The Deck Holder and the lights. but first, he had to see Ruha about it. Plus, he better get a win or draw next time because if he doesnt, than he will be in Slifer. The official announced Matteo was the winner, the grandstand was quite silent with no cheers, Matteo wasn't bothered byt his however as he faced tyler and said with a smile. "Good game, you got some powerful cards there, i can't wait to see them again in the future." matteo Continued to turn aroudn and walk to the gand stand, he was confident, he won 3/3 matches and should be accepted into obelisk blue dorm, for now however he just wanted to watch the other duels in peace. Now I end with putting one card face-down". Zack said as he also watched the Illusional Eye appear and the Fissure destroy his opponents Metal Warrior LV4. I bet he's suprized by that move. Zack thought as he waited for Jack to make his move. "Any day now man. Come on".

Metal Warrior stayed on the field "Sorry, Dark Bribe." he stated with a smirk as he drew his card "I'll play Mystical Space Typhoon! Now you're face-down is destroyed!" Jack stated "And now! Metal Warrior LV4! Attack his Zombie! with Dark Claw!" Jack declared "By the effect of my warrior, your monster is automatically destroyed because it ha less than 1700 attack points." Jack stated with a smirk "I'll end my turn with the continuous spell card Metal Release and a face-down." Jack stated.

better head down to the duel field now thought David. He finished modfieding his deck and made it a bit stronger by combining Water monsters with it. He headed on down to the field where he saw two people dueling and one person on the side. He looked around for a little and approached the person. "Are you the one I'm suppose to duel?" He asked. "If you are then you can go first I don't really care" he said. He already knew his stragey would work whether he went first or not.

Meanwwhile, while the duls were going on, Tyler had been talking with Shade. But while he asked if he could open it, the deck holder sprung open. He could see the light. Not Sartorius" broken up Society of Light , the light of the attributes of Duel Monsters He could see the three: Dark, Water and Fire. Light, Earth and Wind still needed to appear. But then, a new light appeared. Hecouldnt tell what it was. Was ot Light, Earth or Wind? He looked at it more closely. The attribute was that was appearing was the attribute of Light. The four attributes shined together.

IC: Mr. Jeff Strachan was sitting down with the other teachers, watching the exams take place. He thought, hopefully I'll get to see Shade again, there is much he needs to change. He shuffled through his deck and pulled out his synchros. He thought, heh. I'm the teacher for synchros and fusions and I couldn't even synchro in the exhibition match. I've got to try harder. Even teachers need to improve. I wonder what his face-down was.

He planned on using it during the exhibition match, but it was interrupted before he could get the chance to activate it. "Hmph... How annoying... One more attack would have cleared his field of monsters... Oh well..." Shade put it back in the deck and sighed. He turned back to Tyler, waiting for an answer.

"I was right there are many talented duelists this year. 1 person has already gone through and there are others who have 1 match left no doubt this year will be quite the year for dueling." satairo thought as he folded his arms and looked around the room. Shade laughed and let go of Dragobie's neck. "Okay." Shade and Dragobie laughed for a moment before going to the duel field and activating the duel disk. "Come on Tyler! Show us what your made of!" Matteo made his way out of the entrance eams room nd into a slightly smaller room where there were 3 officials behind 3 tables. A each there was a different design, there was a slifer red design, then a ra yellow sign, then an obelisk blue sign. The officials behind the correspondoing decks wore the coat that depicted the dorm they were representing. As Matteo walked in he was approached by an official who said: "Matteo Bianco?"

"Thats right" matteo replied.

"3 for 3, impressive head for obelisk blue dorm."

"Thanks Matteo said with a smile." He walked to the table with obeliusk blue and the man gave hima key and a big blue coat. Matteo held the coat in awe then headed out the door s te official told him to go north, Matteo walked a bit and saw the bhuge luxuriouse obelisk blue dorm, Matteo smiled and wlaked onward.

Red and Yellow pounced on Green, and there was an all-out Gadget war. "Hey, STOP!" said Tyler loudly. "We"re so..." the gadgets started to say, but Tyler cut them off. Don"T. I understand your desire to win. We will win, so let"s go. said Tyler. He and the Gadgets followed Shade up the stairs. He activated his Duel Disk. "Are you ready to duel?" he said, feeling nervous once again. "Yeah, get that freak out so we can destroy him." said Yellow Gadget softly so Tyler couldn"t here.

Shade chuckled and looked at his hand again and whispered to himself. "Hmph... Easy synchro..." "You are going to bring me out so soon, master?" "They want you, so they will get you!" Dragobie chuckled. "If that is your wish, Master."

He didnt make VWXYZ because of a certain reason that anyone should know. Usually, you want VWXYZ Dragon Catapult Cannon out. But no, he kept them on the field. He knew what he had to do.

Shade chuckled and drew his sixth card. "I activate the spell card Foolish Burial! With this, I send one card from my deck to my graveyard." He sends a Baby Dragon from his deck to the graveyard. "Now I active Mausoleum of the Emperor!" The entire field changes. "With this card out, we can both normal summon monsters that would normally require tributes simply by giving up 1000 or 2000 Life Points. Depending on the number of tributes needed. Now I activate Double Summon! Which lets me summon twice this turn! Now I pay 1000 Life Points to summon Chthonian Emperor Dragon!" A large dragon with a snake-like lower body appears. "Now I summon Debris Dragon!" A small Stardust look-alike appears next to Chthonian Emperor Dragon. "Now I use my level four Debris Dragon to tune up my level six Emperor Dragon!" Debris Dragon and Emperor Dragon disappear in a bright flash of darkness. "COME OUT! DRAGOBIE KING!" Dragobie jumps out of the darkness flash and roars. ATK: 2700 DEF: 2300 "Now I activate Stumbling! With this continuous spell card in play, every monster that is summoned is switched to defense mode!

" I sacrifice Cyber Dragon, V-Tiger Jet, W-Wing Catapult, X-Head Cannon and Z-Metal Tank to make Chimeratech Fortress Dragon. He gains 1000 ATK for every monster i tributed. Of course, he is now in defense mode, but first, I play Gadget Magic to get all three gadgets in my hand. Now i play Polymirization to create King Gadget with 2700 ATK and 2300 DEF! He lets me draw

two cards when i special summon him and draw 2 cards during my draw phase by paying 500 life points. I activate my face-down card Solidarity, giving him 800 ATK (5800/0). Now i play Limiter Removal, Doubling his ATK (11600/0) and using Megamorph to double it again! He now has 232000 ATK and 0 DEF. Now i activate my face-down card, Attack Smasher. I destroy one monster on the field and his ATK is dealt out of both of our life points. But i have to remove the top six cards on the top of my deck. Chimeritech Fortress Dragon is destroyed and we have a draw!!!!!!" said Tyler. The ground beneath the dragon exploded with rising power. The dragon turned into power and blasted at Shade and Tyler. "That"ll show you Dragobye! We could have beaten you!" said King Gadget who was still in defense mode. The blast hit Tyler and his life points dropped to zero. So did Shades. Tyler was overwelmed by the blast. "AHHHHHH!!!" said Tyler as he blaster of the field and into the wall, then dropped to the floor. He got up, amazed at his power. "Good Draw Shade!" said Tyler.

Satairo looked at aspard and nodded. "I know what can happen but don't worry im sur ethat the students safety wil be assured. When the duels and dorms are sorted we'll be having a duel runner match, you and a teacher of your choice." Satairo smiled. "And don't worry if anything does happen ill do my best to stop it. Satairo looked around the room, the 3rd round last match for group 1 was underway, and it had appeared that it would end up 1 obelisk and 2 ra members. He was quite surprised by this and continued to watch the other duels.

"All right Shade, looks like we are both in Ra Yellow!" said Tyler to Shade. Yellow wasnt his color, it was usually blue, but at least he wasn"t in Slifer Red, the worst dorm in the school, but Jaden Yuki had been in it, so it couldn"t be that bad. Like Matteo, he watched the rest of the examination duels.How would his first year go? He didnt know yet, but he had mad it into ra yellow and soon, Obselix Blue, the best dormm in the school. The Gadgets meanwhile, were having a heated discussion about which gadget could beat Dragobye. "Its me!" said Red "No, me!" Said Yellow Obviously its neither of you. It"s me!" Said Green. Tyler couldnt see the point in stopping them, so he watched the duels in peace.

With the companionship they were showing right now, it is obvious Dragobie and Shade have been together for a very long time. Shade looked at the deck holder and sighed. "Here... "Ancient......Gear? No, Gadget. Ancient Gadget Techician? OH!"Tyler said. He finally figured it out. It was just like Jaden Yukis Neo-Spacians. One of each attribute and support cards. One for Water, Fire, Dark, Light, Wind, and Earth. And they are Ancient Gadgets. "Oh yeah, the deck holder! Tyler opened the deck holder. The attributes of the Water, Fire, Light and Dark were shining in. Those Ancient Gadgets were all ready. Plus, a new light was appearing. Or was it two? He looked closer. All the attributes were there. Wind and Earth had came at the same time. The light brightened. He closed his eyes in the bas of the overcoming ight. Then he opened them. Inside were the new Ancient Gadget monsters!!! The Gadgets meanwhile, were laughing for some reason. Apparently, they had set some decoys out and Dragobye had launched them into the wall. Then the Gadgets looked at the new cards. They worked just for them. "Thanks Shade"! said Tyler. "And YOU can stop messing around." Tyler said sternly to the Gadgets. "Aw, lighten up. Thats just how we are." said Red Gadget. "Anyway, shall we head for our new Ra Yellow dorm?" Tyler asked Shade.
