

"I chain Death Salvage to your Metal Warrior Summon! This card destroys all monster level 4 or higher. Except I have to pay 500 Life Points per standby phase." Zack then drew a card to start his turn. "Now I play the spell card Zombie World! Now all monsters on the field are treat as Zombie-Types. Now I that'll be the end my of turn since I have no cards in my hand." Zack said waiting for his opponent hoping he didn't have anything to chain his Death Salvage.

Zack's trap card was negated "I activate Dark Bribe!" Jack declared "Now it's my draw! Metal Warrior LV8! Direct attack!" Zack LP: 1000 "I end my turn with a face-down." Jack stated with a smirk. He was just one attack away from winning the duel "There's nothing you can do to win this duel! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" Jack laughed in a maniacal, yet not maniacal way "(Almost there....)"

OOC: Wow, that duel is taking forever.

 

IC: Tyler reached the Ra Yellow dorm. He just grabbed a different duel disk and ran off. Well, he just had to accidently drop his other duel disk... Oh well, he went to the card shop. The card shop wasnt open yet. He saw booster packs and cards on display. Despite how much he wanted to go in, he walked away towards the huge volcano that would have probably been off limits, but as almost everyone else was taking there exams...just when he reached the spot up the volcano, he dropped and rolled down the volcano and landed on the ground. Now he knew why it was off-limits. He didnt know how Jaden Yuki ever climes it. Now he wanted to know who was in Obselix Blue and Slifer Red. He went back to the exam room despite the annoying official of the Ra Yellow. Jack was dueling some guy, and he couldnt tell who was winning. He left the exam room. Before he even knew it, he saw the Gadgets rushing towards him. Red Gadget was carrying something and tossed it to him. Taken back by surprise, he had caught it, but fell to the ground. "What IS this?" he asked. "Its your new duel disk!" said Yellow Gadget. "My new duel disk....so YOU were the ones who stole my duel disk!" said Tyler. "Told yeah he"d be mad..." whispered Green Gadget to Yellow and Red. "Angry? No, This is awesome!" said Tyler as he put it on. He activated it. It wasn"t like the normal duel disks (it was still Yellow, and it had strangly had three jewels engraved on it that looked like the gadgets), but instead, it moved from down to across his arm. It literally was like a part of his arm. It Swifted onto his arm,connected onto his arm using a gripper thingy (it rather hurt), spun a stick-like thing over the place where you hold your deck, and opened up to reveal a duel disk. It looked like the artwork of Fusion Weapon or a Wing connected to his arm. It also had two lasers: one at the left and one at the right. He clicked the buttons on the laser. It shot two lasers. "We were trying to make a flamethrower, but that works to..." said Red Gadget. "Wow, thanks Gadgets!" said Tyler. "We owe it all to Shade and his dragons..." said Red Gadget. "Thanks to all your hard work Gadgets, and I have an idea..."said Tyler as he tinkered with the lasers. "At least he didnt figure out that we stole all the equipment from..." said Green Gadget softly.

Shade picked up his duel disk and deck and readied it as he walked outside, the paper he was drawing on folded up and inside his pocket. "Dragobie! I need a lift!" Dragobie nodded and went under Shade and turned into full size, Shade sitting oh his neck. "As you wish!" Dragobie took off and flew around the island a few times before dropping Shade off near Tyler and the Gadgets. "You little thieves!" Dragobie exclaimed with a growl. "Calm down boy..." Dragobie sighed and backed down. "Yes sir..." Shade patted Dragobie's head. "Good boy." Dragobie nudged Shade and glared at the gadgets.

"Cool duel disk! That has got to be the coolest one ive ever seen! Wow, thats so cool!!!" exclaimed Tyler, who was easily satisfied at the duel disk. "Hey Gadgets, it looks like-" but Tyler broke off as the gadgets were gone. "Whats with them?" He asked Shade. "Hey, thanks for your help with the gadgets on this, but are custom duel disks even allowed at this school?" asked Tyler to Shade. He waited patiently for an answer, and wondered how Shade had flown, until he figured out it was Dragobye. Maybe HE should start flying with King Gadget...

IC: Tyler walked away from Shade. He started to look for the Gadgets. He couldnt find them near the Ra dorm, or the Slifer or Obselik dorms. He wasnt at the card shop, dueling arena, lighthouse, volcano, or even the forest. He just plainly couldnt find them. Why did they run away? But as he was looking through the Ra Yellow dorm again, they approached him. "Tyler, Shade DIDN"t help us! And apparently we stole his idea..." said Yellow. "Its probably not a problem. Shade will understand. You just wanted to help me." said Tyler. Before they could respond, Tyler jumped onto the bed and watched the television.
